I’ve never been worse treated by customer support.For THREE MONTHS I’ve been trying to get a withdrawal, after Bet365 shut down operations in my country. With no possible to play, there’s no reason to keep funds in my wallet. Since bank is only withdrawal option, they asked me per email to enter my bank details. I know several from my country who has received withdrawals from Bet365 with same bank details, so I thought I’d be quick and okay, and support seemed nice and helpful.Fine, so far, so good. However, for THREE MONTHS I keep being assigned new support persons, where everyone asks the SAME QUESTIONS and want the same information all over again – on repeat. They don’t seem to care enough even to read the previous 1-2 emails with information I sent to the previous support person. And with every person, there are lengthy periods of wait, before a new person arrives with the same questions and the same lengthy delays.Three months has gone, and I still am no closer to receive my withdrawal of over €10000.Quite shocking. I don’t know why they feel justified in treating me this poorly.

First of all this site is full of SH** I tried it out lost I’d say 3k … then I started betting on their site with basketball and would use the cash out early that they promote I won up to 10k I cashed out … after that I tried to play again all of a sudden I’m restricted not blocked restricted is basically not kicking you out of their site since they have no recourse since I did nothing wrong but restricted is limiting your bets to 5 cents, 10cents yes you heard me 10cents for what reason because I won to much money. They say it’s not up to them it’s their team that review this and they have put me on restricted forever I will not be able to get off of restricted. What a joke aOf a betting site when I was loosing they were happy to take my money when I won they restricted me to not play again hahaha can you say scam. I would love to sue these scamers

I have a deposit limit of £50 daily. And i use most of this limit nearly everyday if i have the funds. But they remove the free to play promotions when they choose to at anytime. Even if you have been playing them through out the week they remove them for example the goals giveaway promotion. That is very unfair to be honest. You are looking forward to maybe winning bet credits and then out of no where the promotion is gone. Seriously it is wrong. I really do not understand how they can treat loyal customers this way. And if you contact them to ask them why they say it is the trading teams decision and the safer gambling team. So it is to do with how much money you are spending which does not make any sense. If you spend money they remove promotions and if you win they do the same. Where is the customers rewards for spending money on your site. They have no respect or loyalty.

This is the worst Sports bet app you’ll ever find it is a sports BET app but yet customer service knows nothing about sports and none of which can speak English! A constantly have players and take bets on these players who are not even in the lineup. The supervisors are even extremely rude and dishonest when you try to chat with them I really would not recommend this app to anyone they’re very shady they will take your money they even locked me out of my account and would not let me cash my money out!

I advise you not to use bet365. I’m actually not a review type but if you see me here just understand how worst it is. This people have been taking months just to review my account. i signed up a few years ago, but never used the account due covid and other stuff, i tried to sign in but my email wasnt and phone were not correct, chatted with with 3 members of staff on live chat, but none of them could not me, my address and name is correct but nothing else, so that says to me my account has been hacked a breach of data protection act failure, i requested a DSAR which is i require bet365 to give me all data you have on me, the person i was chatting with ended the chat.revenue of 2 billion a year, complaints being made to the relevant ombudsman

Seeing bad reviews surprises me I’ve never had a problem depositing or withdrawing and love the sound effects on the app. A bookie I trust 100% just wish they hadn’t had to stop the PayPal deposit method but I guess that was because of the clowns that voted us out of the EU.

tried to register and deposit funds into my account – This couldnt be verified by bet365 – no issues at all at my banks end – they approved the transaction – i now have to wait 28 days for bet365 to cancel the transaction to be able to use the £400 so that I can use it from my bank account ! what a fcuking rip of company this is ! Over the last few days I have placed some good football bets, they have offered some reasonable cash out value, so I have cashed them out. Then today, I had another 2 good bets with decent cash out value, but when I tried to cash them out I was logged out of my account directly and told I have reached my user limit (which is 8h) and that I could log back in tomorrow. First problem is that I was logged in for a maximum of 3h, MAXIMUM! Spoke with customer service for an hour, absolutely useless! First I complained about being prematurely logged out, they would not present me with any report of my login history, even though they clearly keep it, there is even a timer in the top corner when you are logged in! I then requested a complaints and a claims contact, they said “I’ll liaise with my supervisor” then cut me off the chat. Bet tampering and fraudulent behaviour at its finest!

Serious gamblers need to totally ignore 95% of the reviews given on here – they are all from casino junkies that are lashing out for doing their money.I have/have had accounts with loads of on line bookmakers over the years and BET365 is head and shoulders the best.They’re not perfect and you’ll sometimes run into problems like with all sites, but there overall product is different class to the rest.The amount of in running and cash out events they offer is at least double anyone else offers. If you bet with them loyally you get regular free bets added to your account – most importantly without any ridiculous conditions like having to use it on an acca etc.Withdrawals are quick, all within a couple of hours at most and they obviously have all the safer gambling tools that in fairness all sites have nowadays.One slight negative is the way the on line chat has gone in the last year or so. They used to be extremely good at this also but have gone down the route of lots of their competitors and started using a useless chat bot on first contact that can be hugely annoying. You’ll also have some long wait times on occasions but this is only really due to the fact that they’re the most popular on line bookie and have the most customers to deal with.In short, totally ignore most of what is said on here, the site is the best out there for anyone betting on sport. If you’re a casino junkie, there’s 100’s of other site’s for you.

I had unsettled bets that were taking place in November, and to my surprise when I logged in in my account they were gone, with the money I bet and everything. The bet history was erased too. My activity shows how much I spent and in which month, but I can’t see my bets anymore. Customer service is slow, puts me on wait half hour at the time, then I got logged out and lost the chat. Very surprised by so many negative reviews.. in my opinion, Bet365 is one of the best out there.. Been with them for a while, played slots mainly, so far it’s all been good, not a problem at all.
