Worst ever experience from customer service after a non runner. Would highly recommend never to use them

Scammers. I placed a $10 same game parlay with +5000 odds and a payout of $510. I WON! But my entire bet was voided seconds after it hit because one of the players was voided. (They never entered the game once or were even at the gaming event, ruled out before game time). It was super crushing to see my biggest win yet be taken from me right before my eyes. The House Rules and Same Game Parlay rules state that if a leg on a bet is voided, then the bet will be recalculated and paid out accordingly but customer service states otherwise “based on their rules on their website”. This is just a way for them to not have to payout their bettors. I used this platform for less than a week before this happened. I do not recommend this betting platform to anyone. You’ll regret it.

Disgrace of a company. Cash out doesn’t work a so called ‘benefit’ they call it. Horse racing cash out does not work and the customer service are not only unhelpful they’re rude. Everyone just use paddy power these lot are a disgrace and will treat you like animals!

Just joined a few weeks ago spins very empty, set deposit limit but it won’t let you deposit limit you have to do it in intervals. Games get chucked out with error message. No withdrawals so can’t comment on that. Don’t think will be using anymore as there deposit system is not very good I don’t want to deposit in intervals. Set a limit over 7 days but I deposit once then have to wait an hour to do it again don’t get it and empty spins take the fun out of it.Put last £10 in and self excluded as couldn’t fine how to close account. Wont be back sadly.

So I signed up yesterday. Deposited £50 and won £190. Withdrew no problems. Today Deposited a tenner,won £60 and all of sudden my account is restricted 🤔. Go on live chat,and they have closed my account. Ask for a reason and they put the terms up blah blah blah 😒. Seems to me this “casino” is a bit of a sore loser 🤣🤣🤣

Loyal customer who never had any issues, until they decided to not pay my withdrawal of the funds I won. Worst experience ever! Being told to wait week after week and being passed around by about 20 members of customer service. They then tried to say they paid the amount and deny my constant pleas to investigate further, numerous emails and nearly month later identified they didn’t pay me. I asked for some kind of compensation or gesture in mind on my account and still nothing! Awful company!

So my account was closed for no good reason. For 3 months I was advised my their customer service team to send my bank cards and bank statements everyday I enquired on the progress. After 3 months they closed my account and told me to send my bank details for them to transfer my remaining balance. After doing so, now the want me to send also my bank security details and also my branch where I bank and my branch code apart from the swift code. Very suspicious of this site. App is shocking. Lucky if it ever loads. Often takes multiple attempts to load money. If betting odds change while placing a bet it hangs and will stick on a spinning logo. Worst app I have used.

Won a bet and withdrew it on the “early cash out” feature. Following it going to VAR they took the funds away despite me withdrawing the funds early! Very poor advertisement and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I have been playing Blue Wizard for a while. Lost most of the time but at I could play a while. Recently I won about 6,000 in a week game was given bonus, good spins. The last 2 weeks I spent 4000 CAD dollars and got absolutely nothing. No bonuses. Game started to glitch when spinning. I think they fool around with it. Closing account and saying “ due to the nature of your business” don’t actually gamble much, normally grand national and odd horse bet, kept my money in the account the credit I won. Then told under section 17.1 terms and conditions they can just close accounts. I confirmed yes they can, but also as a customer and an account holder I am also in my rights to ask for the exact reason and to be made aware of the account closure due to “your nature of business” I just get told “I know it’s disappointing and vague but that’s all we know” 😂😂Being accused of something they can’t even state to as of what and all for winning £30 on a horse nearly a year ago 😂😂

They told on live chat to need call us for some reason i gave number and was waiting for call but never called! It seems bet 365 actually needs to be looked into by gaming board , my complaint is exactly as others that’s been happening a lot. I had two good weeks off wining big money every time I played, after first week all offers and bonuses were stopped, ( no expectations, just informed by message) Second week two good wins , then I tried deposit next day , I was told I was not using my account properly and it was being closed,Then I received balance payment into my bank and my account was blocked.

This website genuinely deserves these reviews it’s an absolute joke.When I tell you the spins are rigged it’s a 100% fact no matter what slot u play you can tell, if there was a slot with 99% RTP you’d still go 15-20 spins without a win and the bonus games are set to give you as little as possible no matter how many wilds you have earned or spins or anything that increases your chance to win will be countered by them absolute joke!

