Honestly, I thought the reviews would be much better than they are. Truth is Bet 365 hates customers who have betted with them for years. 5+ years on my account and this last 6 months they restrict me more than once because my account was logged in for a long period. Total shambles it’s the best book out there for sure but all they do is push customers away. If you lose they un-restrict you. Not sure if this is legal or illegal. AVOID

In my opinion, bet 365 is the best betting site out there. Great odds and quick withdraws. The only bad thing I could say is that they don’t have a live chat, but they respond quite quickly anyway.

SCAM. AVOID. SAVE YOUR MONEY. This is not the first time when this company mark your bet as lost but actually, you won it. Why am I unable to cash out my bet? I think it may be a con. After contacting bet365 they say that although a cash out is offered you may not be able to take it. It is a con!

I made a 200$ deposit a few days ago and the money never showed up in my account even thought it said “successful”. My balance still said zero and the money was gone from my bank. I tried the live chat but it’s an absolute joke and impossible to get in touch with someone. I emailed them and the lady said the deposit was successful even though it clearly wasn’t. They still haven’t given me my refund. I was warned about this site and I should’ve listened to my buddies. I guess this has happened to many people. What a joke

Fraud app! Scammed my money.It simply got deposit from me and didn’t ask a question. Later it shows their service is not available in my state. Now I want refund of my deposit they are not providing it.

Website has been buggy for years. I am currently not even able to make a deposit, because the “name field” has been filled out incorrectly for my card. I happen to be quite certain of my name. Avoid unnecessary headaches and chose a different betting partner.

I had all offers stopped before christmas,they said the offers were stopped because they are a responsible gaming company ,then at the end of febuary they reinstated the offers on my account now they have taken them off again because again they are a responsibe gaming company..nothing makes sense with bet 365 anymore i will stick to putting my bets on in my local shop from now on.

Been a customer quite some years. Before Christmas I hadn’t deposited on the site for a year or so, and I was eligible to play the free daily games in sports, than as soon as I deposited just 20 they took all these off my account, I’m no longer allowed loyalty or any offers from bet365, they are saying it’s due to safe gambling etc. You don’t deposit on bet365 and your welcome to the offers and loyalty but as soon as you deposit they take these away. This company needs to give there a head a wobble, isn’t loyalty given for game play etc, how can you get loyalty when they take it off your account as soon as you decide to deposit and play. No wonder this site has a one star bad rating, nothing seems to be getting done with this site they seem to get away with it all! Gambling commission definitely aren’t doing there job!

Been with Bet365 for 15 years but recently very poor. Canceled my account last week because I originally registered with them when working overseas. As per their suggestion opened a new account which was accepted but cannot make a deposit after numerous attempts. Tried emailing & live chat but of no assistance & cannot contact them by phone. Joined Betfred and was able to immediately make deposit without any problems. Very Disappointed Paul Kerr

I joined BET365 yesterday after a friend said he had joined . I was a little reluctant as I do have a bit of a gambling habit .Anyway I went ahead and joined up 6pm yesterday afternoon , quite straight forward , played the casino , and spent nearly a 1000 , with no wins ?Anyway woke up this morning to an email that my stating my account had been closed , because of the nature of my business ? Im a sales manager for a large retailer in the UK for God sake , what do they mean by this ? Experienced problem’s logging in 8 days ago. They advised me that it looked like I had 2 accounts set up and that they would investigate it as fraud and get back to me in 48hrs.I have chased them 3 times since and they can provide no update. Reading below the reviews, many have experienced similar, in that account not opened, no reason provided then they email with worrying communication making you feel perhaps your data has been compromised, and cause unwanted stress.Avoid and stick to going to an actual bookmakers.

Cowboys. To get my bet credits the website says provide one form of ID but they make it up as they go and told I had to provide two forms of ID. Why would I give these dodgy muppets my drivers licence AND my passport details. Too much Personal data just so I can get betting credits. Took my money without either BTW. Further to reading other bad reviews about bet365 I have just been informed my account has been closed and also any bet credits I have can’t now be used. I have been with them for around 15 years with no issues and now all of a sudden they have taken this decision and just called it a trading position with no explanation. If you don’t want to take people’s bets, and in my case only small ones but on a very regular basis, then what is the point of you claiming to be a bookmaker!

Since my deposit limits were restricted, I have experienced loss after loss. I feel they use some sort of algorithm that stops accounts from winning. If you won as much as you loose they would block you, its statistcally impossible to loose every time you play without them using some dodgy tactics

If I could give a negative review it would be -5. I lost 180.00 in two days on. 20 40 cents bet. Bonus rounds are fewer these days. The last two reels seem to just miss.
