I am writing this review about this online bookmaker for several reasons:1. The online Bet35 App freezes while watching horse racing, the screen freezes when placing an important bet not allowing it to be placed.2. Recently I placed a each way bet at 28/1 and horse was eventually placed, when the winning horse first by the post was disqualified, so now my placed Bet 365 will not pay out and their rules state this. A competitive bookmaker Don Noble will honour both qualified and non qualifying bets, something to bear in mind should it have been a very large bet. Bet365 need to improve and get competitive and today closed my account with them for non payment, which I consider a contractual bet.3. When I read such poor reviews on many subjects Bet365 have lagged behind the competition. Seriously look at comparison websites and ease navigating the products on offer.Avoid Bet365 I am now out of pocket and not happy, but they will lose out as I have moved my custom to another bookmaker today.

This sports book is operating illegally in that they do not offer the same methods (credit card/Apple Pay) to cash out winnings as the same way they take your money. Good luck with trying to get your money out unless the account is solely in your name and one of the listed institutions. I use several betting sites – Bet365 is the absolute worst in letting you withdraw winnings – they make it difficult hoping you’ll give up and just bet more. Complete simple site. The support does nothing and does not help anything. They are suspending my account in which no money has been entered or deposited. They also don’t want to tell me what’s going on with my account. Simple support closes the chat without asking anything.

I asked if they were streaming NFL this season,two hours later the children running the call center have blocked my account and still not given an answer. also asked several questions of a personal nature that I was not prepared to answer. I will be writing to the CEO tomorrow. Apparently they don’t know what remission means. They also think I have a problem with gambling because I have a couple of bob on my teams to win.we’re talking hundreds of pence here. They don’t believe in freedom of speech either,probably have comprehension problems,don’t appear to be the brightest bulbs in the box.

I write this having experienced the WORST customer service and treatment by anyone holding my money ever. It is basically Ransom at this point. Bet365 has really frustrated me with withdrawing from my bank account. First they restrict my account for winning too much and now they don’t want to pay my money back. I’m almost 1&1/2 months trying to withdraw to absolutely NO success. It’s so bad that I called my bank and they confirmed with me that there’s no such inbound transfer in their systems. The degenerates at bet365 say the transfer is complete on their side only for it to bounce back after 5 days wait one time I kid you not they made me wait for 19 DAYS!! 19 bloody days and I told them something is off. Mind you they charge $9 dollars for withdrawals which never go through. Their agents are CROOKS, they legit offer no solutions to your queries. Why should I open an alternative bank account just to withdraw money from BET365, excuse me it’s my money you’re holding ransom the *****. They scam you and expect you to dance to their tunes of incompetence. MAJOR lawsuit incoming, I’m done with them.

Deposited about £4000 here, got the bonus 3 times on £40 a spin and it paid me £1000 or less each time. That should have been a jackpot considering the stake amount. I’ve got more of a £2 bet.

Their ability to stop me from gambling and identify a problem gambler is second to few. I see they get very bad reviews but from a safeguard point of view, they track IP addresses / e-mails / location / cookies / mobiles / addresses / names etc…and make it absolutely impossible to bet with which is great for me as I have lost close to 900k in the last 15 years betting resulting in acute mental PTSD.

Let’s start with the Chat option, it doesn’t work I was trying to chat with someone and I kept typing my message and hit send I had to do it 7-8 times before my message went through. They have know #’s that you can call and talk to someone. I made a withdrawal of 400$ it came coming back as cancelled, I called my bank as I use my Visa debt to make my deposit so the withdrawal should of went back to that account my bank said they see nothing on the system. They told me they will redo the deposit but will take 5 days ( still waiting) and it’s under review with the verification department (BS). I am in Ontario, Canada and it looks like the government will give anyone a license to operate in Ontario knowing when something goes wrong no one helps. I am the most disappointed in WOODBINE SPORTS AN ENTERTAINMENT for letting a scam betting site ( 365bets) sponsor races and but there banner up all over the place. AVOID SCAM! The live streaming ends during the cricket match at the last over which has happened twice during the cruicial stage of the match which doesn’t allow the customer to make a decision. When contacing the customer service, their answer is they can not gurantee the live stream which is ridiculous. They don’t understand that without live stream, there’s no point of betting blindly. Stay away from these scammers.

I can only advise anyone who likes betting, whether it’s football or anything else, not to open an account with Bet365 or to bet there. My many experiences with Bet365 have been mostly negative. Cash-out is always switched off when you’re on the right track. Bet365’s justifications are simply ridiculous and absolutely not fair. The people who work there are trained to make statements like that. The customer has absolutely very little chance of winning. Conclusion: there are better ones and you should stay away from Bet365. Better for your bank account. The customer service reacts just as eagerly as the owner of Bet365.

