Got blocked because apparently I spent 30 hours logged in and it’s like 3 days that I can not unblock it. The costumer services saying they will call me shorty but 3 days is to short for the apparently. Horrible experience.

Bet365 software has a glitch where you get your account frozen and they can’t even manually pick cash out option when available causing you to lose your bet.Worst yet customer service denies this is a issue

I had made a bet on tennis that appeared to have won and gave me the option to cashout so I can bet and not have to wait for the bet to settle. I notice the match has still kept going as there was reversed call but my money was still my account and there was no outstanding bet to look at in case of cashout so I thought I was ok. I then notice my money from my account I wagered is gone. I noticed the bet I made would’ve lost but I cashed out and didn’t even give me an option to cashout again during the match after the call was reversed. This site glitch not only cost me money but their team doesn’t care about good faith. They care about getting money is anyway possible and don’t care about their customers. I would suggest FanDuel as I haven’t experienced any site glitches and better promotions. If you have bet365 I would delete the app

Why is this site even allowed to stay online? So many complaints about customers not getting paid their money. Why aren’t people getting together and suing this company for theft? Because clearly they are stealing. Companies that are using them as a sponsor should be ashamed about luring people to their site just to get scammed of their money. Everyone should get together and stop this awful company from continuing. I cashed out $4000 still had $1100 in my account. Registered an account, made a wager in a bingo room and suddenly account becomes unusable. Contacted live chat who said account was banned and have no further information, i asked about getting a refund and basically said no refund whatsoever. Pretty scummy/scammy company if you ask me. I don’t know why I gave bet365 so many chances to do better, but this has to be one of the worst platforms out there. Their customer support is atrocious, their loyalty to high paying customers is no where near rewarded like Stake.com does, if bet365 even rewards their users. Do yourself a favour and go with stake.com or another platform that will treat you right and reward you for your loyalty, what a lot of garbage this bet365 team and platform is.

Unserious and unprofessional trashThis so called company is rubbish. They have no clue about how to choose and recruit eligible and qualified applicants for their role. I applied as a German speaking customer support in Malta. Besides the fact that this role is extremely bad paid and has unhuman working hours, they don’t even care if you have a heavy costumer care background and experience like me in the 1st and 2nd level support for VIP customers at Siemens company in Munich. I am more qualified than anyone of those applicants but like I said, these Stupids give a damn about your qualifications. The mentioned job role is neither a high skilled role nor a professional one where people need a heavy bunch of experience and knowledge.So my suggestion for those who are thinking about working in this crapholeKeep distance, save your time and energy and don’t waste it.

The deposit using Interac is quick i tried to take advantage of the match bet but they force you play in the Casino and you cannot even make sports bet until you have wagered like 40x your deposit in the casino. Anyhow i was unable to download their Bet365 Authenticator so i had to have them cancel my match bonus which they did. I immediately tried to withdraw the funds and what bothers me is that after you click the withdrawal there is nothing on their interface that shows your withdrawal so you contact Customer Service thru the bot chat first. Once you have located live chat they tell you it is being processed. So i wait 24 hours as suggested and they say the same thing next day. If they made the effort to process my withdrawal you usually get an email from Interac stating your transaction is in process. They are just holding my funds until either i give up or I forget about my funds or even worse I reverse the transaction expecting me to play on their site. Anyways it has been 3 days now and everyday i gotta go thru the same b.s. Unfortunately they are missing the bigger picture because if they were prompt on their withdrawals people like myself would write something nice. All of us Sports bettors like nothing better than quick no frills withdrawals. I did get my funds returned after I wrote this review. Took 3 1/2 days.

I use them regularly because they tend to offer the best odds on football markets and that what I like to have a little flutter on… I put lots of small acca bets on at £5 maximum. They continuously ban my account from receiving any free bets or bonuses or the free games they offer. When you contact customer service they just say this is a decision from our traders and cut the chat off…. Absolute shambles of a business… it’s like me going to Asda and buying all my shopping there and when they have a buy one get one free offer or something similar they tell me I’m not allowed the offer as I shop there all the time!!!

This company banned me after a few modest wins. I have noticed they are now sponsoring videos on oddschecker.com. No surprise because they are pricing up races well in advance of other companies and if there is an obvious gamble taking place, they cut the odds – and the other bookies follow suit. That would be fine if people like me were allowed to access their early prices but we aren’t. They are killing horse racing.

Their service felt more like a gamble than a see bet. I’m extremely disappointed. Table tennis is a couple minutes delayed. The bookmaker already know the outcome before you place your bet. You will find if you bet on a player that they know has won.. they will do anything they can to not let you place that bet

It ‘s easy to make 1.5k-2k a month doing arbitrage betting. In fact, it is more fun, especially when underlaying the bets.However, something changed at 365 Towers yesterday. All of a sudden, hundreds if not thousands of stake restricted/gubbed users, myself included, had their accounts closed permanently. Similar to some others, I’d had an account for years with no issue, generally losing out, as you do.After a couple of nice wins in a week for a only a few hundred, in Jan 23, I get an email saying my account has been restricted (down to pence), without obviously explaining the real reason.I asked them to close the account back then, which they said they would, but today, 11 months later, I get an email saying my account has been closed with immediate effect after a review. Erm, that should have been done in Jan!Moral of the story, make sure you lose, coz if you win, you won’t be winning with them very long.

They closed my account after I had put in a deposit and now they are refusing to refund my deposit. Giving me the runaround on email, saying the only way they can refund me is with a wire transfer, it’s $10, to receive a wire transfer through my bank , it costs $50 to receive one and that’s BS that that’s the only way they can refund me. Reporting fraud to my bank for this transaction tomorrow as it’s a weekend right now. Stay away

I won a 17 leg parlay with $1 to win a net return of $2,376, they robbed me of that money and told me the state of ohio took it with no explanation and details, they gave me an attorney general’s office to call and till this day i can’t reach anyone or get an explanation for where my money went . I have left numerous voicemails to the Rossman & Co Company which is the collection agency i was referred to that is supposedly holding my money, It’s been 5 days and counting and i still haven’t heard anything back. I called back bet365 to tell them of my situation and they said there is nothing they can do on their end and not obligated to tell me what that money was witheld for, i deposited more money in my bet365 account to place more bets for new upcoming bets, they withdrew that money from my account and told me its because the i still owe the state , i called them back again and they said it was for owing child support, mind u i don’t have any kids! I have been trying to reach them and still no response as my account has been blocked , till this day i am wondering where all my money went and have got no feedback. DON’T TRUST BET365 , they must be running a scam with the Rossman & Co company.
