Good website but pretty bad company. They want to get all ur banking info when u want to get paid. I dont feel its safe to give all the info to another individual over the phone. U dont know who it is. They recently launched ontario website but wont let me transfer my account or funds from the original website to the canada website.

Bet365 don’t deserve any custom they ask to many personal questions even rang me asking for my bank account details and saying the call would last about 40 minutes which is totally disgraceful and I will b taking the matter further no site should even ring or myther for such details

Logged in to place my free bet on the Liverpool match, the free bet had disappeared. Contacted Bet365 to be told due to responsible gambling measures my account had measures introduced, meaning I no longer receive offers or promotions. Can’t tell me how long for, surely if they think I am gambling irresponsibly my account should be closed. I won’t be using the site again until I receive an explanation as to why this happened or the measures are lifted.

After seeing the negative remarks appx 87% not willing to register at this site. Mainly I was trying to bet on horse racing, but the negative remarks stopped me to enroll at Bet 365.If the management do not wish to respond towards their present customers honestly then I think no time left for Bet365 to shut down…

I have had experience of a few dodgy betting sites, but I have had no problems with bet365. In fact, I would say its probably the most easy to navigate website & offers the odd 5 bet for free.

I have had an account with Bet365 for a few years now and NEVER had any problems with payout placing bets, prices etc. On the contrary, I made a couple of errors myself and Bet365 sorted it out without any fuss whatever..So from personal experience I can’t understand the negative reviews I have read..My experience has been excellent..

Thought I’d give them a try. Can’t get my head round how they’re so big. App is awful. Payouts are slow. Results are woefully laggy to settle. And they’re just basics/essentials for any betting platform. Can’t see what the appeal is at all

left bet365 for a while to stop gambling. Tried to renew but said i was banned for life. Never won much at all made a loss if anything over 15 years. They are rude unhelpful and should not be allowed to operate. Look at the feedback on here no replies at all. Really do not care about customers .do not gamble with them.

Terrible site, would not recommend. Decided to permanently ban me after one week of tennis betting. I had significant funds still in the account and they’re saying the can’t withdraw it to my credit card, when every other sports book I’ve used can do this. They are a bunch of scam artists. They do have good live betting so its unfortunate that they have horrific customer service and internal policies.

Dont use Bet 365 App!!I used Bet 365 and would trade large amounts of money between 1-500 each individual bet. I had won a bet which left my account with 486.10. Upon selecting a new bet I had been promoted with a value of 486.10 already set up to place bet. I had selected the value on the app with the intention to change it to 150. Before I could change the value the bet had placed and had unfortunately lost within 1-2 minutes not allowing me the time to retract my bet. If I had retracted and cashed out then I would have immediately lost around 100. This glitch in the app had happened a few times previous log but for much smaller sums of money so was less important to me. I informed Bet 365 who told me that they would not even look into this case as all bets are taken and they take no responsibility for any issues that may have resulted from this.

Like others, I opened an account and deposited 10 with the promise of 50 in free bets once I’d wagered the tenner. I’ve bet 9 on football so far with 7 of this resulting in small wins. Just seen the same email others have received in my Inbox: ‘Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect.’ One of my bets was put on after the email was sent, so the account clearly isn’t closed in terms of bets being made, just in terms of free bet offers being honoured. All I can think is that they aim to entice people in with an offer they have no intention of honouring and then hope that those same people stay on betting with them despite being scammed. What a great business model for generating new punters! Pathetic!

All was OK, but after I won around 3000$ they blocked me by imposing huge restrictions, especially ridiculously low betting limits that are making betting almost impossible.The only explanation I had was “This decision was made following careful consideration by our trading team”.Sometime ago, one month before this, they asked to install an application to verify the location (as if the browser can not do this by itself). Now I even suspect that this app is also used to spy. I don’t know, but I suspect.So, if you intend to win relatively important amounts of money, I don’t think you will be able to. Otherwise it’s OK.

I got permanently banned for “incorrect details”, after talking to support which took hours mind you, they informed me that I filled out something that permanently banned me with no chance of re-appeal. I’m 19 and eligible to gamble in my province so I have no clue what could’ve possibly led to me being suspended indefinitely.

Ive had a seesaw relationship for years with 365 ups and downs and all within a particular sustainable bracket. Signed up, placed a bet and was told I get 50 to place on other bets as a signing up bonus. Once my original bet had been completed my account was immediately closed. After being a loyal customer for years, play have a go on slots weekly. So deposit weekly not much around 50 usually less. Well had a 200 win this week on a game, which was great. Limited betting platform, many types of bets not allowed and very unintuitive. Chat support is a time wasting exercise. With lots of other platforms out there, look for another platform.