Opened an account and had to verify using 2 forms of ID (because I had deposited via Apple Pay). This was a pain as you have to share sensitive information (sending photographs of your passport and driving licence). I had placed a £10 bet and won. Used my bank account to withdraw money (again not an easy process). Enquired where my free bets were as a new customer opening offer. Received an email to say my account wasn’t verified (which it was as I had an email to say I was verified). Was asked to upload my 2nd ID again which I did and again received an email to say I was fully verified. Still no free bets so I contacted customer services again only to be told my account was now closed due to negative verification . I checked and it was still open but now with £1.50 free bet, so I again contacted customer services and then this morning I received another email about negative verification and my account was now closed (which it is) and is irreversible and I could never open an account again (not that I would, but beyond insulting )feed like all I’ve done is shared sensitive information with a scam company. Feeling exposed. Disgusting betting site. Avoid!!!

Works fine, once every 3 months, then you cant place any bets cause no matter where you are in your province, THEY SAYS YOU ARE OUT OF THE FKN PROVINCE ! Just had my account closed with bet 365 with no explanation what so ever. Been with them for 10 years + & bet £1 bets quite regularly . They said it was a management decision. They shut my 6 horse challenge entry & 6 goal challenge entry down without me knowing if I’d won or not. Totally gutted.

Poor customer service that are happy to close chats without resolving your issue. Asked them to delete my account and details and was given a poor response that it’s not in “bet365s rules”. Shocking when it’s a legal right to remove your information as per GDPR from any companies detail list. Gambling sites are a huge avoid in general but bet365 is probably one of the worst

Been with bet 365 for years have footy bets 50p to £1 every week always had around £8 in the account and played the free footy games 4 or more goals and the super 6. Out of nowhere i had a email saying under there terms they will stop my free games, had rude replies stating there decision is final! Tried to register online. I submitted personal details and a photo of my d.licence for verification only to find hours later that my account had been closed before it had been approved. No explanation other than a licence is not acceptable. No reason for rejection given but now Bet365 have my personal information and a photo of my licence. My ID could be at risk but they refuse to discuss the matter or provide guaranteed reassurance. I would avoid Bet365 who appear to operate a questionable process

Signed up to the Poker app in December. Its a decent welcome bonus. Played around 30,000 hands and made a loss. You get loads of pocket pairs here but you will hardly ever make trips on the flop. The board is nearly paired every other hand. The players here are terrible. It’s very frustrating you can’t take their money because the software is designed to make as much rake as possible. It plays almost like a fruit machine. The virtual roulette is a joke. I cover around 14 numbers. Not one win in like over 15 spins. Overall I’m about £400 down. Would have been a lot more if my horses had not won. I won’t be coming back to bet365.

App is all over the place. Half the time the inplay time of a football match is wrong and when you look at the list of live games available (after pressing 3 dots in corner) the times are moving about all over the place. So clunky. I am.using this on a new Samsung Galaxy Ultra S24

Recently opened an account with bet 365 lots of games and a good sports site, on my first visit I won £100 on the slots withdrawal no problem and very quick since then lost a few bob on the slots which I accept that is the chance you take as a gambler but what I will say is don’t expect to see the feature on there games anytime soon as you may rarely see one. The other feature of this site is it is like big brother is watching you receive through online messaging ensuring you realise how much you are playing like all gambling sites, tick box excercise? I do except that some people are addicted to gambling, but they tar us all with the same brush, sad in this day but unfortunately that is the way big brother is going. It is also disappointing to note that bet 365 does not respond to punters on this site, thought as a company they would be better than that.Finally I would say to all gambling sites give us back the right to choose what we do do without being a nanny state.

Used to be 5 stars and the best around, Back around 2007 for many years onwards this was hands down undisputedly the best.There is no such thing as customer service here and they will use the T and Cs to get out of everything where possible. Positives are horse race, BOG and lucky are good (double odds one winner) Some sports offers such as early pay-out are a plus but overall there are better and more reliable betting sites available and unless absolutely necessary I would avoid.

At first, everything was fine (apart from the fact that their app is atrocious and it never remembers my log in).Then I started winning some bets, and promptly got blocked. Apparently, betting is only allowed to go one way with this company.
