I have an account with 888 and play there now and then. The reason i leave a 3 star review is that according to Trustpilot further information on the company 888 are responding to 99% of negative reviews but not flagging them and having the reviews removed, which is great as it would seem some other casinos are rapidly able to silence any negatives and its highly annoying and makes research pre deposit/play more lengthy and annoying on the various casinos I choose to sign up too.Final say: you can win a nice amount at any casino as the game providers are shared but you have to read up these days, take time to think and research 🙂

The worst site by far. Been on skyvegas 5 years and still play. Been using 888 for 2 days and I’m already getting rid of it. If you want to have fun this definitely not the place to go you’ll get 6 minutes playing time with £30 with zero wins… and if you want to win money… you’ve got NO chance.

It’s like they don’t even try to hide the algorithms anymore! New players will win big within the first few games, then if they withdraw the money, they’ll never win big again, unless of course they deposit more money. If you play live poker you’ll know that the type of hands you see on a regular basis online, are rare as blue moons in live play. 888 is the sort of poker you see in Casino Royale where everyone in the hand hits monsters. The rarest occurrences online, it seems, are hands being won with a simple Ace high, which happens all the time in live play. I’m honestly not sure how they get away with it, legally. There must be something in the small print somewhere but I’m not going to bother looking. I’ve already given them enough of my time and money. My STRONG recommendation to you is to not bother with online poker, particularly 888. It’s 100% a scam. Save your money and enter live tournaments instead!

I am absolutely fuming at this company, I make an account, make a few deposits & to my amazement I win £350, I withdraw it. Next day my accounts blocked. I had to go through a lengthy email process back & fourth with multiple agents, finally the operations team accepts my documentation & reopened my account, I then deposited more, won again another £200, so this is now £550 they owe me! I made a total of £172 in deposits keep in mind! & Again the very next day… Account is blocked again!!! Now they just aren’t responding to emails, even when they do it’s just a response saying your account is with the relevant team. They just won’t pay me, robbed me blind!

Hi guys hope everyone reads this. I deposited £350 on my friends phone with my own account and my own bank card as my phone was broken at the time. I added my own card to his Apple Pay and signed into MY own account. I got lucky and won 3k. Upon trying to withdraw it they asked me for ID which I uploaded and was accepted. They then closed my account and have been asking for the past 8 days for proof of Apple ID and wallet which I have also sent over numerous times and explained myself many of times and I keep getting the same email back. My winnings and my own money is stuck in my account I can’t access it I can’t withdraw it and I’m pulling my hair out over it. Withdrew quite a few times for low amounts and had no problem.Try to withdraw a more substantial amount 6k and now have to upload countless documents. Uploaded everything requested and no response other than one photo is blurry, so re uploaded and nothing back. BULLS**t! Horrible experience with customer service. My account is verified 14 times. Now it have been locked like 2 months. I have verified all my documents but customer service or operation team dont aswer or send any information what documents they need. I have played there like 10 years, my id has checked 12 times, every paying method like 15 times, customer service answers maybe once in a week. Most disrespectful experience in my gaming history. Hopeless service.Worst customer service of any online gaming site I’ve ever experienced.No customer service available to any member that is unable to log in. I have been unable to log into my account for over 6 months. There is over 500 in credit in my account and absolutely no way of being able to access customer support without being able to log in. Their customer support phone lines have been permanently closed. Avoid 888 at all costs. As you have probably seen from other reviews they suspend your account if ypu win money then ask for verifications of I’d etc.All documents have been supplied and yet the account remains suspended. There is no way of contacting customer support as its completely non existent unless you can log in…. which you can’t do whilst the account is suspended. Theybsudoended my account whistnit had over 500 in credit which i now cannot withdraw.As expressed by other reviewers… they do not appear to be legitimate or trustworthy. Open an account with them at your peril and if you do have an account already… withdraw all you have with them immediately and close the account. Be warned… be aware.

