I’ve been playing this app on and off with no issues for about 3 months now. Withdrawals normally only took about 4-5hrs.However, I recently had a bit of a winning streak, and withdrew 6 times within a 7hr windows for a total of about $3k – really not too much. Well, no money in PayPal yet. I reached out and was told the payments were under review and to keep checking back. Every time I do, I get the same answer! I just want the withdrawal funds, then I’m closing my account. So ridiculous.

To be honest initially they were ok.You got the occasional free bet..etc .But.The bigger they have become the greedier they have become.The lady who owns this company – well done nice job- But remember the people who have lavished a 1.5 billion profit a year into your coffers.Give a little back Mrs Coates. People will appreciate you more for this and be more loyal. Concentrate on the betting side and not the rip off slots market. I have now withdrawn a chunk of my winnings into other accounts who give something back. It seems really good for a while…until they start holding your money for no reason and say your withdrawals are “under review.” The reps you call say that no supervisors are on duty and the payment dept is unavailable. It’s a scam. SCAM

Stay clear, they take your money, close your account and do not pay any winnings you are entitled to.Opened an account with them today following a work trip to the races. Only to find after placing my first bet/deposit, I was unable to log into my account and having difficulties all day to do so. Having returned home this evening and speaking to someone on live chat, my account was closed in accordance to their T&C’s (no more could be said as to why) and no response to whether I would be getting the winnings due from my stake on the race I place my first bet with them.If you don’t want to risk having issues, do not use this company. bet 365 has A boody rules about cricket . they are cheaters. they are cheating with the people . when people are win after they are setteled wrong bet. and they put that bet in lose. when i was going to complain they are not accepting which is currect rules of cricket . and if they have to more answers then they are offering 5£ amount apart from 100/200£ value . and again if you asking again about you full winning amount then some of the stupids like FINN S they leave that chat and not helping or not paying amout which was won. please note that helper name is FINN S .

I requested a withdrawal £720 on 20th of July. Still not get paid every time they come with an excuse. It’s nearly 12 days and the I’m still waiting for my money. Some time I been told money is in the way Than sorry money is not in way than you will get paid on this date . Actually nothing happening. Terrible customer service.For months trying to get access to my locked account with cash in it, but they wouldn’t help me through their live chat, only through phone, but they would not give me a number to call, they would tell me to wait for a call, that took like a month to receive. I had a cuestion for a bet and they told me that i have to place the bet first and then answer my question. THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE! HOW TO BET ON SOMETHING IF I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM BETTING? Hi recently i try to download thier aplication and played..i deposite about a hundred usd and played,so did i won and when i withdraw my winnings i was really feelbad for its been about 1month ago but my money never recieve it to my bank acount and when i try to contact them they just told me to wait 1to5days and that happens everyday evry agent that i talk with was a very sarcastic…at many point they just end and left the conversation with out even responce to my quires…As for me i really not recoment this site for its a bunch of scammers👎👎👎

When trying to place a multibet, as soon I select my first selection bet slip BLOCKS view of other selections and markets. Should be able to move bet slip out of sight and back again, like at other bookies. Have told them about this but they take NO notice.Also if I list several selections in a multibet they then log me out. Having re logged in then have to reselect my picks as they have wiped out the original bet slip. Infuriating.

The company banned my account and then couldn’t give me a real reason why other than “your account has been closed as a trading decision” and “our trading department reviews customer accounts regularly and sometimes they conclude they no longer wish to accept a customer’s business”I only opened the account 24 hours before – deposited £10 played for 2-3 hours and won £15 and withdrew. They basically don’t want you as a customer unless to lose.

Bet365 must be making a fortune by freezing customers accounts. It would appear they have about 90 million customers worldwide. Even if they only freeze 1% of the accounts at a time the returns they get from investing that must be huge. They don’t have enough staff to contact all the people whose accounts they’ve frozen. Absolutely disgraceful company!Would never ever make a bet with them again, I had a bet on for the England vs Netherlands game that they would draw in the first half, England to win in the second half and van dijk to have a shot on target and was supposed to win £140 for it but I haven’t received any money, I have emailed and shown proof that he had a shot on target and they are still not prepared to pay me any money.
