This is an absolute terrible site, most of yesterday couldn't even get into the site. I had my first 5 games right and no fing cash out. Iam fairly new to betting like this, does anybody know another site similar to this that you can cash on while the games ate still playing? Agree they cost u money playing in this site

I really thought I was the only one having trouble this bet website. I've been unable to see most of my bets through the Euros. Actually have a decent bet on at the moment with all teams to score that were in the quarter finals, can't see Ukraine scoring but at least there would've been a decent cash out when England scored but now showing not even a bet active!! Absolute joke!!!

During the euros and want to cash you bet out and they just block you and remove all your bets from Veiw then once the games is over everything is miraculously all back and running. And this isn’t just a technical issue it’s every single game Thieves !!!!

DISGRACEFUL! For all the quarter final Euro games they have taken my bets and every time about 15 mins before the game they say they have technical difficulties and I can’t view my bets OR CASH OUT AS THEY PROMISED!
Straight after the game is finished they are always over their ‘technical difficulties’ and my bets are visible again. 😅😅
Avoid Bet365 like the plague!!!

app doesn't work properly. whenever there's an opportunity to cash out a bet, they disable it so they don't have to pay out. then as soon as the "risk" has finished they switch it back on, by which time you've lost. any attempt to ask what's happening is met by a standard copy/paste reply saying they're working to fix the issue and apologise for any inconvenience. this isn't a recent thing, this has been happening since the europa league finals. we're talking about 6 months plus and it happens several times a day, every single day. it is most definitely NOT a technical fault.

Like others said, they blame it on site problem IF you can get live chat but seems to be other, sketchy things going on recently… Used to be great, awful service and way to great customers.

Think it's best to use a different betting company from now on. Nothing but issues throughout the Euros. Not showing cash outs/ your bets throughout games. Just a purescam that nobody wants to deal with. All these complaints can't be a coincidence.

Logged in that was fine but my bets symbol wasn't there plus cash out wasn't either so looked on the history to find sum of my 5 Bets where missing I had them all to both 2 score which tonight games did so and got tomorrow's matches to do the same but not in my history but I did take photos last night of all my bets so got them saved but don't know what to do about it any1 else had any problems like this

Had a bet builder for Spain v Switzerland and Belgium v Italy, the bet for the Spain game had come in and the Belgium game was waiting on 1 corner, no cash out the whole time and waited for over an hour in the queue for the chat for it to then say it’s unavailable. Lost the bet in the end due to there incompetence. Taking money off people when there betting site doesn’t even work!!

Brutal support. App said "quick deposit failed" 3 times which it didn't and my bank charged me extra fees because of this, not to mention all the other cash out issues during the Euros.
Contacted support and after 2 hours and being asked to send screenshots ( which i had ), I was then told I was correct however they wouldn't offer any "Goodwill" for this. Literally what do you have to do then to get one?

Thieves at best, placed a bet on Switzerland vs Spain wanted to cash out in game however due to bet365 technical difficulties I was unable to do this. Waiting in line on chat I was 267th in the que, the wait was almost an hour and then to be told TOUGH appreciate this was not your fault but would not reimburse my stake or even offer a goodwill gesture. If you are going to use this website for Live betting. Forget about it!! Once you place your bets it happens quite often frankly that you cant do cash outs. It says "Sorry this service is temporarily unavailable" i understand if it happens for couple of minutes, but when it happens it does long probably for hours ruining your chances to check your bets and the option of cashing them out. Sky bet is by far the best betting site. AVOID BET 365

By far the worst site I’ve ever used they are no more than common thieves, they stop you receiving bonuses every couple of weeks blaming responsible gambling although the never asked for proof of funds or anything else, this happened 7 times in 4 months the cash out is also a scam every time a bet is doing well with a good cash out opportunity the cash out is unavailable I’m amazed the gambling commission allow these cheats to operate I have now filed a complaint, do not use this site under any circumstances they are so anti customer and the customer service is abysmal stay away

Customer service is awful, was basically accused of being a lying when querying a cashed out bet that had been removed from my account then posted as a lost bet even though it had already been cashed out. Online chat was rude and unhelpful.
Asked to close my account and was met with condescending questions will never use bet365 ever again!!! All over 13.21

Honestly if I could give this site zero stars I would, I bet on a team winning and after they did it still says I lost, I contacted them and they told me that they had made there own definition of that the end of the game means, basically tricking people to bet on thinking they’re winning, honestly it’s a joke of a site and I will never be using it again, hopefully it gets shut down soon.

This is probably the WORST of the WORST casinos. So I deposited some money, placed a bet, and then from nowhere they just returned my money and my bet did not exist anymore? So I got mad and was going to withdraw the money again. Problem 2. There was only bank transfer for some dumb reason. They literally stole my money. I’ve been asked to verify my account and an envelop was supposed to arrive to my place, however I never got it. Theyi refuse to show any tracking information, the envelop never arrived, and my money was kept away from me. A genuine scam.

Dreadful company. Been playing casino and games for a while, I’ve had a few wins but all of a sudden it’s like they have flicked a switch and stopped any wins. I’ve also noticed that if you are about to get a win, it glitches and throws you out. That is not fair, if it’s your time to win, then you should. Be careful people, this amount of bad reviews can not be wrong.
