Signed up to both the Casino and Sport betting sites yesterday to get the bonuses offered…Filled in all the necessary info and deposited the amounts required to get my bonuses on both sites…Played the £40 on Casino on multiple games without hardly winning anything back.(lost the lot within 20mins).then the £10 bet I put on 5 teams on the sports betting site was suspended and been temporarily blocked until proof of my address etc..Meaning i couldnt manage my bet in play…Ive provided these yet still nothing…Why let me deposit in the 1st place until you had the info??Not a good start to my experience with them. Scam conversion rates. I deposited in pounds and had it covered to dollars at 0.84$ = £1 then 20 mins later when I withdraw I get 0.79$=£1. This seems illegal to me but have heard nothing from the customer service team. Would not recommend using this for anything you expect to win money from as the withdrawal will take a hefty chunk of of your winnings

On the 27th Oct I logged into 888 and there was a personal offer to stake £20 on racing and get a free £20 bet. I tried for 15 minutes to place a bet on Initio in the 6.15 Wolverhampton and each time my bet was limited to under £20 and therefore I would not be able to access the free bet.This is clear deception as they encouraged me to make the deposit with no intention of allowing me to even access the free bet. They have asked for screenshots that I didn’t take at the time. It is my intention to contact the gambling commission who I suspect will be very interested in this case .

2 months so far I’ve been requesting my money back with no joy. Whilst emailing back and forth I’ve had multiple emails not meant for me, and yet the team think it safe for me to send these people my bank details. I wait days for a response then when I do get one it’s the same story. No one is actually will to help. They just tell me policy is this or that but none of it makes any sense. I signed up with Sports Illustrated (SI) Casino, which is part of 888. I signed up to take advantage of their deposit match. I deposited $600 with 100% match. Within the first hour or so, I lost $500 with only small hits if any at all. I gave them a review complaining about this and I then started winning back some of the money, but never, not once got back to the $1200. The games from then on after a reasonable time playing, did tend to pay, but never did I once get back to $1200. As soon as I met the wager requirement and was using real money, nothing, but very small hits if at all. Games that were regularly hitting, did not hit at all. I tired their recommended games and they only hit with very small amounts. Then when I tried to withdraw what I had left, I had to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it to process. It says it will take up to 5 days for the deposit to appear in my account. We will see if this happens. I’ve since read a ton of reviews from people complaining about not getting their withdraws! This is the worst, most unfair online casino I have played on. Save your money & sanity and avoid Sports Illustrated (SI) casino and from what I have read, ALL casinos affiliated with 888. There are other FAIR casinos out there.

I’ve used 888 for about 6 months. They’re not the best odds but not the worst and they offer relatively decent bonuses on the sportsbook.I played the free “Make a Wish” game almost every day and always without fail got a free spin or £1 bonus. Several times I got a £10 bonus. This suddenly ended and I hit a no win and when I tried to place a bet it said the maximum was £0.I tried to withdraw but my depositing card had recently expired so had to use a wire transfer. The customer service team told me my account hadn’t been restricted but from previous experience you can’t believe a word of what the customer service team says. If I could give a more negative star rating I would have! I’ve used the site for a little while only small amounts gambled for a bit of fun. I wagered just over the minimum deposit of £10.00 and notice the spin speeds varying from very fast to very slow, at times the wheels spin fast went to stop with a winning result but the suddenly going very slow to a negative result. I thought I was being a bit paranoid and changed to another game which froze at one point and then stopped a couple of times and buffered. I returned to the previous game as at this point I was smelling a rat!! Sure enough the same odd, not as per normal spin patterns.
