On the account was 15 €, some time has passed on my account 0,23 €. I write in LIVE-CHAT where my money is, the answer, you had a 5 € voucher, it became invalid and all the money was written off. This is in the 21st century. Hardness. Never Again

They will not pay you and use every trick in the book to avoid paying you. New documents neded, old documents expired, invalid wagering or I did not meet there requirements or the games I played no longer count towards bonus or original deposit. These are just a ffew of the excuses i have had in the last 2 weeks. CS is rude and are in on the scam. Bet on aliens landing instead for a better return.

They did scam me for 3000eur - the deposits I made and even more in winnings they refused to verify my ID's - I sent more than just one, they still have some problem they do not share with me. I will forward this case to court, as in EU it is easy to win over such scam site, I am not worried to fight them. of course, you should not bet with bet-at-home, unless you are lawyer.

i would rate 0.after i opened account did not receive any betting bonus just 5 pound in casino which i ve spend in seconds with no wins of course..cannot bet less then 1 pound. cannot withdraw les then 75 pounds.most of daily matches are not live.mostly cash out option disappear after you bet.and the best thing is that they will not give you any free bets even if you spend several hundreds.hope this review help bet at home think about treating customers better.account closed,never again.

I've settled a bet and after game has ended I've won and they paid my account. 5min later they took back the money I've won and told that betting was blocked (they gave me actual time when bet was "blocked", it was cca 40 seconds before I settled a bet) but there was mistake so it was possible to make a bet. 2. I've bet live on tennis match and had possibility to cash out whole time. Then match was interrupted and continued next day. Match was available on live betting but there was no availability to cash out anymore. Biggest problem was that I intentionally played against favourite so I could cash out later and my money would be tripled if I could have cash out and in this case I lost all my money. Conclusion: They are cheaters and they will trick you every possible way they can. Don't bet there!!!!

Don't bother signing up to these jokers. They constantly ask for verification and even when you sent it, it's not good enough, then eventually they'll stop messaging you and lock your account. Scumbags. Keep away.

I tried it first with the bonus chips, because I was curious about the company's concept behind the free bonus chips. You can make them to real money, if you are able to multiply your bonus chips x40 (!). Very difficult to verify your account, I sent a picture of my passport which was showing all corners and you could read the details fine. Had an email back saying it was crap and then details of how to take a better picture - we recommend using a digital camera or phone etc. like I am some sort of moron. Oh, and by the way they also then needed my bank card front and back. No mention of this when I signed up only about a passport. Absolutely horrible customer service, very abrupt impatient responses when you speak to them on live chat and large 'facts' typed very quickly as if they are just copying and pasting them. There are loads better sites than these out there and using Bet-at home just isn't worth the hassle - give them a big thumbs down and 0 score if I could.
