I have been waiting for the review of my account since Wednesday, but there has been absolutely no progress or updates. I tried to withdraw money from my bet365 winnings account. It took three days of speaking to live chat on numerous occasions but to no avail a total waste of time I will never use bet 365 again. And apparently it takes one to 3 days for you to receive your money. What a joke.

I played in such a way that I would pick matches while drinking coffee and then activate the “Relaxation Time” until the next day. That was all for me and nothing tempted me to take risks. And Bet365 limited my account because I was using the relaxation time. I had to contact support via chat to unblock it. But there is an extremely stupid AI there that tried to convince me that I was incompetent and that I had no control over my gaming. In the end, I canceled my account, the cancellation of the account took an hour and I had to threaten the police, courts and lawyers.

I wanted to place a bet within the Safety Net Bet offer but it voided one of my selections, which was a player to score and he was already announced as benched as the time I placed the bet, so I cancelled it and made another one by deselecting the box ”Void if player doesn’t start” to make sure it stands. However it still was voided and my other selection was changed and on top of that the offer didn’t seem to be applied to that bet. I contacted their support about this issue but they refused to help and told me to come back once the bet is settled to reedem the bet credits from the offer. I did so but they denied it and told me it’s my responsiblty to ensure the bet is correct (?) Big joke company

Look if you want a trusted, fair, casino & sports betting site this is the best of the bunch in the UK.Their sporting odds, especially on footy, are the best across the UK sportsbook markets, and if you play casino, their slots in general are the highest RTP versions.Not sure why they don’t publish the RTP on the slot loading screens – I think they are missing trick on this as they have nothing to hide – unlike most of the other UK casino gangster sites that pay lowest % versions and hide this info somewhere in the help screens.Also payouts fast, and ad hoc free promos not too bad either.Keep up the great work B365.

I have been in this site for 2yrs and on the whole been good. But today I was so bummed, I was playing a game and was winning but then get a error message and game crashed, so I didn’t get my winnings. This is one of the worst Betting Apps, they make it look good compared to most with how your able to follow whatever match you bet on but they glitch like crazy and take 48hrs or more to send you money withdrawals. Of course it is a lot less time to deposit meaning even if you win, you’ll have to wait almost 2 days to get you’re money back to your bank account inconveniencing you from profiting throughout those 2 days. If I could give them a zero I would. Tried Blackjack and they use either bots or employees, they do stupid things (like staying on 10) to make sure the table loses. Dealers get 20 or 21 way too frequently. Tried sports betting, did a hockey parlay 4 levels, won the first 3, last one was “which team wins period 1” I chose a team period ended tied 1 goal each (tie is not an option” so you would think that’s a push but no they call that a loss, which killed the parlay. Another time I actually won $2000 and tried to withdraw it and they made me go through a three week verification process, they do anything to discourage you from withdrawing money. Avoid this rip off site at all costs.

I’ve tried numerous sites but 365 outshine the other ones. I find them more than fair . Must have been with them for 5years and have never had to complain about an off my bets and i bet everyday. I can betting running on horses which is my favourite sport. They show live sports just have a small bet. I just love Bet 365 simply the best
