I signed up 2-3 days ago, and i put my id, and I decided to wait a few days to put proof of address, and then all of a sudden, they decided to ban my account and never let me open one again ever, due to unknown reasons. You are by far the worst company I ever Know in the planet. Stay away!

Another waste of my time.Want to watch tennis and www says I can get it from Eurosport through bet 365 so I sign up and all they want me to do is open a betting account which being of sound mind is the last thing I need.I think the whole world is getting more and more crazy

I’m only giving it 1 star because I’m unable to give it 0. I topped up with $10 because I’m new to the site and thank God that was all I added. They gave me a $10 bonus and I played a game of blackjack and won $10. So in all I had $30. Then strange stuff started happening. They locked my account saying I needed to be verified. The verification process was brutal. They rejected every document for very simple things. When they finally approved the account, the money disappeared. Wiped from my balance. It said $0. They then said that I can’t withdraw because of some reason that is in their terms and conditions. So pretty much nobody could help me. The entire experience was shameful and I honestly think the company should be shut down.

Actually took money back from my cash wallet from I bet where they allowed me to cash out my winnings. Some sob story about how they offered the wrong odds and were sorry. Took my winnings backWorst customer service ever experienced. May as well not exist. As with all the other negative reviews, people should get together to put them out of business.

Brutal book, up 25K in 12 months and they restrict my account. Tried to make a $100 wager and got denied, tells me my Max wager is $7.52, really Bet365? If you lose they like you and you will never get restricted. Make any money and BOOM bye bye account. Huge one finger salute to Bet365! Thanks for the 25k, though!

Won three bets in a row (not a huge amount, a couple of hundred). Then got a very spiteful, moaning email saying I’d get no more offers, free bets, boosts etc.They are happy enough if you lose but watch out if you win!

STAY AWAY – They do not process withdrawals and make you have to fight for your money. They also lie and say that they have sent wire transfers when they have not. Still haven’t gotten my withdrawal and have spent several days fighting for it. Today I found out that they lied to me and claimed to have sent my withdrawal, when they actually haven’t set it at all. NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN.

I’ve been on bet365 for more then half a decade in the beginning years it was awesome, the customer service was incredible the people I spoke to overseas were great… and they bent over backwards to accommodate me anytime I harassed concerns. In the past year they have gone completely downhill to a point I’ve made numerous complaints to little avail I recommended bet365 to a girlfriend in ontario and they ripped her off for 500.00. She opened a fresh account with 500.00 she made 1 single bet for 50.00… they have frozen her out ever since . When she tried to communicate with them she might as well been talking to a brick wall.unfortunately she doesn’t really give a crap about 500.00, so she has failed stay on top of it.when I’ve contacted bet365 explaining I personally recommended it to my friend… there response was negligible. Last Sunday I took Baltimore ravens alternate point spread -9.5 and – they won 24 to 9, I tried to take a pretty good cash out then the moment I pressed cash out bet365 marked ravens – 9.5 as a loss! When I contacted them about my concerns they punked me off and completely failed to address the issue in any meaningful way. I am now to a point where 1 more incident such as that takes place on my account… I am going to start a major campaign to spread the word people should avoid dealing with bet365 completely. Very disappointed!

Awful site just awful. Joined up got all the offers and they had shocking returns, 200 free bingo tickets won nowt, 50 spins just over a pound then another free 100 spins a few quid. A few deposists with no gameplay or returns.Games section of their site when I clicked on it set of alarms on my anti-virus for url phising so never even got to see this section of website. Live help told me to switch off my antivirus. Total joke of a site. U.K sites not fit for purpose. No regulation at all!

Too many silly negative reviews on here.I am wager large stakes on horses and have never ever had a problem with Bet365. They are the benchmark for horse racing. Tell me any other bookmaker that offers BOG 2 days before the race. The answer no one. They pay out any amount instantly.A lot of bad losers or people trying to scam.

Worst sport betting and casino site Ive ever experienced. Odds are not great and exact scores in football are lower than other bookies. Casino RTP is very low and I would advise anyone wanting to try bet365 to look elsewhere. Poor customer service and completely rigged. Worst experience guaranteed!

