I find bet365 the best app by far but the customer service is atrocious If u change your normal way if betting they withdraw all your free bets and offers and they say they’re trying to protect you .But they let continue losing your own money .They just withdraw all your freebies And when you contact them they just keep sending u repetitive messages saying they’re trying to help you .Not an ounce of common sense or understanding between any of them

They dont fix things that are broken, they break things that dont need to be fixed. They send you mechanical replies petitioning to emotions, or just plain out of context replies that dont reflect any human intelligence or comprehension of the bettors’ observations or games nuances. They just want to get $1000+ from as many people as they can, with a mickey mouse app.

I placed a bet on the second half of a basketball game under 78.5 points. In that half 69 points were scored but it went into overtime. The bet was decided as lost. An abuse by bet365. According to any basketball rule a quarter or half cannot be extended. Extra time is related to the entire match and not to a half or quarter of the game.I had previous bets where I bet on the second half over. The half ended under but the match went into overtime and ended in a draw. The points scored in overtime were not counted towards the second half but only towards the match and the bet was decided as lost. (Correct in this case)

Using bots , AI in cash games. Playing with same bots everyday all day. This is illegal and of course unfair. I emailed them and of course they denied my claims. From 30 hands I won propablly 3-4. I know to play and I always had the second best hand. This is unreal. Avoid because bots , AI knows your hands…

avoid at all cost.so what happened?ufc 309, they settled all fights within 1 minute since most were low odds fights , then big odds won (8 odds) and they didnt settle it for long time, so you could not cashout your bet and lose your bet afterall.EDIT : and of course next fight which was lose, was settled again like 30 seconds after results , this website is just huge scam as they knew exactly that if they dont settle that big odds one right away and when next fight starts then cashout option will be unavailable lmao. So i definitely lost $300 because of this website.

Worst support ever. Also cheaters!Frequently bet on sports and try and take the early payout. I have done this lots previously and as soon as I confirm the early payout something “Breaks” every time. I reached out to support to show them what happened and they closed my account. BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS….I reached out multiple times after and they just said account was under review…

Spent over an hour on the phone then had to wait over a month for my account to be verified. I’d been with them for ten years already up to this point. I then discover there are limits placed on my account so I can’t have a meaningful bet. I believe this is because I won a fairly large amount of money on an accumulator. I have no special formula, I’m not connected the betting industry and just do it for fun. Because of their procedures and poor customer service this company somehow take all the fun out of betting.

I’ve read through all these other reviews and I don’t know, maybe they just like me but I’ve not had a single issues with Bet365. Sure I’ve had some loses but in the last 24 hours I’ve made 3 withdrawals adding up to about $2000 ($900, $800, $300) and the money was transferred within a couple hours. But that’s just me. (FYI, I only play slots and sports bet)

Well this explains it all. I came here to write a review and the stars it already doesn’t have speaks volumes. I tried signing up today and was told that my verification process failed so I will NEVER be allowed to have an account there. No explanation. Just never allowed. Not allowed to rectify the situation. Pretty rigid if you ask me…. But based on these reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet. Thanks for lookin out for me universe!! Don’t waste your time folks!!

I have been using Bet 365 for almost one year now and I must say that their RTP seems accurate. Immediate payout. Vast Gaming section. If anything the Lotto section can be improved by allowing player to make smaller bets as at present it starts with 10p; I understand that it seems low but when you arrange several combination of numbers that will add up very quickly putting off smaller players to even consider opting for combos.Anyhow I had great fun with bet365 and I will still use it along other online casinos.NB if you read my previous feedback for other online casinos they are mostly negative … so if I leave 5 stars they do really deserve it.

They have no problem allowing you to deposit 2000, but as soon as you try to withdrawal anything over 1500, they put you through the most painful verification process. I have been waiting 2 months already and still have no answer from them. Like other reviewers mentioned, they ask for a credit card statement for a card I haven’t used in 2 years. Like why can’t they ask for the card I used the last 12 months? It’s only cause they want to find a reason not to pay out. Luckily I kept my records and had PDF bills on my computer. Sent everything and still waiting. I filed a complaint through our gaming commission.

Do not play here! Absolutely terrible! Lost 200 in the past few days as quick as you can snap your fingers. Betting reasonably I might add. Just witnessed 4 blackjack get pushed in a row. Chances of this are astronomical and don’t happen very often. Although I know it should at some point, but it happens waaayyy to often on this site. Baccarat is a joke on here and this site should be investigated. Such terrible returns. Chances of blackjack getting pushed are 0.4 something % from what I have read it’s 1 in 450 hands and I just saw it 4 times in a row. I thought I would give this site a shot. I deposited $60 after signing up and lost it all very quickly even on $0.40 bets. Bonuses seem very hard to hit and when they did hit, it would only give me like $10 back. I closed my account because I don’t believe it’s possible to win on this site. Very low pay outs and very poor selection of games. Definitely would not recommend.

I don’t gamble on many sites. I only play on the few I believe play fair, Bet365 being one of them. I played a £10er today then logged out with £5 banked. When i next signed in my balance was 0.00 which i found was rather bizarre. I tried loading today’s play history but it didn’t break it down enough so I went on live chat and each option I chose took me ” back to the start”. I did speak to somebody but the chat was ended before problem resolved. I don’t play many sites but I’ve never had problems with 365. Gutted, 365 have played unfairly

Horrible company. Know a number of people who have randomly had their account restricted for no clear logical reason. I’m a recreational punter who bets on the horses now and then mostly during carnivals. Just been told my account is restricted. I’ll close it and never use them again. Customer service is either very good or very bad, so if someone doesn’t help you, you have to keep contacting them until they do. They could improve the Poker by increasing the player number to Six instead of Five on their Premium Tables. I like the fact that Bet365 is Privately owned. I like the Coates Family. Worst customer service no help at all. Opened an account only to find out it’s closed the next day with no explanation. I didn’t even have a bet. They wouldn’t even help me open a new account. I don’t get it. I don’t even have a bet that often only around spring carnival time. Don’t use these guys if there is ever an issue with your winnings be sure they will not help you.
