By far the worst company to bet with. Avoid at all cost. I put money into my bet365 account to use on a Sunday football for fun. Moved 200 bucks via e transfer. Was waiting for verification nothing. Money never went into my bet365. Checked my bank account and says transfer was accepted by recipient but nothing in my bet 365. Reached out to the company and they explained to me my bank had the money. Got my bank involved and they even informed that bet 365 took the money. This went back and forth for awhile. Right down to the point where bet 365 told me call my interact provider. Which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Bet 365 even acknowledged they were having issues that day with e transfer and yet still took money from people and put the blame on myself and my bank. After all said and done I walked away and deleted the app. They will steal money from you and then blame everyone else for their mistake. So beware. Go with another betting service. These guys are f****** trash. All the 1 stars they are receiving says it all.

I urge posters to read what I have written word for word to the end.I really and honestly believe there are some crazy reviewers on here.I just can not understand the volume of negative reviews as having had an account for many, many years I honestly believe as far as sports betting, horse racing in particular, they really and genuinely are the best of the best. I can only conclude that the negative reviews are posted by bad losers and scammers, opening multiple accounts to defraud BET365 of new customer free bets. No online bookmaker will allow this and those that think differently are in one word “mad”. The UK has the strictest gambling laws in the world, where online account verification is mandatory. BET365 is regulated and licensed in the UK. What this means is, unlike some charlatan firms operating outside of the UK, you will get paid out if you win and are the person you say you are and are not doing anything illegal.Bet365 withdrawals in the UK are instant. Bet365 odds on horse racing are generally the best.Bet365 have excellent promotions with their 4/1 – ITV 50 cash back offer. They also regularly give 5 or 10 freebets.Bet365 have good customer service. That has been my experience over the decades.

Did not recieve free bets as advertised.When I tried live chat to it was impossible to get through. Email repplies where very unhelpful and misleading as they suggested I would receive free spins and I never did.

What a farce BET365 online has become !They state that most bets are settled within one hour – crap !I have had several bets, over years, that haven taken well over one hour and up to four hours to settle.Bet365 excuses were busy period- there was no horse UK racing in action for over one hour- another joke ?? or results need verification-why ? no other compant has this problem.I emailed their CEO -DENISE COATES-who, merely passed my complaint on to customer services.I found this rude and impolite.Their chat line is even worse- put in line with 51 people waitng – a joke ?Advise to any future online betting customers of BET365 -keep well clear !

Honest review. Played paddy power today, lodged 30 played for over 1 hour 20 mins and was able to with draw 380. Logged on to bet365. Lodged my first 30 and it was gone in 3 minutes. 220 later. Playing the same games as I did on paddy power for 1 hour and to say I’m disgusted is an understatement.. 9 bonuses on bet365. 6 of which paid less than 12.5x. Nothing but dead spins base game. This isn’t first time this week either. This site has gone to the dogs. They have manipulated games to pay nothing. They can’t tell you it’s random as I checked and paddy actually advertises the 3 games I played as a lower RTP than bet365 do. So they’re just ripping people. The people at this company are parasites, living off of vulnerable people with gambling addictions. Unfortunately, no matter how hard you try, you will never evade the sick and evil intrusions that invade your life on a constant basis. Their advertisement campaign aimed at the average blue collar worker, trying their best to destroy another life, is sad, inhumane and frankly pathetic. Bet365 has nice sport section and excellent odds. I never had issue with cash outs. And here the good part ends. Their customer service, I have experience in Bulgaria, is atrocious. They cannot solve a simple issue now for 2 years. Just ridiculous! The site is doing pretty well as long as you start looking for customer support.

Advice: Bet 365 games. Total scam! Burn your hard earned cash rather than give these fraudsters a cent. If your setting up a gaming/ online betting account or even thinking about, use any other of the trusted sites, Williamhill, ladbrokes,paddy power etc. I repeat stay clear of these lot. I thought bet365 was the best company for betting but clearly I was wrong. After 3 years winning on football outrights they decided to shut me down without a reason and they keep saying traders decision. So as I could understand, they need players that they are loosing only. This is rediculus and hopefully people wake up and stop betting in bet365. If you can not provide proper services or handle loses, you can close the company and open a supermarker or something.

Created an account and deposited in order to get a free bet. Did this twice and it was not credited. When i followed up they said i needed to click an opt in link and have to deposit again to get a free bet. Joke

Worst site ever. You will not win! 2 weeks ago I landed 15 free spins. I got to the 4th spins Nd an pop up error shows up then takes me off the game. I go back on it thinking it’ll just pick up whee it left off bit literally every single spin was dead. Each n every one of them. I was furious! Deposit not updatedThese people are fraud .I deposited 5000 inr on 28 th oct and 6000 inr on 5 nov which has not been uodatedto my bal . Don’t know what everyone on here is moaning about. I signed up to Bet365 recently for some World Cup betting on their 10 deal to get 50 in free bets. The whole process went smoothly like a dream. My free bets appeared as soon as I had completed my wagering requirements, and I’ve been having a whale of a time using them. The website and app are both excellent, with a good range of bets available, super quick updates, and near-instant settlement as soon as each game is over. The early cash-out option is also fantastic. In terms of cashing out your winnings: I have just withdrawn some, and they landed in my bank account in just 2h (I used Visa Debit to deposit). I can only conclude that a lot of people use this forum to air specific grievances. My general experience on the other hand was first rate.

I joined up with Bet365 to take advantage of their offer of bet 10 and get 50 free bets … I put 20 into my account, made a few bets and today they closed my account with no reason given. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!! They said i can withdraw the balance i have but when i tried it says there is a minimum of 5 … so in effect they lied about the offer, kicked me off for no reason and now wont let me withdraw my money …. THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!

Use Polymarket.com instead.Bet365 was flawless in the past. They block withdrawals when you win too often though.And recently (November 2022), I noticed that they haven’t been able to process the withdrawals to my credit card that I used to deposit ($2600).Their payment and withdrawal system seems to have a lot of issues, so I can’t recommend Bet365 if you are a winner.Crypto-native betting and prediction markets like Polymarket are way better at deposit/withdrawal.

ive been with bet365 years and today just got a bet that was settled wrongly and the amount of hassle to try and sort it out as now cant even pick up phone to speak to someone and its like they now make really simple disputes as hard as possible so you just dont bother with it , looks like now have to shut account as so much hassle to get something so simple resolved , its a shame as the customer service gone down hill rapidly over last year or so as they used to be able to resolve things simply and you could actually speak to someone but like most places now they not bothered about customers and just looking for cheapest way to deal with things instead of actual people dealing with customers problems .