Before it came to Canada it was a awesome site to use. Now it’s terrible. My biggest complaint was I bet a 4 team parlay and and they name the pitchers so my wager the pitcher listed got sick and didn’t pitch. They lost of course because I went from a strong pitcher to a bull pen day. I won the other three games so I thought I still one because the game I lost before if the pitcher who was scheduled to pitch doesn’t start then that game is voided. Not now with this greedy Canadian organization running it. So now you are betting blind in baseball. Don’t matter who they show starting the game anyone can pitch. How can you bet like that. We look at who’s pitching to make our picks. All done with this stealing site. So much for fair gaming.

Don’t really want to do this as I have been using 365 for years. Never had a problem with it until the last update. Now it’s completely broken. Can’t cash out. Shows the wrong scores. Have to log in and out every two mins to work out what is going on. And after several messages I have received zero response. All in all plough your money in and due to technical incompetencies you lose everything. Real shame as it was by far and away the best app pre update.

I didn’t want to do this but wow. Lost for words. Waited 45 mins in a queue of 6 for a live chat operator to ask why I couldn’t access the “Golden Goals” free game or any of the others!Their reply was something to do with responsible gambling etc (365 I haven’t used properly for years so I don’t understand why) But typical for a gambling site to still allow me to bet across every market on their site but I’m unable to receive any marketing or access to any free games etc basically. This is the worse site I use, or used to use! Live chat takes hours for a simple question. They freeze your account for no reason then good luck waiting for live chat! Slots do not go lower then .80 cents lol’ cant change bets lower. I would have given customer service (live chat) a No star but they made me put 1 star before I could post this. Way better sites out there, at least sports interaction answers chat within 1 minute. For what bet365 makes hire some damm people to answer questions. Ban people on signing up, cant get through to their live chat, send same messages about asking for bank info to wire winnings instead of interac, even when you send tyhem info you have to resend.Live chat says your 1 in the queue but takes more than 1hr to respond. Once in football, once snooker, they accepted bets, then adjusted the odds on payout. These were NOT obvious errors, but I couldn’t be bothered with IBAS. They then just suspended my account because I’m not sending through bank statements, bizarrely whilst I had a season bet on, which was settled (fine) months afterwards. I HAVE NEVER HAD ODDS CHANGED AFTER BET ACCEPTED WITH ANY OTHER BOOKMAKER BUT BET365.

Partner has an account. Cashed out when the odds they gave meant he won 20 quid. Email later to say that their odds were wrong and have taken back the 20 quid and replaced it with 87p. Given all the profits they make and given it was their mistake, they should have allowed/honored the cash out at that amount. I’m sure if he made a mistake, they wouldn’t allow him to pull back the cash. Account now in the process of being closed down…. Very poor customer service IMO. They seem to forget, they’re not the only online betting site! You have been warned!

The good things: Nice site layout, competitive odds, many markets, allows you to combine different sports.The bad things : Cant combine politics with sports, on live matches the team colours are most of the time mixed up and / or wrong, the bonus are not as often and / or as generous as they used to be, firefox keeps login you off the account after a few minutes, not easy to find the help/chat and when u do find it its a que of over 15 minutes every time that puts you off, does NOT do less than 10 pence unit stake bets (when u bet on multiples it adds up to alot).

Absolute scam of a company, paid out a bet last night when vardy was clearly shown the yellow card and not Maddison, been confirmed vardy was shown the yellow but they claim opts stats was showing Maddison was booked. All other bookies understand vardy was the one that was booked and paid out all claims as a gesture of a good will one of them being over 5k, bet 365 offering nothing this company really needs to be boycotted there just scam artists, I have reported them to the ombudsman and make sure they get looked in to, also contacts the uk gambling authority and they are already looking in to bet 365 so fingers crossed they get closed down its what they deserve

Mailed customer support to inform them I had troubles depositing money into my account but no response, only to get an email that my account has been closed “due to the nature of my business”!!!! Good website layout! OK so going of Darrens review a bit further down on here i guess theyre saving money for potential GCommision fines by not letting me win anything ATM hehe.
