I was lured to this site by offering a bonus. Did very well on bonus money. So I made a deposit and played t he same slot. My 100.00 went in 5 minutes. Betting only one dollar. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

i have played on many poker sites but in my opinion this one is rigged and needs investigating you could have a hand more or less guarenteed to win but you know it wont win so what is the point of bothering .people warned me about this site but when i first played it seemed fair and thats not because i was winning because i wasnt it just seems to have changed for the worst.i dont know if certain players are bots or not all i want is a fair game of poker with a fair chance of winning .no more playing on bet 365 for me and i will avoid it in future

Some of the Greatest Cheater, Worst Customer Support Member are Sitting over their. You will Just keep Sending you automated Messages. Will not try to Solve the Issues you are Having. And By the time you are mad and Screaming to yourself.
It takes them 5-10 Minutes to Reply to one message.
Just Avoid this Site, Just Avoid it, Those Customer Support Member will not Solve your issue, create more issue for you.
And You don't even have the option to report to someone else about it.

I used Bet365 daily for the last 5 years. I liked the cashout option, but sometimes it could take 30 minutes to reflect on your account. Last night I had my $1160 bet give me a $2000 cashout option. I tapped cash out, then confirm… but it didnt reflect my account. So a waited 30 minutes like before & nothing. I called customer service & they said that my cash out option must have been removed… This was not my 1st win, so I was very upset that they would belittle me as though I dont know what I was doing. No wonder their revenue is over $2 billion…

I am very happy with Bet365, I've been with them 3 years, the site design is the best in UK, I can instantly withdraw to their cash card, they answer questions quickly in chat and even operate in my home country in eastern Europe. I wish they had higher odds though.

I've played a variety poker games on this site over a period of about two years. At first it appeared legit to me as my winning and losses balanced about evenly. But I at last have to admit things have been too different for too long, it's the same thing every time and the same scam I would accuse other sites of. Simply you're led deeply into a hand with strong cards, unbeatable cards, only to be beaten. It's the frequency which makes it unacceptable and suspicious. And it's an easy rig, never believe the random deal claim, why be clean when you can rig it huh?

Tonight for example in a cash game I had a set of tens by the turn but at the river I'm beaten by a flush… I knew it was going to happen of course. But having reloaded and gone to a new table I didn't expect the same thing to happen again just a few moments later. (BTW, isn't it funny that when you miss your turn so many of your automatically folded hands would have been winners huh? At this very moment, a pair of fives but If I'd played them I'm damn sure they'd have lost! 😉 And again! Two unplayable pairs! I better get back to it while the possible winning streak remains… but it wont will it).

It's not that these things don't happen in live poker, I often walk away from a casino fuming about some guy calling my aces say with something like 7,3 and winning but the frequency and coincidence is not believable anymore. All the sites I've played on are similar but 365 appears the worst… and I haven't won a straight race for months. It feels like a marker doesn't it.

I've had problems with other famous sites which were more easily proven. At one we had long discussions about other players hands appearing visible at my table – eventually I took a screen shot of an incredible pair of 2's both spades! I was given a feasible explanation but lost trust, you might know the site from it's number of eights. On another very well known Star site, the hand I and my witness (girlfriend) saw as completely red, giving a flush, lost. Hand history put a black card in there. No amount of argument worked.

My advice is, don't give any money to bet 365, you're simply lining the owners pockets, not yours.

A little update – while writing this review I was playing a little tournament and receiving a stream of winning hands at a ridiculous rate but then – of course one too many, I went out holding a straight, ace to five, beaten on the river by someone (a bot?) holding Ace five. Turn and river were both fives. No surprises there then. Goodbye Bet 365.

Agree with other reviewers: slot returns are appalling. I don't expect to win big but most of the time you don't even win the RTP. Far better casinos out there (Coral and Netbet in particular) that offer vastly better returns than this company.

So, carry on from my restricted access on BET365, they have now blocked my IP address and their 48 hr time slot has expired. When I call them, they are very robotic and say I have to await a call from their department of which they cannot give that departments name or any details,… I’m a grown adult, your reviewing my account because of A, b or c. I have requested a data subject access request under the data protection act along with file notes… Denise Coates, you really need to train your staff better and run a better company… suppose your not bothered taking home 323 million pounds of punters money in your salary alone. You should be jailed for the robbery you commit daily.

STAY away from this company, lost in excess of 10,000 in last calender year. Had a few days winning streak and they have restricted my account. They asked me to call them through direct messenger, which I did to be told “the department dealing with your account will contact you within 48 hrs”…. I take it, this is the department that doesn’t like lucky winners.. I also complained a few days ago previously to this, about spending 100’s on a slot without any descent win or feature. Day light robbers.

