Someone must of been on a big win tonight as the site ironically went down. I was on 2 bets one for 667 pound the other was for 286 pound. I tried to cash 58 pound out and was working fine until I tried to cash out then bam it goes down. It’s disgusting and you never see this with other sites. Sure know how to treat their customers at bet365. I would of went on chat instead of leaving a review but the agents are clueless and fob you off everytime. Games and casino are a joke too. Avoid these.

Signed up for the Kentucky promo free $365 after making a small bet. My account was immediately closed after I won. “Due to the nature of your business your account will be closed.” What a joke of company, they want everyone to lose.

My husband opened an acct and put 50 on it Last week. After making zero bets and only a few days after opening the acct he received an e mail to say his acct was closed due to nature of his business effective immediately. After live chat with a bet365 person the only way I could get the 50 back was to give all my banking info not refund the visa he had used. Not going to happen. I will not give my bank info to them. STAY AWAY from this site. Rip off! They have our 50 and closed acct for zero reason.

Do not trust them. We did put in money, made some bets and then all of the sudden they closed our account saying it was suspicious activity. But they would not tell me what was suspicious, maybe because I was winning?????

Same problem as many times before. Promised yet again a phone call to resolve the problem & yet again I waited in all day & guess what-No phone call.This is the latest message that I have sent them-Yet again having been told that a call had been booked in with a supervisor ,I waited in all day, even cancelled my flu jab so that I would not miss this long promised call & yet, surprise surprise-NO CALL FROM YOU. No wonder that on Trustpilot you are rated almost worst of all bookmakers. No Conscience, No trust, No customer service.

I have used 365 for a few years just a casual slots player a few bets nothing big , playing the slots last night again only 20p spins ,hitting bonus feature on quite a few , £27 up , decided to play Pig wizard first spin hit the bonus feature , now on this game you pick a chest and it gives you a feature then you play that and then win X amount , BUT before i had even picked my little chest in the top corner the profit or loss feature was +£3.40 i picked a chest played the feature and won drum roll £3.60 , now the games are meant to be random , so why has the game awarded me my profit before ive even played ??

Closed my account, after trying to force a self exclusion on me. The live chat was atrocious. Kept me waiting for over 60 minutes, then kept asking the same questions over and over. When she couldn’t force me into self exclusion, she said my account would be closed. I guess they don’t want people using their site anymore.

Giving a star is generous. Absolute rip off company. Signed up on Saturday as a new customer, placed a bet and it lost. Placed another bet and it won but then this morning (Sunday) I received an email at 10am stating- ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect’. What business are they talking about? Ive done nothing wrong, I dont have another account, I wasnt doing anything I shouldnt have been doing. My theory is that they realised I was going to win some money here and there and I wasnt just going to throw money at long shots and accumulators which barely ever win. It would be nice to see them investigated and the profile of their punters examined. My guess is they would have a plethora of gambling addicts and losers who every now and again take something back only to lose it again few days later. Absolutely shameful company, spend your money elsewhere!

I asked for my RTP% and the response was N/A I wonder why £3000 deposited with no wins i questioned this and they blocked my account, i don’t know how this hasn’t been stopped it needs looking into asap they are literally stealing money from everyone 🚨

I used the app twice, i can never log in. I cant even place a wager if i wanted to. I don’t how they can say live chat when you can only chat with a virtual assistant and you cant even ask it a specific question. I rest my password several times and still cant log in. STAY AWAY… it goes to show that if you have a company has money for lots of advertising they will rope anyone in.

Have been with these for years and suddenly fill this gambling form in answer a few questions and bang my account is closed. Bet 365 live chat assistant was dreadful all sorts off weird questions even about personal information about friends. Don’t use them, don’t trust them anymore.

I have been with Bet365 for some time now and have had no problems whatsoever. I mainly use their games/casino and pretty happy with it all. Even 1 star is generous!! I contacted bet365 as I had a message to say, my account was restricted. When speaking to Lucy F, she explained my account had been locked, and I could not unlock it and could never rejoin as their customer. It was something to do a decision was made by their trading department and when I asked Lucy if I could speak to the trading department, she said customer services are the ones who deal with it and I’m unable to speak to the trading department. She reckoned she had spoken to her supervisor, who advised the same (I don’t believe that for one second), and there was no way of escalating this to have it reviewed, and even when I added further questions, she eventually just ended the conversation. WHAT A SHOCKING SERVICE FROM LUCY & BET365!!!!!!!!

