Once you get past the 100 odd attempts round to sign into account there is a good selection of games but those games swallow your deposits within minutes with very low payouts on spins and hardly any bonus rounds…so just like all these online sites it’s best not to bother as there’s only one loser and that you..These sites are designed to lure you in falsely claiming you will win thousands but in reality your be lucky to walk away with a fiver….fact

There is absolutely no way to contact them about anything. I did an online search that took me to a page that I was not able to find on their website. I filled in a support form and it wouldn’t send. They seem to not want to provide any kind of customer service so I won’t be giving them any of my money.It’s a shame. It looks like a good website to play on but I have no way of knowing as I can’t even ask the most basic question about the service. I will look elsewhere for online poker.

Disgusting company.Do not respond to this email by saying “we are sorry, send an email to this address” etc. because you are not doing anything even though I sent several emails already.I have been trying to contact their transaction team due to an issue in my withdrawal. Their live chat agents and support team told me you will be contacted. It has been a week but nobody from transaction team contacted me.it is easy to get people’s money but when it’s time to pay them back you are disgusting. I have played on 888 for some time and have found it a reasonable site. I am not a big gambler . I only play on two sites. So far I have only withdrawn small amounts – up to a £100 or so with no probs. However, I am having a problem accessing one if their free daily games. I have emailed customer services many times and get various responses , but still no access. This has been ongoing for a couple of months now . It is just the principle which annoys me. Why offer a free daily wish game and then not allow players to access , when they have met the criteria.

Dodgy company. Opened account fine, deposited funds, then blocked. Blocked because I already had an account which I’d forgotten about, but why not block before taking my money. I have been emailing all week and getting nowhere, one even suggested I log in to see the withdrawal status, erm hello I’m blocked! Now the latest excuse is my name doesn’t match the PayPal account! Which i find unlikely unless i made a spelling error setting up the 888 account but I wouldn’t know because I’m blocked! Surely sending the money back to the original method shouldn’t be an issue? Since i never got the chance to spend any of it before been blocked. I rarely gamble luckily, but if I do it will never be with these online ones now, totally put me off.

888 casino, this company will take your money straight away without any checks, but when you want to withdraw your money they put it in processing and refuse to pay out unless you send in proof of who you are, and when you send proof, they then want you to send copies of old expired cards, it’s been overa month now and I am still waiting, there UK landline does not exist. I am surprised they still have a gambling licence in the UK as there customer service is shocking, if I had known this company was this bad at paying out I would not have joined.

I had a very bad experience on access site 888, they are liars, I don’t recommend playing, I made two withdrawals and I was scared that I was taking money from them, I received an email that I sent them some documents and by checking them, they decided to close my account, no I recommend this site, measures must be taken and the site permanently closed as soon as possible so that other people are not robbed

Well all I can say is if I could give this site minus 5 stars I would, I have sent all my updated paperwork, and now they want a copy of my old visa card which expired last year, I explained this to them and they said get a copy from the bank…hahaha I phoned the bank for a copy they said we don’t have it as it expired and seeing how they have taken money out of the new card and I have sent them all the documents I have they can not pay it into the old card they should be able to easily pay it into the new card, if they don’t ask them again for the money, then take it up with the ombudsman let them look into it and they will have to pay for that, also any interest that I have lost out on.

Well I had no choice but to give one star because it is the minimum option there is no lower.Anybody can have an account with any bookmaker and go to poker and play for free and you can get prizes to if you win.Well 888 poker have Freeroll tournaments that if you win you get a ticket for big tournaments.I entered a tournament that had around 3000 players not one of of us has to pay a penny but the prize is a ticket worth $320.- only the winner and the runner up get it.I won the competition and there was another player left and the money dropped from above which it does when you win and I got no ticket nothing.Everyday I checked to see if they put a notification in my account about the ticket nothing happened so I thought when the tournament for the 320 ticket comes I will get it .Couple of weeks later a friend of ours apparently plays with 888 told us that she won a ticket with the same company for$200.- and never got it.This made get in touch with them to see what is going on.This was the worst experience EVER it is impossible to talk to them and all you get is the same message by email so you cannot argue.The only thing that changes is the name of the sender and the rest is a standard procedure which means they don’t even read your email because they know exactly why you are messaging them because they are CONS.They should be INVISTIGATED and to my surprise when I looked at their reviews OH MY GOD! They must be really cons.This should not be allowed by any organisation WHEN YOU ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU HAVE TO PAY WHAT YOU PROMISED.I spent more than 2 hours in this tournament for nothing.All I can say to those who are their customers is:BEWARE YOU ARE NEXT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER.And all I say to people who want to open an account with them is: DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

My account was blocked, supposedly some kind of investigation, I waited over a year for them to unblock. They demanded notarised documents, of course I sent them. I received an email that my account was fully verified, but I still cannot log in. The matter was reported hundreds of times, and still supposedly the relevant department checks the account, so 2 months checking … Scammers stay away!

Similar concerns as the others posts listed here. They are more than accommodating and responsive when it relates to deposits but withdrawals have been a nightmare. It takes 3 days for them to respond a one liner (auto-messaged) and the request is vague. I have provided statements as they have requested but my withdrawal still remains as processing. You need to take initiative or they wont bother giving you your money. The help line and bots through their virtual services have been horrendous with little to no help. I do not want to get started on the amount of restrictions this website imposes on your sports bet and limits on each game.If you want to even have a chance to be considered as a reputable gambling establishment, I would recommend that you hire more staff regarding your verification team and funding department. I have lost the confidence in this website and once I am able to get my winnings, whenever this is, it will be the last.Another recommendation is to not have a bot or person answer everyone’s concerns with the most generic answers or copied support links which are little to no help. Unfortunately, customer service is non-existent. If you would like to assist 888, please reach out to me directly to get this resolved.

