"Restricted" my account for no reason, rang me in work on my mobile, no communication since. Still no access to my account and wont let me withdraw the small amount I have in credit, putting up every hurdle possible asking my for a 4 digit code which I have never used before. Its not like I ever win! Keep well away from these there are better firms around with better bonuses.

Won $6000 over 3 years ago after depositing $200 and getting on a winning run… they then restricted my bets to like a dollar or something….withdrew immediately and told them to suck a fat one after I received my cash….worls biggest betting company my nuts…they would sell their own mother to make a dollar….they are universally referred to by punters in the know as bet $3.65 for this very reason…..steer clear

I was so sick with the flu I never had a chance to complain. So angry at the customer service. Hard to blame them when it’s really the supervisor in charge and whoever manages the place. No doubt this company in the slots department is the biggest scam I’ve ever witnessed. I can’t believe the level of greed this company goes to to scam there customers. At the very least they should try and compensate for there mistakes or even offer something. I complained about so many things which I forgave them for but once I went on the slot machine spin doctor it was eating money so fast for nearly 3 days and it was like I was betting 3 bucks a shot but I was Only betting 40 cents it was mostly dead spins only to come to a bonus that paid nearly nothing. I’d like to share something’s on here but I’m sure no one would believe how bad it really is. Since this bad management didn’t wanna compensate me at all I’ve decided to expose there injustice. One machine months ago called diamond mine I played and it took money almost so fast not to mention no bonus. So I kept going back to it cause eventually I’m thinking it had to pay. Already invested a fortune. Remember I’m only betting 40 cents a shot. Would u believe it took me ruffly 4.5 days to get a damn bonus. 4.5 days!!! Not hours!!! That’s the biggest fraud I’ve ever seen on slots. Of course it wasn’t full 24 hour days they were maybe a few hours a day. But still that’s ridiculous. Anyone who even waits an hour may feel frustrated. I could understand if the machine paid a bit but it paid lousy 12 cents here and there with a Max Payne for the day of 2 bucks and change. At the time I defended bet 365 thinking they were good people cause they try to make sure your not gambling too much of your time cause they do warn u. I was so mad to have been waiting 4.5 days for a bonus. You’d think it would end there. I played another slot machine maybe week later called rockabilly wolves and in the bonus u get sticky wilds wherever they land. Let me remind u it took me forever to get a bonus. Maybe an hour that felt like 5 hours. But that wasn’t the problem. The problem was when I got to the bonus. So once I got in the bonus not one wild showed up on the screen. So I kept playing then got another bonus and again not one damn wild showed up and let me remind u even if one did it wouldn’t amount to sh- – . So you’d think it would end there. I kept playing cause I invested so much. Finally another bonus and on it no wilds except on my last spin which ultimately ment nothing cause it never lined up. So basically paid me nothing for all those bonuses. I got so mad cause I hate injustice and I hate fraud and liars and after all the good things I said about bet 365 I was so traumatized by my experience. Moving forward months later I had problem with the slot machine spin doctor. I called in complained so many times and it’s like they play dum with u pretending they care. I realized they just wanted to steal my money and let me have my bitter end. I could of lashed out swearing in phone or saying something but I’m better then that. After complaining about one of there clerks hanging up on me and all the problems with slot machines and how it ruined my weekend which ultimately ruined my whole week they finally had the supervisor message me and I told them I’m so god damn upset I’m sick of explaining over and over again. Everything I had written a million times already and they still asked me the same question taking me for a fool. Just spilling my guts in the reviews here warning everyone not to get scammed. U know it wasn’t so much the scam it was the customer service. The supervisor in charge did nothing to help the situation except make me angrier. That’s when I gave up. I’m still not over what happened and I hate slots to begin with. If you lose they send you promotions to keep you gambling. If you win like i did once, they restrict you account remove all promotions.
What a bunch of greedy cons. Considering the owner has an MBE and awarded herself a 250 million pay packet last year.
