Just to remind u Canada has an online betting for proline. U can bet anything. Take your business there it’s as fair as it gets. They won’t cut u off if your a winner. Leaving bet365 was the beat thing I ever did.

Although I don’t bet online anymore proline sports betting is the safest and fairest. Well Anything compared to bet365 is fair but whatever lol.

I’m hoping proline takes away most of bet365 business. Still have bad memories thinking of my history with bet365. The wars over and prolines betting site is open.

Bet365 are a very good betting company even though my account is suspended at the moment they are the only UK firm you can bet exotic bets on Australian horse racing you can bet on tricasts and even pick 4s! Which pay out thousands to 1if you pick correct 4numbers to my knowledge no other UK online bookmaker offers these type of bets payout is instantaneous wether its a pound or thousands. I'm not into slots or casino games but from what I hear they are the same as everyone else. Gaming slots etc. is very high risk and more people lose than win I suspect that's why the negative reviews are so high bad losers people like that should not be spending money on these sites as they are for enjoyment purposes.What you should do is say to yourself how much can I spend on here before I stop and when you get there you need to stop! Horrible company. Opened an account with a 100 deposit and made a 5 bet only to receive an email saying that " Due to the nature of your business, a decision has been made to close your account with immediate effect. ". Spent half an hour chatting with one of their representatives online but was refused any information as to why my account was closed. All they said was 'due to activity' which doesn't make any sense at all as I just opened it and there wasn't even any activity other than the initial 5 bet?!? bet365 representative also refused to refund my initial deposit in full or escalate my dissatisfaction as a complaint. Overall, a horrible experience – stay well clear for your own good!

Do you bet because you like big wins? Don't register here. Win too much and they will restrict you and block you from betting. They don't allow winners. Only they are allowed to make profit out of their customers, their customers aren't.

EU and UK need to pass laws to make it illegal for betting companies to discriminate against users based on how much they bet, how much they win, and what kind of selections they want to bet on. Heavy fines should be issued on such discriminatory companies. Betting is supposed to be fun and fair, and Bet365 is NOT fair to all of its customers.

my account was restricted after I won only $945 ? that's not even a grand… I would hate to imagine what they would do if I got a big win.
Never had the issue with other companies, I won 8k with other companies and had my money within a day, I win a small amount at 365 and with no warning my account is restricted.

Customer service team is friendly, but the company need to show more trust in its punters… unless they (365)secretly are struggling financially? because that would make sense as to why they are being so strict.

I won a bet which suppose to be a Total of $2300 & some change the last match was between Barcelona SP vs paulista the result wa 3:0 against Barcelona sp but somehow they claiming the game was void Im curious how so when the result says on their website that it was 3:0 I need some explanation to it I bet was over 2.5 goals guess what instead of given me the full amount I won they offered $1200 & some change saying the games was avoided it wasn’t they played the game and the score was 3:0 I’m going to fight to get all the funds I deserve for my bet I already have pics to post to prove they cheating

Disgracefully slow app. It takes a good 5-10 seconds, sometimes longer to switch from one race to another or one game to another. Gives the lowest payouts on trifectas, quinellas, exactas etc. If you take a multi bet and one of your horses is scratched after you place your bet then they count that as a loss instead of a void bet. And don't get me started on their withdrawl system. It is staggering that other bookies in Australia can transfer money into your account within an hour or less, but Bet365 routinely takes a week. This is the part that really turned me off them. It's like they have 49000947473 people working in the deposit section and just 1 person to take care of withdrawals for every customer they have across the world. Just….just avoid this mob of crooks and hustlers and pimps and thieves.

If you're looking for a particular option of play, you probably do not understand how fixed matches work. People who get these matches fixed are unpredictable, the unpredictability is to make it hard or impossible for authorities to catch them. To echo what I have read and would like to add to: this company and their customer service department are abhorrent.

I not them, increased my betting because of a big win on another site. They implemented restrictions on my account and then became intrusive asking about my finances, work etc.

Why didn't they ask this at the beginning? I was called by one of their Gamble Responsible advisors who assured me these blocks would be removed and now I would have a cap/net deposit amount for my own safety.

I visited the webchat as the block was still on my account and I couldn't deposit. Three webchats is what it took and these were with rude morons….not just morons.

I have kept my account open more so now for insight into the behaviour of this company but ensure you ask for transcripts. When opening a new account set out your stall with them. Ask questions prior to making your big bets as these guys operate with their rules.

Like many others I have been a customer for over 20 years and all of a sudden they just closed my account and said it was a trading decision. Like most gamblers I lose overall year on year but this year I had a good run recently on the itv races on a Saturday. Winning a few grand over the course of 6 weeks or so and they decided to close my account. Shameful really,the so called biggest betting company in the world. I’ve been told bet 365 now have a policy if you make 3 withdrawals in quick succession of over 250 your account gets flagged up and your account gets closed .don’t know if that’s true or not but my account and what happened to me fits the criteria for closure of its true.

Well where do I start ? First of all they put restrictions on my account for no reason then when I contacted them they said they have closed my account and could not give me a reason for this !! Unbelievable and quite sad! Very very un professional from a massive company!

Most worst online casino, losing for years on this platform. If you are a consumer from europe get a lawyer, because you can get your entire money you lost gambling you can get it back especially if you are from germany or austria. Very deceitful company, I feel sorry for the employees – locked my account initially for having bet a large amount/winning a large amount and I was required to go through a questionaire – went through it. 1 month later my account was locked again, place a few bets and make some large winnings. Called and they advised that my email address has changed on my account, log into my account and the email address is the same… I also use an encrypted password at 128bit with no external access. The company has obviously locked my account with falsified information to stop my winnings. Use Sportsbet, this doesn't happen there.

Avoid this site if you run more than 1 game at a time it logs you out and puts you on auto call. Also trying to get help from anyone is like drawing blood from a stone and if you do get to talk to someone they try hard but there is a language barrier. I recommend 365 for sports bets but poker dont even consider it

Used to love this site and I don't deposit silly, about 30 every other day. And I deposited abit over this on the 28th July and won abit so I withdraw. So it comes to Friday loyalty day I check my account and theres no loyalty and I've spoken to live chat who than tells me I'm no longer eligible for bonus or free spins. She said it's because I've deposited and I'm not gambling responsible, I only deposited about 70 and I don't see that as alot of money at all. So after this I'll no longer be using there site. More than a month ago in the beginning of July they blocked my account and told me to withdrawal my money,,, I used virtual debit card for deposit because in my country banks don't allow us to deposit into gambling sites,,, so I told them to refund my money back the same method (virtual MasterCard) they refused and told me to withdrawal via bank wire,,, after 10 days they emailed me that my bank rejected my wire transfer, and told me to go there and ask them why I went and my bank told me that they don't accept money from any gambling resources,,, I Asked them to chose any other method but they insist to send to bank account that I didn't use that method for deposit in first place,,, moral of the story they don't want to return my money

Obviously haven't learnt anything from the recent cash out debacle. Software still continually being updated on the fly with minimum testing resulting in many "unforeseen issues" affecting the customer – latest is being unable to view bet details / selections.

There are some absurd reviews of Bet365 below, obviously posted by individuals that are either creating duplicate online accounts, which no bookmaker is going to put up with, due to bonus abuse, or simply bad losers who think gambling assures them that they will win. This clearly indicates to the rationale man in the street a problem gambler that should be seeking help.

I have been with Bet365 for many years and have found that they are not only an honourable but they give realistic cash outs, instantly transfer winnings back to uk banks and are not afraid to accept large bets on horse racing.

I think the whiners on here need to take stock as they are the dodgy ones!
