For anybody considering using this site, DONT, it is a complete fix and will cheat you out of every penny you deposit. They should be ashamed of scamming people out of there hard earned cash, particularly in the current climate. What a disgrace.

Terrible customer service on phone during LIVE betting.
-Withdrawal is so DODGY because in the year 2020 you are required to put your ACTUAL BANKS ADDRESS?
-Other betting platforms you can withdraw via bsb and acc number (very simple), however with bet 365 you need:
->BIC code, Bank name, Bank address, Bank Country, even a password????

I've been playing here for about 2 years I do Win on here and had no issues getting my withdrawals, they use fastvisa so when you withdrawal back to your debit card the funds are instantly with you so can't fault that side!

But I've been told I've had Promotions and stuff stopped on my account for nothing…. Basically like many others depositing and choosing to spend your money on bet365 results in having promotions etc stripped away, I've never experienced this on any other sites I've been a customer with in all my years! I did laugh when they said it includes loyalty promotions? You maybe get 10-20 (10p) spins credited like twice a month if that kinda insulting really, so yeah been a loyal customer here means 0 to them and they put restrictions on your account for basically depositing lol

I've been waiting for almost a month for a $52 CDN withdrawal refund, and customer service is telling me that they do not have the money inhouse any longer and that it's with a 3rd party "under review". Whatever that means. Absolutely ridiculous. I frankly don't care about my 50 bucks, but for others whom I'm sure are out far more money, legal action should be taken against this company. Hi i had a bet365 account for 5 years. Username mkapil365. Till the time i was loosing they were okay, but when in 5th year i started winning multiple bets n high odds they closed my account. Though I can still login but can't deposit or place bets. Their customer service only says its a management decision n they do not say details.

Honestly, there is a reason these guys are the biggest bookies. Because their customer service is spot on. Made a mistake for an offer than would have disqualified me even though I placed exactly the right bet, they still let me qualify as it was a genuine mistake. Many sites wouldn't allow that. Keep doing the job you're doing and I will keep coming back.

Placed bet on football game with number of goals from one team. The first bet was quite high and was about to win, so I placed another bet with a higher number of goals. Both bets won but 2nd bet disappeared from my account. Embarassing fraudolent behavior… Nonsense

I’ve been reading the reviews on bet365 and I’m not surprised at all it’s that bad if anything I expected it to be this bad now at 80 percent.

Bet365 can only get away with fraud for so long. I just wanted to make a note that I never cashed out once ever for almost 2 decades I’ve been with them.

Maybe 15 years but not sure exactly. Even back then I complained and argued and thru closed my account

Then rejoined after following security questions. It just blows my mind that I never cashed out once.

My account has been suspended for over two months and I've seen a huge increase in profits due to using other sites that reward customer loyalty rather than seek to punish or restrict it. I've also discovered that I can watch live events on these other sites without receiving uninvited and intrusive phone calls.
I'd like to thank the person who suspended my account for doing something I should have done personally a long time ago. Cheers darling. Hope ur job is still secure lol.

Updated review. I rated this as an average site years ago but now the site has hit rock bottom in my opinion. My issue before was the crazy amount of suspensions during a live match. Now I've seen the site mark down the wrong scorers during a game, wrong odds (they will have no goal scored at a different odds to draw goals scored (none) which is the exact same bet!) And something new that has happened is now it takes between 5 – 10 seconds to place a bet during live play so if there's a penalty for example, and they usually have the market suspended until they put up the odds for a penalty scored or missed (always the same odds) by the time the odds are available to bet, with this delay at times the penalty has been taken and I've missed out because of the stupid new delay!!! I've been with this site for years and years and I agree with most the comments here, this site has went way downhill!

Pss poor company who don't give a toss about their customers and bonuses are non existent. I had an account with them for over ten years and was spoken to with almost distain on live chat for daring to question their pathetic loyalty scheme, which btw, no one seems to know the criteria for?? Very Poor. I had an accumulator with bet365 on the football. They decided to void two of my selections due to the league not being finished. All other companies, SKYBET etc paid out as the league agreed the final placing. My selections were placed either on pre COVID placing or points per game but they would not allow to stand. Rules very unclear on this. Then to rub salt in they said it would be allowed from next season!!! Joke

If you just like a few small bets each day don't bother with this company. Today they closed my account permanently on the pretext that I was spending too much time gambling (in their opinion). I had held a deposit account with them for many years and my account was closed with no notice. I suspect my account was closed because I am not losing enough with them. Disgusting treatment towards a loyal customer. Certainly not recommended.

i have been a loyal customer with them for over a decade plus,the customer services is a joke even if you can get through to speak to them,it is not the bet 365 i knew,they used to be very understanding and answer the phone very quickly,not anymore.i waited over 25 minutes before i gave up,went on to live chat,another 25 minutes wait,the person i chatted to did not get my querie right he quoted itv plus 4/1.anyway babble babble babble,this was over a 3 pound refund,they offered me 2 pound goodwill.it was not the 3 pound it was the principle, that they knew i was right,so i closed my account,what is going on at bet 365 this was a great betting site but sadly over the last few months it has gone downhill.

I've placed a bet on Friday with them on an Australian football game Ws wanderers vs wellington phoenix my bet was a yellow card between min 20 and 29 the yellow card was given after 21 min I even recived the notification from their site but they refused to pay my bet. They even told me that they watch the tape with the game but still won't pay. What a scam company. Guys only bet on first league games, games that you can easily re watch otherwise they can tell you that you lost and have no proof. I even sent them pictures from their site with the yellow card and pictures from flashcore and still they will not pay

My goodness people are finally coming forward more often. I’m glad to see people are exposing little by little.

I know the frustration cause I’ve been there many times. I tried being patient with bet365 but after a while I can only take so much.

I’ve almost been thru every problem people are complaining about. The first one that ever happened to me was putting my account on hold

Then the fraud slots which no criminal can match. Then the blackjack seeing them dealer always getting 20 and when u finally get 20 he’ll get 20 or 21.
