I am disappointed to see negative reviews of this company . The only complaint I have in years of betting is that they can be slowish to get odds up sometimes.Good customer service , though I have had to wait a while for live chat , when I was connected to an agent all problems were resolved to my satisfaction .I have not made enough money to comment fairly on how they treat regular winners .Recommend this company as a must have betting option

I can't log in, my account is closed. When I contacted support they told me to try using another device and reboot my PC, i told the support that i don't need to do those i am IT-Support and i know that would just waste my time. Then the support asked if there is anything else he could help with, i said i have already tried to login from phone, then support customer said do everything in order, if those does not work then contact support again and we will escalate it. Then Support closed the chat without me being able to respond. (support customer name was Meg C)Then i did everything in order and contacted support, it says only one in line so i should be able to talk in livechat quick? No... I waited 10 minutes and no one came, i think they blocked me from livechat as well.

The best bookie for me and I have used a few. Im surprised by the negative reviews. I had no bother verifying my account(a few years ago now). I dont play the games so cant comment on that but for sports betting I find their odds on soccer and horse racing to be far superior to paddy power who I also bet with. They throw me a free fiver bet every now and again and have other ways to win free bets. Im in profit with them and never had any major problems and I have found customer service to be quick responding to any questions.

This is by far the worst gambling site I have every been on! I sign up all the way through the song and dance nonsense including downloading an authenticator my phone says I should not then I verify myself only to have a qr code come up ever 3 mins with a need for another scan. Each time saying your verified. Twice I lost out on a bet I would have won b/c I had to verify again......interesting it never came up when I had a losing hand. Now I have to wait for these jokers to send me my money back. Never mind verifying me I do not verify this site as anything but god awful

The betting site is BS. Open an account, bet a dollar and get $365.00 In bonus bets is bs. Can't bet if you can't be verified for your account. Verified on three other sites just fine but not Bet 365. Uploaded drivers license but more information was needed, yeah ok. Wouldn't won't to give too many people $365.00. Website was constantly freezing as well. Say yourself the frustration, not worth you time.

Very poor customer support lose and deposit 10k thats my choice yes but no phone call like they say they would are they protecting the player or using tactics to their benefit? In that 10k on slots Ive never been ahead once nor have I asked to prove any KYC or SOW,avoid people be warned only my honest experience on here.Plenty good casinos with higher RTP out there this isnt one of them Im afraid this also highlights the UKGC failure on how they allow them to operate with no interruption or investigation,its worrying.

I found your website difficult to manage compared to Paddy Power which is a shame considering the free bets during Cheltenham week. Also the cost of a bet - I tend to use Yankee - increased after Id put my stake on the bet. It might have been my incompetence but there was no way of finding out.

Signed up using the 15 pound free bet credit offer if I deposited 5 pound.ID documents sent and accepted and account was verified but because the ID I used wasn't photo ID I wasn't allowed the free bets.absolute joke of a site.

My girlfriend just had her account restricted under the guise of "responsible gambling", &"a duty of care"...She bets in tiny stakes & has made steady profit by betting mainly on racing, over an 8 month period. (7 out of 8 months profitable, to leave her 1100 net profit.)It's therefore blatantly obvious that it's Bet365 who has the problem with my girlfriend gambling, not her, but they're lying through their teeth & basically accusing her of not being in control, to cover for the fact that they're not prepared to let winning customers hold accounts with them. Unscrupulous, underhand, deceitful, dishonest, scum.

Awful service. You get banned for winning. I've tried to message them asking why my account restricted. All you get traders decision. So I asked for what traders said you can't get hold of them.I even said they the LAW or above the LAW. Everybody is allowed to appeal a decision well unless it's bet365. With the Cheltenham gold cup looming I have to say that as a loyal customer to Bet365 I am really disappointed that there are no promotions or offers to current customers! Looking at other bookmakers such as William hill they have promotions running weekly. If I was a new customer, promotion loyal customer nothing. Very Disappointed.

Horrifying. After being a member of the site for over 15 years, BET365 decided they needed to verify my acct. They restricted my account from wagering. Also i have $300 in my acct that they also will not give me access to. It has been over two weeks now that they have suspended my acct and I am not able to withdraw my funds and move on. Everytime I ask, they say that they need time to verify and review my acct and that they will " update" me as soon as possible. Same answer every time. Absolute crap! Terrble business practices. Absolutely awful customer service, cut you off while you still type. Made a withdrawal back to my old bank account, the bank said the money have already send back to bet365 because it's a closed account, max will take 3 days, so contact bet365, bet355 said could take upto 10 banking days, it's not even a lots of moeny but the treatment I get from the customer service are awful.

I like bet 365 a lot and do understand that they can close down some accounts if clients are not playing fairly. I have been with them for over 20 years and like them. I was disappointed when Ontario made them take out horse racing in the new transition to the Ontario platform. However this was a necessary step to be legal in Ontario.Overally they are a great website with lots of great promotions.

Going off my own gameplay results and reading through the Lovely reviews here I,ve set my deposit limit on 365s slots to 10 a week and max of 40 a month. Coming down from circa 1000 a month and have chosen to move to Crypto casino sites non ukbased and using a Vpn to dodge the Uk gambling restrictions which i believe affect general gameplay and payouts.

I bet thousands with this site but thankfully I only had a small balance as I'm not even able to withdraw or place any bets. Everything people have said about this site is true, I wished I had done my research first before signing up. You can never reach a live agent by phone. Gambling is stressful enough but this experience has been worse than any loss I've ever incurred.

There was a throw in 55.37 mins they say never happened (cucarella threw it in) and are refusing to pay 350. This is criminal. DO NOT USE. And the comical thing is that the support quoted their terms & conditions as "can close or suspend at any time" but their own terms and conditions don't say that and instead have specific requirements for suspension or banning and they provided nothing though asked repeatedly why.

There's not a lot of point having an account with this company unless you are someone who just plans to throw your money away. If you are clever, or just have a bit of luck, even once, they will close your account or restrict it to the extent it may as well be closed.They aren't alone. There are few if any proper bookmakers any more.

This company is so bad on casino I have spent 1000s the biggest win I have had in return 48 pound clearly controlled by someone on the amount and frequency that you win..Then with betting I was winning often but all of a sudden special bets/ boosts everything disappeared and now the odds for certain sports like football which I only like betting on personally are so bad you have to have lots of teams on/or loads of bet builds which are near impossible to get to get any decent odds..BET365 used to be good but think it's a bit fixed these days i won't be spending my money on it anymore..and advice others to stay away.

Bet365 are frauders and you don't stand any chance of winning. I won 10k euro in 2 weeks and they ve limited my steaks at 0. So, technically i have account in general I cannot play. Also, they ve removed all the options for me to continue playing. This means noone actualy have a chance ever to win at bet365. If you don't loose, they will cut you down. If I could give a zero rating I would. This casino has gone extremely downhill. The slots are dead spins after dead spins. Bonus spins pay out very little or if you get a decent bonus the machine shuts down and takes it all back.