Unfortunately, after 3 years of being a VIP Member on 888 online betting sites. I always experienced good betting, casino, and poker with great bonuses. However, their customer services team is disgraceful. A great lack of knowledge, laziness, and do not understand customer concerns and complaints and they lack common sense and customer care. This lets the site down drastically as they do make a lot of mistakes and you have to contact customer services regularly. TBH they are doing other hard-working individuals out of a job.I had major problems with verification as I live and work in Asia. Although , i have passed 4 previous verifications from working in Asia this time was incredibly hard, frustrating and you are dealing with “robots” in an operations team that lack basic common sense. I use 888 services a lot, and pay a lot . I had a bonus balance and finally won over £60 it then finished the bonus play and reduced it down to £6. This is a joke. It popped a message up saying your winnings will reduce down to £6. This is an unfair clause if it’s in there Somewhere. After few winnings 888bet.com closed my account immediately, without a word saying that “they started investigation into my betting activity”. Can I just say Im never the sort of person to leave reviews, but this company is beyond a joke. I only joined a few days ago, relatively small deposits couple hundred pounds. Anyway had a little win tried to cash out 550. Firstly they blocked the account, and requested photo ID and proof of payment method. Fair enough, sent in driving license ID and proof payments ect through their site. Then they come back and said the proof of payment didnt show my name visible and to send in different screenshots. This was done, starting to get fed up at this point up to 72h to review ID documents. Called them by phone and said please just close the account and return the money Ill go elsewhere in future. Then they said to return the money we need proof of trustly account and Apple Pay. (I dont even have a trustly account or Apple Pay, the transactions were done by bank transfer. Ok then, please send in screenshots showing the transaction ID from the bank. This was then sent in again.Now the latest is none of the ID is accepted because it doesnt appear authentic, please send in either passport or Government ID card, both of which I dont have. Ive read other reviews, seems to be a habit of 888 group guess dont get 1.6 stars for nothing. Just very disappointed, looks like Ive got a fight on my hands now to get my money if at all, read on gambling commission site first need go through their complaints process, hardly see this going well or at any speed just generic emails from them. Signed up to 888, inputted all my personal details, name, date of birth, phone number, email address etc. Account was created and I was EMailed telling my that an arbitrary decision had been made not to allow me to claim the bonus promised. When contact refused to give rationale as to why then has taken my personal details and then refused. Refused to state if my details had been handed to 3rd parties for advertising.

I’ve used 888 for a few years now and it was always enjoyable. Today I made a withdrawal and the payment method of which 888 sent it to was no longer active. I got in touch with them via live chat to be told misinformation multiple times about said withdrawal, no one via live chat was helpful so I rang up only to not get anywhere as the staff had the mics so close to their mouth it was just muffled and inaudible. I spoke to a supervisor after getting nowhere with a phone advisor, who didn’t really listen much either and relayed the things I said to him wrong, constantly interrupted me and made me even more frustrated at the lack of customer service they were providing. I just wanted to know, correct time frames, what was going to happen with my withdrawal and when it was happening and what to expect. Instead I was told incorrect things regarding my withdrawal multiple times causing confusion and frustration which could of all been avoided had the staff at the start explained properly and gave the right information. I don’t know if its an issue with just my account but the chat would log me out of my account all together causing me to have to restart the whole process over again, again frustrating and resulting in more confusion. This is the first negative experience I have had in years of using this site and its mainly down to poor customer service. I understand with the withdrawal process there are time frames and systematic run processes, the issue wasn’t in waiting for my withdrawal, it’s in finding out the correct line of action when a payment method is no longer active and 888 have sent funds to it and are saying that said account have received it when I have proven this isn’t the case.

I really do not know how I was supposed to use todays bonus. TGIF 50. The bonus was 50% of deposit up to £50. and had to be wagered 10 times. I deposited £300 and played 888 roulette. My balance fluctuated between £250 and £800 and in total I wagered about £10k over 5 hours. However not one penny of my wagering counted towards my bonus wagering? When my balance was back down to £300 I decided to withdraw £300. However only £250 was available to withdraw. I think I have been scammed. Given that the promotion states that deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time I really do not know how I lost £50?

Probably the best site for Poker and on-line Sports Betting. I’ve played at all the top sites and the card shuffle here, in my opinion is the closest you’ll get to real life. Yes, I get my bad beats like everyone else. It’s part of Poker. I’m only a small time Gambler. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke so I have a flutter instead. 888 has a good reward program and has lots of Free Tournaments. 888 gives away a lot of money to their members. Just one thing. I opened an account with 888 only after losing for a few months did I get asked for proof of funds after several attempts in Feb I was thanked for the information and told I would hear by 17 march . In the meantime my account was suspended I could not deposit or withdraw money. Two months later after numerous emails and chats online even after it got escalated. Absolutely nothing . I think they have lost my financial information. I will be contacting the data commissioners office and making a formal complaint to the gambling commission. Be warned .

Three times whilst playing roulette the picture was lost (frozen) after the spin but before the result meaning that I did not see where the ball landed. On each occasion I lost, well I will tell you what 888 you will NEVER have any more money off of me. Plenty of other online bookmakers/casinos that I don’t have to play a crooked one.