I have had bets voided claiming I had an advantage, i challenged this as it was impossible but they will not accept, this has happened before and I feel like it is the biggest rip off site. Also it glitches so much when using it on mobile. The touch screen goes off so you place bets accidentally at the wrong amounts. It’s full of algorithms to trick you and you get no results. I strongly recommend they be avoided, you’ll only get huge disappointment when their mistakes cost you.

Garbage. Every slot machine will give 10-15 dead spins and then maybe give you 5 cents. Then another 20 dead spins. And even if you hit the bonus (which you have a better chance of being struck by lightning) you might win $2. Absolute high way robbery. I was not able to make wagers with Bet365 bc of the state in which I reside. I had made a deposit and there were complications in getting the $$ back through withdrawal. The phone support and troubleshooting on their end were impressive. They do a lot of things right.

I have to say this is the worst betting website I have seen, I need to verify with 5 different documents and as I type they want to send me a PVR before I can get there said 30$ and I have submitted my passport, National ID card, and bank statement (3 different banks) and I will still submit a different ID and PVR that will be sent to my address because I want to play net, but all I know about them is there website and email, if they where transparent I would never go through this.

I really liked this website that has good design, great graphics, really interesting games. However, bet365 is short-sighted and won’t tolerate any winning players. Say, I just won 100 bucks at that day and at night I was informed that my account was restricted from betting, permanently. The reason they gave was my betting was not for entertaining purpose. Wow, I thought it is big company that respect the customers.However, they still honoured the money I won and allowed me to withdraw the balance. That is the second reason why I would still give it a three-star.

I am all for responsible gambling but Bet365 have lost the plotLike others who have posted here I have been with Bet365 for many years and the relationship was turned upside down when I had restrictions applied to my account on the 1st of Sept.The reason for this was because I self excluded in 2020, returned 1 year later, only deposit limits applied, but I had full access to bonuses and offers right up til Sept 1st 2023.I explained in the chat that the fact I had restrictions applied made me feel frustrated with the way id been treated , was at that point that the rug was pulled from under me , I was logged out of chat and the site , my account suspended.I had to have a long conversation explaining that it isnt gambling making me frustrated but the unjustified restrictions.I invited Bet365 to examine my spend so they might realise I didnt need player protection two years after returning from self exclusion, I also explained my self exclusion was down to reduced salary and covid, they just would not listen, just the same automated replies used over and over, I requested a phone call but that was ignored.Ive introduced quite a few customers to Bet365, I wished I hadn’t now.Denise Coates, if you read this I feel you need to instigate a review of your customer service arrangements and make some changes.And just for the record I wasnt winning, or losing, I was awaiting the start of the NFL seasonIm soo disappointed

Very poor excuse for a bookies. Been with them for years, lost £100’s to them during that time. Just recently started following the horses more and had a few lucky wins. Then the email came telling me I’m restricted and then a day later account will be closed! They make you feel guilty when you’ve not dome anything wrong. If you always lose then they’ll be great with you. If you want to win occasionally look elsewhere.

Having been with this once great to-deal-with Company for over 20 years they have changed dramatically & not for the better. Firstly they started limiting how long I could stay logged in,then how many times & just kept imposing other restrictions without warning.Then 2 weeks ago without warning they restricted everything,then asked when they could phone me to discuss things. I gave them 3 separate days with a good time window on each & did they bother to phone-NO. I am nearly 80 & was brought up in an era of good manners & professional behaviour & served 35 years as a Senior Manager to a huge British Conpany. So to cut stories short I am totally disgusted by the attitude & zero response of BET365 & would advise others to give them a very wide birth.

Had been with these guys for a few years and it was alright… one of if not the best (for sports). As many here have said as soon as you start winning more often than losing they will start restrictions with ridiculous excuses.. one of them being to do with safer gambling. I use to spunk on live casino and would pretty much always lose.. youd never get a win straight away, you’d have to hustle for a few hours to manage to get a withdrawal and even that was rare. As soon as I stopped that and only betting on sports and winning that’s when the restrictions started. They then more recently closed my account as I asked if I could block the virtuals as I’d get drawn in to that nonsense and the reason they gave was under that same ‘safer gambling’ nonsense. A long customer account restricted and shut with no respect. Crazy that even after covid (bookmakers most profitable years ever especially online) they have become even worse and more greedy. My personal belief is government is in on the profits and therefore nothing is done in regards to this. The safer gambling and kyc nonsense was just a form of them being able to restrict whomever they felt like with that as a fat excuse.
