If I could I would put 0 stars. They restricted my account for winning. If you start making a profit they see you as a threat and it is just a matter of time before they start putting restrictions on your account. What’s the point using their betting site if this happens? I strongly don’t recommend them!

This sportsbook recently opened in Illinois for new customers. I attempted to make an account. I received an error message and contacted customer supportI was told my account was de activated due to my “business”I would love to see someone start a class action lawsuit for discriminating against new customers

Don’t believe their RTP.Put in over $300 on spins and bonus buys and not a single one has hit over 50X return all mostly hit 10x. Had 3 supers bonuses and all hit around 10-20x . Something is off. Bet365 blocked my account without providing any reason. Since they didn’t notify me in advance, I kept trying to access a live bet for 20 minutes and lost money as a result. I registered on the site, deposited £1,000, and placed live bets for a day, losing £100. When I asked for the reason behind the block, they refused to provide one, simply saying that the technical department made the decision. This site is absolutely not trustworthy. Even if I had won, they likely wouldn’t have paid out, given their attitude. Stay away.

They don’t want the players to win even a small amount. After a few months without success in my bets i have one success with a 1000 euro gain and they immediately remove all my privileges and offers. Also they did not let me to bet more than 10 euros per bet. They show me the exit from their site. I do not recommend BET365 to anyone serious playing. Outside that their bet page is very good. If you don’t mind lose all the time then ok!

A buggy site that will cost you money. They are focusing on implementing new features rather than fixing their site. I understand its a website and will always have issues but pretty unacceptable for bet365.

I’m with bet365 since a long time .I’m use to play free prize Matcher like everyone use to play ..few weeks ago comes up error .Ive emailed to the customer service. They answered basically they stopped for me.. for Safer gambling reason.so ridiculous..So I’ve thought if they can controll this .They can controll like winnings..as I’ve seen bad reviews people can’t get they withdrawals…Never use to be like this before …Ive always got my winnings ..Dont know what happend with this site ..I thought this is the best site ever..but I’m so disappointed 😞 what I did read..well good luck everyone who trust this site ..I will play my budget somewhere else that’s for sure .

Totally un satisfied with the results here. Once you star winning and putting a decent amount of money in your bank account they then restrict your withdrawal access so you keep you money in their site long and then they hold your withdrawal completely for longer than 25 hrs. When you try to call and speak with a supervisor all you get is the runaround. I will be using a different site from mow on and urging everyone whom I come in contact with wo gambles online to steer clear of Bet365!!!

total waste of my time (and probably yours)Wanted to watch WTA tennis so placed a gbp10 bet to watch after negotiating through there constipated (and complicated) process and despite them showing MasterCard logo on payment paid they advise they no longer accept payments on these cards. Well I didn’t have another card to hand so well done again you lot you have lost another customer and a wee deserved 1 star rating to add to all the others you have quite correctly , I assume, received from other likewise disgruntled ex customers. I will look elsewhere and suggest others do likewise.

The richest and most lucrative site in the world (their CEO makes about 250m a year) but absolutely useless and these sites will drive gamblers into the black market where you are allowed to actually win now and again! I have gambled approx 25-30m in my life and lost about 1.2m but get the odd win and if you do on here, they ban you – they only want losers 365 and 24/7!

If could set zero stars I would. These people block your account from the very registration and don’t even explain why. This is ridiculous and disrespectful! And their customer service is pathetic, use same and same phrase all the time, can’t come up with full detailed sentences. Don’t recommend at all! I was making some money, and they stopped phone service.Which is very laughable to me, they only allow maximum 20$ for betting. If there is something wrong, in that scenario they should completely close my account. I believe they are afraid of losing money. They are the biggest scammer in the betting sites.

When entering my username i used a different name for my own security as I thought everybody would be able to see my name. When I went to withdraw money my account has been locked and everytime I try to contact a service they say I don’t own the account when I Clearly do. My email, phone number are both connected and I stated my real name multiple times. It is daylight robbery and there is nothing I can do about it. I would steer clear of this app if I were you.

if you start winning then they kick you off the store or better yet they turn off the bonus generator and you can watch the game skip it stops on the winning bonus and then gone or you get kicked out of the app and come back and your bonus is gone they are robbing people and the gaming board is letting them because they are getting part of it from taxes this app should be shut down I have never seen anything like this ever before I’m filling a complaint with my bank

Fine until now. Wont release funds as apparently need to verify bank account by sending full statements. I don’t think so. Will take your money but not pay if you win. Communication is shite !! They definitely don’t like winners, I have won a huge sports bet of 4+ sports matches, got 670$ from that win wanted to withdraw it and I’m still waiting for them to give me the money I gained I don’t know why I am waiting this long. I’ve seen it all now.. So last night they settled a NBA SGP and paid me 199.00 and I cashed out. Apparently Trey Murphy didn’t get 5 rebounds, he only finished with 4. Apparently the NBA scored his 5th rebound in the first half and I was paid by Bet 365, I spent 99 dollars of the winnings, which left a 100 in my account. I woke up this morning to a zero balance. As mentioned Murphy only had 4 rebounds but that’s not MY FAULT.. They should have waited until it was official before paying out or honor your mistake,NOT MINE.. Unlike Fanduel and DK, they took the money back and attempted to give me a negative balance which I was NEVER GOING pay because it’s their MISTAKE, NOT MINE.. Their customer service department is never on the same page, You may get 4 different answers from 4 different ppl about the same issue.. They are really Janky.. The worst customer service team out of all the sportsbook I’ve dealt with

I opened an account and apparently it was closed immediately by management. No explanation was given beyond that after contacting customer support. It’s unfortunate because I use several other platforms — DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM — in addition to being a sports bettor at local casinos in Colorado (Caesars and the Monarch in Black Hawk). I have never experienced this problem anywhere else. I would simply recommend an alternative to anyone interested in sports betting.

i could have given 0, this company is like the worst company i have ever seen. I opened a account just to do small betting for a weekend. i also gave my verifikation and they told me that all my documents was accepted and ready to bet. But after i put my money first time, they blocked my account and i had to contact customer service like why. I have gone back and forth with the company in mail, after nearly 2 months they said they cannot anything right now. They also asked me about my salary, like why should i give my payslip? They just took 1000 kr from me and now they dont wanna help me back. So for they future people who wanna bet, this company is as joke and a scammer.
