These company do not honour their own welcome bonus. Lure you in with offers and do not pay them which constitutes a breach of faith. Customer service agent agreed that she should correct the situation only for her supervisor to refuse. Unpleasant people to deal with generally.There is no shortage of book makers so within a few hours Ive withdrawn my business. Avoid this place or play at your own risk. Terrible place.

So Im now over a week into this palava with not receiving my winnings! The only answer I get on the live chat is we are investigating with our payment operator and we have no new information! Beware when frying to withdraw any amount over a couple of hundred pounds. They’ll start messing you about ,asking for ridiculous amounts of I.D, citing all sorts of rules and regulations. I think this is done to keep the money in their accounts for as long as possible, earning interest. As well as it being incredibly frustrating and unnecessary , it gives the impression that they might go bust at any minute.

Signed up to FansBet but could not deposit without KYC documentation. Fine, no problem there and would rather them do that during the deposit stage instead of at the withdrawal stage unlike some of the shadier bookies out there. However, after providing them with my drivers licence and a valid proof of address (both of which have been accepted by the several bookies that have asked for KYC documentation), heard nothing from FansBet for a few days and then found my account suspended. Didn’t bother going through customer support, just not worth my time. It feels like they’re just after your personal documentation…My advice to anyone reading this: I’d stay way and stick with some of the bigger bookies, if the 40% 1 star review split wasn’t a big enough clue…

I do like this bookmaker, but the site sometimes is unresponsive where the page doesnt fully load or load at all, so I end up miss putting on bets in time. Also this site doesnt have the best odds out there and you miss the best odds guaranteed that most bookmakers will have. The best part of this by far is the withdrawal times. Ive had all my withdrawals processed and in my bank in minutes of requesting it.

There is absolutely no reason to use this bookie. If you are seasonal punter playing few quid now and then there are websites with better experience,better odds and more markets. I open an account because they offer big limits in some markets i bet on and they restrict my account after few bets. On top of that they asked me for verification whilst i was restricted (so i thought that was the issue) and they collected my personal details whilst they didnt offer any service.Like most bookies these days they just collect user data, if they are winning punters they restrict them based on their ip address even before placing a single bet and they count on some addicts that will lose fortunes on casinos, horses or premier league. They are not their to offer any service, just to build a user base, get a good sponsorship deal and after few years rebrand or get acquired.

Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. 1 maximum bet says it all. I find I can get better odds on Betdaq. it is smaller Betfair but I find betting is easier. The real annoyance is that you can place an unmatched bet but you need to keep up. I have had bets left unmatched despite the odds having been laid. Spart from that 1st Class

I have been a client of Spreadex for a number of years and have never had any problem with them. The website is very straightforward and user-friendly, always assuming of course that you understand the basics of spread betting! Furthermore, I have never had any problem regarding the settlement of bets nor the immediate payment of withdrawn funds. I would consider Spreadex to be a credit to the industry.

Actually lost all my money at first but a very reasonable bonus offer was accepted and managed to make a tiny profit in the end once fully wagered. Withdrawal times seem a bit excessive compared with other well-known sites but overall this is up there with one of the better casinos I’ve joined.

What a great start with bonuses, then a week into the site I placed a bet and it deducted the balance said the bet was placed. I come back half hour later thinking I won and bang no trace of the bet and my stake given back. It is really good, as I am using it from more then one years now, but the only thing which I am facing now days that whenever I am trying to deposit they keep my miney on hold for long tym as in for more then 10 days this is not acceptable, it is my money, yeah but all the other things are good, yes sometime they change bet as well but now onwards I have start taking screenshots, the only concern is deposit money sometime get stuck which they use to credit back after a long time, so mine is still stuck and waiting to be get credited in my account. So this is probably my 3rd or 4th moan about this terrible Casino! I complained in about may/June about playing Gonzo megaways and being 1200 down with no bonuses or features! AVOID! I’ve been betting with these a week, had a few winners, made a few withdrawals, account gets locked and asked to verify. I send my documents in as asked. All this time though my account is locked so I can’t use it, over a day later nothing still. Asked to withdraw my funds as I had done nothing wrong, ghat request got ignored. I have money in my account but can’t access it. I have some shocking reviews, the fact you have to buy or earn best price on horses is a joke. It was ok ish untill I started .among withdrawals, oh and I was told its with the safer gambling team aswell so if you like a bet on your day off do use these because if you place more than 1 bet it’s makes you look like your not in control and they review your account to make sure you can afford it. A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised… won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.