Really good bookmaker. Quick to process deposits/withdrawals and has some really good offers. My only complaints would be that a lot of the free bet credits aren’t directly added to your account and the live chat is hard to find.

Bet365 used to lead the way with 4/1 winner offer on televised races and best odds day before but all gone and been replaced with no best odds until day of the race and so called boost? Terrible customer service that has no practise in place , I decided to reduce my spending so being sensible set a limit , but when I did they stopped me entering the 6 horse pick challenge , talk about being unfair , they want you to be just , but treat you like a criminal when things don’t go there way , ie spend limits , so be warned with bet 365 worst bet site imaginable , at least with sky bet , you can still enter the pick 7 even if you reduce your spending . For those who write negative reviews, please go try Betway and the likes and see the difference, you will come back and update to 5 stars once you get an idea of how unregulated and scam the industry really is. Great odds, many live games but limited to fast.Overal I don’t know how to describe my experience. Nowadays you expekt that you can bet big on bookies, but after I won some serious money, they decreased the limits for me. So after having a decent win on Friday for the first time since joining the site and nowhere near what I’ve lost over the months! I have had nothing but issues with games crashing whilst on bonus rounds contact live chat for to be told they’ll raise the issue with their technical team & I’ll hear back in 72hrs we’ll 120hrs later still not resolved tried another game same thing happening, seems it’s all good & well when you’re losing but god forbid you actually have a win this is the trouble you have!!! Only feel it’s fair to write a review. I deposited £500 on 29/9/24 and won £40,309!! I thought aw naw here we go I’m not gonna get it, well to my surprise I received £20,309 yesterday and £20,000 today. I took one star away as they said my bank kept declining the withdrawal but my bank said they didn’t decline anything which caused me panic and alarm bells but I’ve received the full amount in 3 days! Thank use so much for changing me and my families lives!!! Xx

I opened an account with 365 deposited a tenner and had it on a small priced winner.When i tried to withdraw my money they wouldn’t allow me and disabled my account while i was chatting online with them to see what problem was.They are scammers as are virgin bet and livescorebet.It only cost me a small ammount to discover 365 were conmen and i have had friends tell me the other two companies i mentioned are the same.

Please be aware of Bet 365, and I urge you not to even think about opening an account with them, I was a customer for years and recently placed an opt in bet of £10.00 on a bet builder, the opt in was place a £10.00 bet and receive £10.00 in bet credits, my bet came in and the match was finished. For some strange reason my winning did not go in my account but lay on my bet slip, I waited and eventually had to cash out, it went in to my account, but then Bet365 said when I queried where my £10.00 credits were, said oh you cashed out so no £10.00 bet credits, this was done intentionally by bet365 as they usually pay winnings straight away, but leaving it in my bet slip well after the game was finished and my bet was up was cheating on Bet365 part. It is not the first time I have had problems with Bet365 but it will be the last, please look for some other betting company and stay well clear of Bet365. Look at every review of Bet365 that is all the warning you need.

The RTP is clearly near zero as I have experienced over a hundred sessions after 100 deposits…it’s absolutely shameful…I’m on other good sites and I don’t lose constantly like bet365… So I can easily compare how low the return to player is with bet363….fact!! I’ve used bet 365 for a while now and had few problems until now.I tried to make a withdraw for over 100$ and I got a email 4 days later saying my bank information was entered wrong , please check the information again and try to withdraw. The money was back in my bet 365 account and I tried to withdraw again without changing any bank information. Now I’m still waiting for the money to appear in my bank . I’ve contacted my bank , they say there’s no record of the deposit. Bet 365 says the payment shows it went through . Well now it’s been over 2 weeks and I can’t get my money, and I’m really frustrated . I have to chase bet 365 down and it’s super frustrating . Nothing but legalised scammers and thieves.Don’t trust any communication (verbal or email) that comes out of that den of thieves headquarters.Any communication you make over the phone is like talking to a robot.They are programmed to steal money from you and for that reason they read from a script that is designed for that task.Emailing them is exactly the same.I am going to give up on ever seeing my money again but I am going to dedicate a lot of time in waking up the licensing people who issued them a betting license to begin with.The first step is to wake up these useless authorities here in Australia which should have,( and is quite simple) read customer reviews….it is quite an easy first step you would think.The second thing is to report them to SCAMWATCH authorities.I have been on betting sites before but never one like this legal scam company.They approve your application to join then let you deposit money and start betting.You can then deposit more money and bet again.Once you log out and try to return you cannot get back in and the rest of your money is locked in there with them.Once you contact them,their excuse is they are doing a full verification that could take who knows how long.This is something that the licensing people have a lot to answer to for not doing their BASIC homework…AND SHAME ON THEM for only thinking about the money they will make from issuing betting licenses to such rotten sewer companies like bet365…these departments issuing licenses are complicit.