I would give no stars but this is not an option. The customer service is one of the worst. Couldn't access the website or app only to find out hours later this was a widespread problem. Clearly they didn't want to publicise this. Promised me customer service would ring me. Well over 24 hours later am still waiting. Yes IT issues occurs with all bookies on occasion but it is the way you communicate with customers that is key. Terrible service. Take your business elsewhere.

Recently, l have found that bet365 have been making some mistakes regarding bets l have placed over the phone. They have reimbursed me after l had contacted them. The last time l contacted them though, left me feeling that they were NOT fair in their settlement with me. The money they have cheated me out of,is not enough to make a formal complaint to them. I will also like to warn people betting with them, to be very aware that they will make mistakes with customers, and it will be up to you to check that you have not been short changed.

This website is literally bunch of thieves and cheaters. I placed a bet for a live game and won it, they gave me the money in my account. Then I withdrawed the money into InstaDebit… after few hours I was shockes that my balance in bet365 is negative !!! When I contacted constumer service they said that I placed my betting in the wrong odds !!!! And the right odd is 1.16 instead of 7.5 and they closed the conversation in my face (ROFL)… how can the odd be 1.16 for next goal in min 89 in a soccer game ? And let's beleive they are correct, the system should suspend the bet … instead of TAKING BACK a money from costumer amount few hours after winning !!!
Please stay away !
P.S: I have all the prooves and the screenshots because I like to show my friends when I win a bet 🙂

Avoid Bet365 like plague, put your money into better use or give it to charity, you will never get a payout, your account will be blocked, I'm so sure of this, I'm so sure of this cos my husband was a victim. I’ve used every poker site online I’ve played for 13 years and I can guarantee every site is rigged, let me explain let’s keep it simple for arguments sake a poker site has 1 million customers of that 1 million customers between 850,000 and 900,000 of them players will be recreational players or donks the rest are good players now over the long term the 100,000 good players are going to rise to the top and win the money on most occasions if the game was fair and these poker sites understand this but this is bad for business because eventually the donks and recreational players get bored of losing stop playing therefore stop depositing therefore the poker sites lose money and trust me that’s all they are interested in, so how do they combat this ? Answer, they dish out unbelievable bad beats consistently to the good players therefore levelling the playing field and keeping the donks depositing, the truth is poker sites would rather have all donks and no good players it would make life easy for them, good players are a nuisance, so all you good players keep getting your chips in good and keep receiving the bad beats. Poker sites are absolute scum, I’ve hung my online poker boots up as I’m sick and tired of getting screwed.

I have been their customer for 8 years and donated over 150k over the years. I recently started making money and they closed my account without warning and took all the funds. Avoid Bet365. It's more or less rob Peter to pay Paul. I lost $40,000, I won $156,000, and they closed my account, I tried everything in my power to get my money back but I couldn't it was until I contacted a bet specialist- consultant@archarielrecovery. com who recovered everything I lost for me, including my profit, I just agreed to pay 10%-20% upfront of my total earning and the remaining when I got my money. Have been a customer of theirs for years, losing overall as most of us do. A losing bet of a significant sum appeared from nowhere in my history. 100% had not made the bet. It was on basketball, a sport I know nothing about and have certainly never bet on.
Phoned and complained, spoke to a nice young lady, who had to keep on putting me on hold and speaking to her supervisor
( who of course would not speak directly to me). They refused to refund the bet. I have cancelled my account, but of course they don’t care. Just look at how much the Chief Exec earns and her bonuses and her house and you’ll see why. There’s a lot of competition out there, you don’t need to touch this lot with a barge pole.
Oh and of course, better gamblers than me who start to win decent money have their wings clipped by only being allowed limited stakes.

Bet365 are without doubt one of the worse bookies to open an account with. You will find yourself very quickly restricted (no Best Odds Guaranteed, Free Bets etc) after a few bets win or lose. The same thing happened with a colleague from work and a friend.

Brilliant range of sports markets good prices cash ins etc but that's it the gaming tabs are a graveyard for your money slots aren't too bad but table games etc are heavily in favour of the house I at first thought it was just a run of bad luck then decided to try something I decided to bet on streets at roulette to test my theory? It is o.k for Sports betting with loads of markets but the in play betting not so good….. but find the casino & games dont give you the same value…be careful with these stick to sports betting on this site and limit your spend or avoid the casino.
