I’ve seen it all now.. So last night they settled a NBA SGP and paid me 199.00 and I cashed out. Apparently Trey Murphy didn’t get 5 rebounds, he only finished with 4. Apparently the NBA scored his 5th rebound in the first half and I was paid by Bet 365, I spent 99 dollars of the winnings, which left a 100 in my account. I woke up this morning to a zero balance. As mentioned Murphy only had 4 rebounds but that’s not MY FAULT.. They should have waited until it was official before paying out or honor your mistake,NOT MINE.. Unlike Fanduel and DK, they took the money back and attempted to give me a negative balance which I was NEVER GOING pay because it’s their MISTAKE, NOT MINE.. Their customer service department is never on the same page, You may get 4 different answers from 4 different ppl about the same issue.. They are really Janky.. The worst customer service team out of all the sportsbook I’ve dealt with

I opened an account and apparently it was closed immediately by management. No explanation was given beyond that after contacting customer support. It’s unfortunate because I use several other platforms — DraftKings, FanDuel and BetMGM — in addition to being a sports bettor at local casinos in Colorado (Caesars and the Monarch in Black Hawk). I have never experienced this problem anywhere else. I would simply recommend an alternative to anyone interested in sports betting.

i could have given 0, this company is like the worst company i have ever seen. I opened a account just to do small betting for a weekend. i also gave my verifikation and they told me that all my documents was accepted and ready to bet. But after i put my money first time, they blocked my account and i had to contact customer service like why. I have gone back and forth with the company in mail, after nearly 2 months they said they cannot anything right now. They also asked me about my salary, like why should i give my payslip? They just took 1000 kr from me and now they dont wanna help me back. So for they future people who wanna bet, this company is as joke and a scammer.

The worse gaming site on the planet. Besides support who reply everytime with a scripted response to the crap app its terrible. I made a change to my gaming limits and for a week i cant confirm the change after the 24 hr cool off period because the app is broke and conformation button does not work. Spent an hour in a chat with technicians and they admit the problem. Its a day and no response. Ill wait till tomorrow and then im closing my account.

Used Bet365 once and ever since then keep getting messages despite using a STOP message. Cannot send reply message . Cannot find a way to contact them and so I am forced to keep repeatedly deleting the messages and reporting as junk ! If you don’t want to be irritated by unwanted messages please avoid this company

Beware of “MuchBetter” Wallet. It is a Scam!! They are taking customers’ money. They stole my money. They message you asking for the transaction details when you notify them, but they will say things like “We can’t find the transaction with code you provided”. Bet365 lures you in with promotions and when you place a bet according to the promotion and you don’t log out manually, they say they protect you from not gambling to long and change your account so they don’t pay out the bonusses anymore. They sorts of tricks. Or if someone in support promises you in an email to get this bonus others will say no can’t do. Very untrustworthy! Stay away!

Can I give negative stars? Bet365 allowed someone to use my email address. Different name. Different phone number. Blank bank account. Bet364 allows people to scam you because they do not bother with verification. No email verification was sent to my email address. Clearly a scam to get me to put in my bank account. I’ve noticed a trend when I play slots on 365 that if I get a win, the amount won will put me back to what I had when I started playing, for example if I deposited £20 and was down to £7 I would get a £13 win to bring me back to £20.
