I was told my account was being restricted bare in mind ivr had it years. I had a few wins recently then bingo am now restricted when I asked why the traders have restricted me the they don’t know and you cant get hold of them. Probably better chance of getting hold of GOD ALMIGHTY than the traders. Question is are they GOD ALMIGHTY

I read some of the reviews on here and wanted to advise that Bet365 did the same thing to me. Six years ago I lost my job and stopped the account for six months. Then luckily I gained employment. When the six months was up , I rang Bet365 to reinstate the account.Their attitude of their Power Safer Gambling staff was amazing. They refused to reopen the account.This begs the question, does Bet365 support “SaferGambling” like they state in their advertisements or is it just a smokescreen. Are they happiest with those people who do not use the tools because it is these people who possibly lose the most and make their profit ?? Just my opinion, I hasten to add.I mean I think their website was great when I used it before I lost my job but I was shocked at my treatment when I went to reopen it. It really upset me at the time. Nowadays I have another bookmaker who is happy to listen to me and is happy with the way I use the Safer gambling Tools – they listened – Bet 365 never.

Firstly the Company is NOT interested in customer service/satisfaction. Yet again without any warning the imposed more restrictions on me in that I can no longer place bets with them,no reason given. bet365 terminated all accounts on 30.08.2023 where player’s residence is Norway.This shutdown was done in a hurry making it very difficult to redraw existing deposits.

If you are regularly losing, they will do all they can to retain you especially if you are stupid enough to play slots and casino.If on the other hand you consistently win £,000’s on an annual rolling basis from sport, they will close you down and use underhand tactics. Then they study your bank statements to realise you are professional and profitable gambler. If you consistently beat them how can you be a venerable person. No they look at your bank statements and realise that you are betting with many firms and winning with most. Only complete morons (that is Bet365) would think gamblers bet with one firm. No loss having my account closed down, there are always bookmakers that will take sizeable bets, not to mention high street betting shops and Betfair Exchange all offering better deals and prices (generally).Shame Bet365 are taking this stance as this will have consequences as everyone will have winning runs and big wins and sooner or later they will end up with no loyal customers, but end up using unreasonable terms and conditions to steal (withhold) deposits and winnings.

I’ve been betting for a long time now and haven’t seen such a poor company. Interface is full of glitches, sometimes I place a bet and it diseppears for no reason. Most of the time they just remove live games or when I search it appears but it doesn’t even work. last week they cashed-out my betslip by themselves and their support-line couldn’t even fix it. Bet365 are nothing but carefully masked con-artists. They don’t like you winning and when I won £32k over the course of 20 days, they threw their toys out of the pram and restricted my account. Placed a bet on bet builder last night and it came in but refused to pay out as OPTA which is a corrupt organisation decided that Stirlings cross because it caught the defenders shin pad which is not part of his body. Said he never assisted in the goal. Contacted them they said optas never gave it as an assist so it is not. So these companies say they are independent and better than each other but basically they all use Opta which means you are basically using an independent private run funded by these betting companies which means it cannot be independent at all.

Iam going crazy and stressed to the level my heart going to stop . Or probably iam going homeless. My usename : sanae00 I deposit 9000 to play with after i lost alot with them then i won 4400 then it become 13000 . They put me on self exclusion for 6 months which iam ok with but i still can’t get my 13000 to pay my credit card . Its on hold they say under management review . They are shutting down, been very upset with the way things worked on this platform, Deposits were slow, funds reflected very late, UPI IDs werent working well. Had to always follow up to get my deposits on the account to play. Worst Experience Ever!

Absolute joke of a gambling site. They hide little t&cs in the rules of certain bets where you have to go digging to find such. For example, I placed a bet there on under 5.5 cards in the game. There was 5 cards in the game but APPARENTLY because there were 2 yellow cards resulting in a red card, this now counts as 3 cards. But this isn’t stated anywhere unless you go to the settings sections and then go into 4 sub categories to find it.

Stay away, they make it super hard to withdraw your funds. It’s insane that you allow funds to be deposited in a number of ways but withdrawals are only available through bank transfer, and they request almost a blood test to do it (I did not complete the withdrawal yet).

Oh I would give this site 0 stats if I could. Saying my money has been paid out when in fact is hasn’t at all I’m not on day 19 of waiting on the money to come through, they tell me to ring the bank with codes they have given me and I have, bank has no transactions with these said codes. My account was unjustly restricted when I attempted to withdraw my winnings. Both the slow bonus payouts and the challenging withdrawal process are very unacceptable.
