This site is terrible for any kind of live chat it shouldn't even be operating really. Can't even get an answer for withdrawing money and instead of puting money back to my account it's asking for address of bank and all this other stuff, my mum opened my account when i was young and has since passed away so now it's inconvenient trying to track down all the information they want, not to mention have my questions even answered. Better not to play at this casino. I spent hundreds here and they make it so hard to withdraw that you give up waiting for their response.

On the fifth of march, I lost an immense entirety of funds to this company. I was sure the issue wasn't from my end since I had guaranteed setting my stop loss before I put the trade. However, when I woke up the next day, I found my trade had surpassed "Stop loss" and all my cash was no more.
Promptly, I kept in touch with the help group and they affirmed they couldn't take care of business. I was just karma to have taken the screen captures of every one of my exercises and I sent it to mr Hampton via kelvinwayney (at)aol com “as my report. They investigated the issue and after certain weeks I had the option to get all I had lost .

Nothing short of thieves! The online card games should be looked into , there’s “ the edge” and the “ bet365 the edge” which must be them winning every single hand on blackjack! Horrific experience…I only really ever play roulette when I gamble,usually set a deposit limit of 30 pound a day,anyway,I signed up with bet365 for the first time to give them a go….wish I hadn't bothered,their roulette is rigged beyond a doubt…over a fortnight of 30 quid a day for zero fun,I understand roulette is HEAVILY in favour of the house…but this was taking the YOU KNOW WHAT… I'd littrally cover 75 percent of the wheel and I'd miss all my numbers…then when eventually it hit one…yep..it was the one with the least on it…2 weeks at 30 pound a day….I could afford to lose that 30 pound…all I ask for is a few decent spins for the 30 pound to last an hour or so….nah,it took the 30 pound within 10 minutes… seriously you'd have to see what it was doing,there is ABSOLUTELY no way the numbers were random…so it's back to ojo and 21 for my roulette,at least they are random spins because invariably 30 lasts me a few hours on their tables….
Still my fault for trying bet365 out,had my fingers burned….this is just a friendly heads up….stay away from there roulette….WISH I HAD.

I have been using Bet365 for 6 years and they were ok in the begining. For the past 3 years they have added some new features but they are full of bugs. Every day there is an issue with their system They are accepting only 2 or 3 payments methods, no Revolut, no G PAY. The app crashes every day and when you want to place a bet for the big games they always have issues. I will probably close my account, I had enough.

This company makes it almost impossible to withdraw your own money. The customer service staff are inefficient, inconsiderate and ineffectual, and don't deserve any loyalty from customers. Their convoluted excuses for not paying out withdrawals promptly have to be heard to be believed. If you have a modicum of common sense, you shouldn't go anywhere near them. Avoid these scammers! I contacted them to open a account in Bulgaria.

I first did the verification. Then i received a email that my account was succesfull verified.

I deposit money. And 14 hours later they closed my account.

Ok there can be a reason to close it. As far as i know i did nothing wrong. I opened account with correct details. Did first the verification. I received a email that everything was ok.

After that i only desposit money and set some bets. I had small winnings. But overall it was a loss

One day later they closed. I was surprised that my account was closed. But maybe they had a good reason…. So i contact them. But they did not know why. Only saying it was a decicion of the trading departement. But someone should be knowing the reason.

After pushing a supervisor was going to investigate and will call me back after 48 hours.

But after 48 hours nobody called, but after 60 hours someone give me the same answer as 2 days ago and it was not the supervisor that called as promised.

So account is closed. But no reason given. I only wanted to know why. But that is too much to ask….. they hide behind trading departement.

So they take your money, close account and you can go to hell because they dont provide the reason.

So think twice if you want to play at this bookie.

I had loved this site for years. Until recently. I had my account restricted for what I can only assume was some large cash outs. Once they contacted me they asked me numerous questions in regards to my betting style as well as what bets I made most. They reactivated my account and now the bets that I make mostly and win most on are restricted to 5 dollar max stake. To make sure it wasn’t just on all bets I asked a friend to log into his account and stake 100 on the same bet and he was able to do so. Once you start winning they find ways to limit your returns. I have many screenshots as well as audio of conversations with support and they always use the same response “the traders set the stakes per game and they are the same for everyone” this is what I was told after telling them my friend was able to make a stake of 100 while I was restricted to 5. This site used to be incredible and honest but recently they must be not making as much profit and are trying to restrict those who are winning. I will be looking at another sports betting site.

If you win even a small amount prepare yourself-
Limiting, then they stop answer you, you go always last in a queue in the Chat, when you connect you will get "our staff is cool and they can do anything they want" and that's all. In few weeks if you keep being sharp despite the limitation, you will get banned from putting any bets. Next step, they will aware you that your balance will be charged for not being used for a long time. Then they will completely DELETE your account with EXISTING balance.
