I think bet365 are getting really poor,you don’t want to spend hundreds to just come away with £50 you want to continue playing for a bit but lately you’ll win up to about £50 and it’s like if you don’t pull it out you lose it ,I don’t miss the £50 but some people might I think I’ll stick to the sites I’m used to and are more fair bet365 is not of late

The casino offers you a sign up bonus then when you deposit you don’t get the bonus. They tell you it is “only for sports betting not casino” then you get nothing!They then make you “authenticate” on your cell phone with their app. You download their app and it doesn’t work!

Really poor customer service. Took them a couple of days to work out why I couldn’t log in (ID verification required) and after providing they still haven’t come back for another 3 days with my account still locked. Also on the live chat, one is constantly being passed around between departments having to go through verification over and over again.

I applied for a Customer service in Brazilian Portuguese, Twilights position 2 days later I got a call from the recruiting team asking a few questions. Whilst it is company policy to only provide limited feedback, I can confirm that there were other candidates who more closely matched the precise role requirements” I thought, Closely matched ?Could be because I have customer service experience but no previous call centre experience? however, the advertising for the job does not say the need for previous call centre experience, and it was not mentioned in the interview, and they could see it on my CV as well before contacting meSo what’s the reason??The only option in my view is personal, I mean HOMOPHOBIAUnfortunately still happened a lot these days.

I won a good amount of money on casino I withdrew 1600 early hours of Sunday morning which arrived within a few hours. I then gambled some more and won another 1500 which I also withdrew and it’s still not in I find it somewhat frustrating that they can’t pay out as quick as they take out money I’m still waiting on nearly 3 grand being paid in and they just say wait three days? Bet365 or allsports is the worst betting online site atleast for Indian gamers. I try initially, it was good, once I started making money in horse races. Bet365 restricted my betting from 3500/- to 50/- Rs. Just. and in some times it displays message exceeds limit. Bet365 has the worst customer support I have ever come across, it is truely shocking, especially as all the other aspects of the business are done really well, you would of thought their support would be top tier aswell….but its anything but that…the chatters dont know how to help someone. You get transferred through to about 7 differnent people to solve one small issue. This was so bad I actually decided to leave them and go with another company, and although their odds arent quite as good as bet365s it makes it all worth it due to the support team alone. Never ever deal with bet365 support, they dont want to help you and you will spend lots of time being transferred around to only be transferred to the initial person you spoke to again…the companys support is a messs, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!

THE REAL REASON YOU CAN’T ACTUALLY WIN WITH BET365. So was a customer for about 13 years with Bet365 but then started winning as my knowledge across sports increased over time. This is when the restrictions started to hit. First wasn’t allowed any offers, then came the account restrictions to the point I was only allowed to bet a few pence to a few quid depending on the sport. Now Bet365 have kicked me off completely saying after a trading team review they no longer want to accept my business. So if you are a bet365 customer and they allow you all the offers and throw free bets at you. Its not because they like you it’s because your a loser and a mug. Because you dare win then they ban you. How these companies get away with being able to advertise to consumers is beyond me when your not actually allowed to win in the long run.

BET365 plays all the tricks they can to profit. Things I have seen them do. Tennis. Normally they will update each match after every point. Since everything is not real-time and the know the outcome before it is updated online. Once they get is a position of advantage they slow down the updates until it is too late to cash out or hedge. They will also post incorrect scores and claim no liability because it was not them, but their service provider that made the mistake.

Gambling commission need to do a serious review of these online casinos. Pure and obvious fixed nature of gaming that leave 99.9% of people constantly going up and down or just chasing losses. I think bet365 is hands down the best bookmaker by far. When you compare the odds between bookmakers they are always higher. I like how with racing you get the best tote price with exotics, and they are always fast to settle.What I do not like is the pop-ups advising me I have bet credits even a week after I have used that credit.
