Do yourself a favour dont do them they are a total con! Also Opta stats in league with betting companies, fact! You complain to bet365 and Opta and guess what they do nothing!

Bet 365 is taking customer deposits and reporting it back as mussing deposit. And taking its own time to return back the deposit amount. This is a new way of scam, or fraud, I have 4 transactions of the same. The customer service is a joke for them. Scam, fraud!! How do I report to the authorities, I have all the proof to bring them down!!

This company has refused to allow me withdraw my money. It is better to decline a withdrawal rather than to attempt it via a payment method the customer did not use. I have been unable to get my money from this casino for the past one month.

Trustpilot is working really well to help players like myself and i,m sure others kick the gambling compulsive habit. I usually spend min £500 a week on the slot games across a few sites including here at 365.My personal take is wins have become less often and lesser in value than they used to be and Ive realised for what i spend on slots in a month i could have a really nice car on lease just like the other guys at work, One guy has a 80k electric car which costs him £700 a month but why the hell not buzz off that instead of slotting. Absolute thieves, I was playing the slots I also know my limits and how much to spend but did win too, until they decided nope we don’t want her to win so blocked my account, on the chat which is just as useless as the game was told it’s not blocked when in actual fact it is, these people have no clue how to talk to people, all they want is your money, AVOID, i emailed on the 21st and today is the 25th and still they haven’t replied. My experience has been good with them. Paying out after the team goes 2 goals up is great. I’ve tried loads of sites and they are one of the better ones for sports. I dont use their casino as this is more a sports betting app. Funds go to my bank account quite quick too. I thought there customer service were fair when I had a query.

The sports side of Bet365 is good, The 2 goals early payout is a great help on football bets but my moan is about the Slots side of Bet365, I don’t gamble much maybe £5 here and there but you don’t get anywhere with it on the slots, no matter which game you play.. I play max 40p a spin and your winning 6p for a 40p spin if your lucky…Most times your £5 goes without even getting a win…Starting to think its a pointless exercise even having a go.

Had 2 winning bets on this site two weeks ago and straight after that they restricted me from using their promotions and free games. They claim this was dome by the responsible gambling team. What because I had a couple of decent wins Im now restricted from the promos but I can still deposit what I want when I want? I havnt deposited since then and I’ve used my partners account my friends account and my dad’s account for the odds boost and free games. Since then I’ve gained 23 in bet credits and gained 50 free spins. I’ve withdrew 285 pound in total which is 285 pound more than I’ve withdrew in 2 months on my own account haha Restrict me some more please. Pathetic. They encourage people to bet with the ‘Early Payout’ offer, but if you actually make money from it they will close your account. They’re happy to rinse people of their hard earned money and use promotions to lure people in and keep them betting, but if you’re smart enough to not lose to them then they’ll cut you off. To remain a customer with them, you have to be losing money.

I signed up because of a promotion that matched your deposit with an equal amount of money to use on the site.Day 1 I made a bet, lost. Day 2 I tried logging in and realized my account had been revoked. They person said there was no real reason given, just that the ‘trading department’ decided to revoke my account. They give you awful odds ie, they will have a bet on at 4/5 at each selection so they are making £1 on each bet, should be more 49/50 or higher. And their baseball coverage is awful, game footage always cuts out and never come back.

I claimed the welcome bonus by depositing but it did not apply, I contacted support and they said that I did not click the right link. I asked to add it, they didn’t. Then they told me I have to wager 20x it until I can cash out. Which is nonsense. I did not even have the bonus. Bet365 is scam and support sucks. Now I switched to bitstaars.com and they are so great compared to bet365.

Great my poker Friday ruined cos the site has been updated and it keeps crashing, THANKS. Bet 365 they humour me. Even tho they do not respond to customers on TP , I am sure they do read what we write on thier lunchbreaks. I manage my spend on casino sites with the use of the deposit limit feature. Its incredibly helpful to halt temptation if your on a loosing streak. I changed my DP limit to 10 a month to keep my own hands off and they sent me a message asking what job do i do? To which i reply HGV driver and no word since.. Awful Awful Company!!After being a loyal customer for more years than I care to mention, all of a sudden I found that ‘restrictions were placed on my account’. Bet could not even be completed! Unbelievable!!! Cannot see what I have done wrong, no arbitrage, no duplicate amounts, no excessive gambling, no huge winnings (I wish!), just a punt or two on the horses a couple of times in the week! Wont answer their phones, chat is a bot, eventually got through to human chat, took ages, cut off mid – stream, and on logging back on found in my message box that the account has been restricted’for trading reasons’ whatever that may mean!!!Absolutely FUMING!!!!!Do these holes ever ready these pages of rotten reviews???Sent a stiffly worded email of complaints and not going to get fobbed off, if necessary take it all the way to this Mr Coats or whatever he’s called!!!

What a complete joke. I was a loyal customer for many years and bet hundreds of pounds in a completely normal manner. All of a sudden I’m told betting restrictions were being placed on my account – and within hours the account was closed. No explanation was given.What a bizarre way to treat customers – my advice would now be the same as everyone else’s…do yourself a massive favour and stay away from this totally inept betting site.Karma will eventually prevail.
