Something as recently changed with this site, no wins after depositing quite a bit of money, the scatters are rare no matter what game you play on and if they do come in they only pay very little amount. This site used to be fair and payout after losing a little but not no more. Think it’s time move on.

I joined this site around 3 years ago & used to really enjoy it. I’d log in occasionally & put some cash on spins. I used to enjoy the same few games I’d stick to: Of course I’d lose some days & win some the other & it all seemed fair enough. However, something has changed over the last few months after I returned to play – I found I was constantly losing & even the free spins I’d very occasionally ‘win’ were paying hardly anything out now. For instance, at my last session, after playing for over an hour (& losing cash at an alarming rate) I finally won 30 free spins on ‘9 Pots of Gold’ & won £1.78! This happened again & again (most I won recently was 20 quid a month ago) So, I’m sadly going to close my account. The ‘wins’ are so small recently that it has become a site that only seems to take money sadly. Such a shame.

Don’t know what’s happened to this site but in the last few months it’s gone horrible. Wins are none existent to the point where I’m starting to think there’s something wrong. Bonus spins are paying next to nothing. I cashed in my Loyalty Points just this morning but they are classed as bonus funds and guess what!! I got a win almost immediately. Nothing spectacular but I couldn’t withdraw due to restrictions on bonus funds. Extremely unfair. I think it’s time to say goodbye to this site as no longer an enjoyable experience.

Played a game and on the first spin I got the free spins bonus round. The round completed but didn’t recieve my winnings. Contacted them 4 times regarding it but still haven’t received my winnings. Have played on and off on this site for months and have only withdrawn a small amount once. Compared to what I’ve deposited it was a paltry withdrawal. Very hard to see how Lee Francis aka Keith Lemon would put his name to this site. Very poor RTP and game play. Can be on Gold Blitz for well over 30 minutes and hundreds of spins for no bonus spin. Requested withdrawals in the past small amounts and had zero issues. Get a bit of a larger amount and they won’t release funds until monday apparently even though I Requested at 1.30pm within their time frames and they emailed confirming my request at 1.43pm I won’t be paying anything to them anymore when you win you should get it in a far better time scale than 4 days my partner got 20k on a much better site and had that within 4hours so there’s not really an excuse unless there’s some money laundering going on somewhere. All seems very odd. Will update when I receive my funds. Oh and I also got locked out of my account when I was checking the withdrawal status. Apparently put my fingerprint saved password in wrong….? Also the bonuses you get you have to play 300 times to get to keep the funds so theyre a scam? I made a withdrawal of £1800 on the 19/10/2023 I got an email on the 20th to say it was a failed withdrawal. I contacted them to be told it would be put straight back into my account for me to withdraw and advised me to withdraw as a bank transfer. It didn’t go back onto my account so on the same day (20th) another agent asked me for my bank details and said it would be sent by manual bank transfer and would receive that day by 5pm. 5pm came and no funds I then received an email to say my account had been permanently closed. I contacted on the 21st to be told it would be paid to me on the following Monday (23rd) by 5pm again no money. Spoke to someone again to be told they were having issues and it would be with me by Wednesday (25th) by 5pm again nothing and then the same again on Thursday (26th) it came to Friday with still no money and asked again for my details to be sent by manual bank transfer. We are now 11 days later and have been told around 10 different stories from different agents.

So disappointed with 32Red’s lack of customer service and loyalty that if I could give zero stars I would.So it started last Wednesday when I requested a withdrawal of funds from my account of £75, when they processed it on Thursday the paid in excess of £7.4k in to my bank!!Me being an honest person immediately contacted the help centre who responded within 24hrs to tell me not to spend the excess funds and to arrange to transfer it back, which I did on Friday afternoon as soon as I got the bank details from them. As yet I have not heard a peep from them to thank me for my honesty or to even acknowledge receipt of the excess funds, despite many emails!From bad to so much worse is that since then 32Red seem to not be processing my withdrawals from my account, over £400 in withdrawals still waiting to be processed since the weekend, surprisingly no replies from Amy of my attempts to contact them, hence this review!Are 32Red in serious financial trouble or are the just purposely ignoring me???AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Not very good for promos and freebies, your lucky if you get 1 free 10p spin but even if u do win anything woth that 10p spin you hope it’s only a small amount to begin with because the wagering is ridiculous from what you win with that spin, if you use your spin and you win say £2 even that’s an £80 wagering so if you can guess what winning say £10 from that 1spin would be (£400) it really is ashame because the interface and games are really good and has massive pertentual, even the loyalty points is massivly against you, that’s if you finally manage to wager the thousands and thousands of pounds to get a £5 bonus, if they started doing better daily freebies like a wheel similar to most other top sites that you could win 10-50fs and actual cash not bonuses with massive wagering then I’d definitely concider coming back.

Created account, deposited using my bank account, lost around 500 GBP, then an acca won 1200 GBP. Requested withdraw of the funds to my bank account.Then my account is permanently closed with no explanation regarding why (they did not even bother emailing me about it when they closed it). They told me they will only refund the amount I deposited, no winnings. Probably one of the worst sites I’ve played on. It’s glitchy. And it doesn’t matter what you stake. You can never seem to win over £100. It pays out pittance. I’ve deposited way more than I’ve won.