They are withholding winnings. For a few weeks they claimed the pictures are blurry, or not received. Now they can no longer claim this, as they’ve had the copies sent so many times, they are just ignoring me.Every day you ask the chat bot / person with poor english and every day they say they will escalate it, goodbye. Weeks. I don’t know at what point to go to a solicitor. Their usual bot will reply here and say just contact the only email address or speak to the chat again. And so it goes on. Quick to take money but if you win significantly I don’t see how you get your money. There are no managers, no phone line, and no other contact than offshored botted chat box.

I have been playing on this site for a while and did not have any problem until now but on 4/7 I had a nice win on a game show and since then I have been unable yet to withdraw my money. I have £5008.89 ‘awaiting process’ and nobody tells me what the problem is. They tell me that my documents have now been processed and that they will escalate to the relevant department but nothing seems to be happening. I intend to follow the process to take them to court as I have lost faith in that they have any intention to pay me. Once this has been resolved I will never play on this site again. In fact it has make me think if is worth it gambling online at all. Things only go smoothly when they are taking your money. I will recover my money from these individuals but I have resigned myself to the fact that it will take a while.

The reason i leave a 3 star review is that according to Trustpilot further information on the company 888 are responding to 99% of negative reviews but not flagging them and having the reviews removed, which is great as it would seem some other casinos are rapidly able to silence any negatives and its highly annoying and makes research pre deposit/play more lengthy and annoying on the various casinos I choose to sign up too.Final say: you can win a nice amount at any casino as the game providers are shared but you have to read up these days, take time to think and research 🙂

It’s like they don’t even try to hide the algorithms anymore! New players will win big within the first few games, then if they withdraw the money, they’ll never win big again, unless of course they deposit more money. If you play live poker you’ll know that the type of hands you see on a regular basis online, are rare as blue moons in live play. 888 is the sort of poker you see in Casino Royale where everyone in the hand hits monsters. The rarest occurrences online, it seems, are hands being won with a simple Ace high, which happens all the time in live play. I’m honestly not sure how they get away with it, legally. There must be something in the small print somewhere but I’m not going to bother looking. I’ve already given them enough of my time and money. My STRONG recommendation to you is to not bother with online poker, particularly 888. It’s 100% a scam. Save your money and enter live tournaments instead!

I am absolutely fuming at this company, I make an account, make a few deposits & to my amazement I win £350, I withdraw it. Next day my accounts blocked. I had to go through a lengthy email process back & fourth with multiple agents, finally the operations team accepts my documentation & reopened my account, I then deposited more, won again another £200, so this is now £550 they owe me! I made a total of £172 in deposits keep in mind! & Again the very next day… Account is blocked again!!! Now they just aren’t responding to emails, even when they do it’s just a response saying your account is with the relevant team. They just won’t pay me, robbed me blind!

Hi guys hope everyone reads this. I deposited £350 on my friends phone with my own account and my own bank card as my phone was broken at the time. I added my own card to his Apple Pay and signed into MY own account. I got lucky and won 3k. Upon trying to withdraw it they asked me for ID which I uploaded and was accepted. They then closed my account and have been asking for the past 8 days for proof of Apple ID and wallet which I have also sent over numerous times and explained myself many of times and I keep getting the same email back. My winnings and my own money is stuck in my account I can’t access it I can’t withdraw it and I’m pulling my hair out over it. Online chat is absolutely useful there is no contact number I have emailed over 13 times with evidence of my own bank statements clearly showing it was my card and my account and quite simply my money just logged in on my friends handset. Withdrew quite a few times for low amounts and had no problem.Try to withdraw a more substantial amount 6k and now have to upload countless documents. Uploaded everything requested and no response other than one photo is blurry, so re uploaded and nothing back. BULLS**t! Horrible experience with customer service. My account is verified 14 times. Now it have been locked like 2 months. I have verified all my documents but customer service or operation team dont aswer or send any information what documents they need. I have played there like 10 years, my id has checked 12 times, every paying method like 15 times, customer service answers maybe once in a week. Most disrespectful experience in my gaming history. Hopeless service.Worst customer service of any online gaming site I’ve ever experienced.No customer service available to any member that is unable to log in. I have been unable to log into my account for over 6 months. There is over 500 in credit in my account and absolutely no way of being able to access customer support without being able to log in. Their customer support phone lines have been permanently closed. Avoid 888 at all costs. As you have probably seen from other reviews they suspend your account if ypu win money then ask for verifications of I’d etc.All documents have been supplied and yet the account remains suspended. There is no way of contacting customer support as its completely non existent unless you can log in…. which you can’t do whilst the account is suspended. Theybsudoended my account whistnit had over 500 in credit which i now cannot withdraw.As expressed by other reviewers… they do not appear to be legitimate or trustworthy. Open an account with them at your peril and if you do have an account already… withdraw all you have with them immediately and close the account. Be warned… be aware.

Unfortunately, after 3 years of being a VIP Member on 888 online betting sites. I always experienced good betting, casino, and poker with great bonuses. However, their customer services team is disgraceful. A great lack of knowledge, laziness, and do not understand customer concerns and complaints and they lack common sense and customer care. This lets the site down drastically as they do make a lot of mistakes and you have to contact customer services regularly. TBH they are doing other hard-working individuals out of a job.I had major problems with verification as I live and work in Asia. Although , i have passed 4 previous verifications from working in Asia this time was incredibly hard, frustrating and you are dealing with “robots” in an operations team that lack basic common sense. I sent over 49 documents over a 3 week period. However, they look for reasons not to verify your account instead of understanding fair, honest hard working people.
