VVD had a shot on target last night in the England game and the opta stats decided it wasn’t a shot on target. Bet365 seen the same thing as I did and the other 26million people watching and gave it as a shot on target for VVD. I cashed out a portion of the bet and withdrew some funds. Later that evening I noticed my account was in the negative balance, I asked the live chat agent (Nathan) nice chap, he explained the opta didn’t recognize the shot so the funds were deducted in my case an overdrawn balance. We left it at that, bet365 as a good will gesture removed the negative balance this morning almost returning it to the original sum.Good customer service and great company to bet with, fair play to Nathan and team. Absolutely disgusting company, wish I saw the feedback before going on the slots!! Gambler commission should check this fraudulent company out!! No problem with making payments or using the app. The problem comes when you try to make a withdrawal. At that point they want to know all about you – how you earned the money you deposited. copies of passports, bank statements, details of any share or property sales etc. I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 3 weeks, but my account has been frozen until I have spoken to an advisor. However due to ongoing technical issues this hasn’t been possible and they have failed to ring me at any of the pre-arranged times. I am at a loss to find out to withdraw my funds, so am unable to recommend Bet365.

Over the last couple of months the slots have been dead anytime of day or night at the start middle and end of the month its like a switch has been turned off just burn the money easier than them stealing it.

STOP read reviews before you play! I have been playing b365 slots for over 6 years now, during that time I’ve as spent & lost over £16k & yes I know it’s a complete waste of time & money!During those 6 years I have only once ever won over £500 (over 2 years ago) & I play every day. However from reviewing the logs every month over those six years, the truth is I have never really won anything and here is why…..Anything I win in a 30 day period is never more than ive deposited in the last 30 days. This of course just be a coincidence…..but I have 6 years of betting logs showing this exact pattern. So basically this means if I bet £600 in that month, then I will win back via small wins of 5p to £10 the £600. But if I win more than my deposits in the last 30 days, for example I deposit £300 in a month & win £600, then B365 own betting logs show & prove to me, that I won’t win anything else, untill I’ve redeposited the £300 & balanced the algorithm. What proves my point, is 3 weeks ago I won £250 on a feature board……But since I’ve played every day but landed nothing….. I can load on £20 in a day & not get a single win, it will literally just spin the whole £20 away without even a single 5p to 30p win…..& this happens every time…..In terms of games, I think B375 has the most games of any online Casino….but I don’t personally think that’s a good thing. Because when I have myself played some of the older games & landed on a main feature boards some have paid £0.00 & I have kept the screen shots. I personally don’t know of any other online Casino with main features boards paying £0.00 other than B365. Surely the whole point of a feature board (As they advertise) is to give you a win! Sadly like most of the negative reviews on B365, this one will probably be removed….In the event it is kept up, then I would strongly recommend anyone playing frequently checks their logs to see the same pattern or for the first time players, please read the B365 terms & conditions & how B365 use algorithms & AI to manage thier games & players.

Worst experience ever. They rejected the bank I used to fund to withdraw. I should have seen that as a red flag. I played and won but my money. I tried to request a withdrawal and spoke to the agent who placed the withdrawal (full amount without asking me) on my behalf. The bank rejected the payment as it did not match my name and they do not take funding from 3rd party apps. I contacted support and they kept running me round circles telli ng me to send my details bank statement and rejection document from the bank. Once I did that they would ask me to wait for 5 working days. After 5 days they’d tell me the document was cut off or give me a flimsy excuse and then tell me to wait for another 5 days

Those guy are absolutely disgraceful. I have just opened the account and tries to deposit some money. Few seconds later my account is blocked. Not even a single bet was placed. I have contacted the chat regarding LL01 error and I have made a complaint to higher management. The experience online was terrible. The online bet365 on a browser would throw so many errors every 3-4 attempts on the slots casino. Customer service was implying is user device issue and gave me some troubleshooting tips, but I work in tech and it was not true, the error was clearly saying “waiting for server to respond” or “an error occurred please go to lobby” or something that I didn’t manage to screenshot about db (database) issue. Plus, I am on latest MacBook with decent broadband on the hundreds of mbs, and there was nothing wrong with my device or internet.Anyway, pathetic service and customer support, waster £100 within 20 minutes on a terrible laggy online experience, which was not yielding even the minimum of reward to get me going on the slot casino games for a bit longer. Pathetic.wasted enough time on this, thought my experience should be shared with fellow humans

BET365 IS A SCAM COMPANY. After submitting all our documents they require, they have not even opened account and told us we cannot open our account due to negative verification check! When asked for explanation on this, the chat agent just ran in circles without answering anything. Now we are afraid of the security and safety our documents. AVOID BET365 AT ALL COSTS! Been with them for 10 years trying to withdraw $500 currently which is nothing all or a suden they cant transfer money to my card!!!!! I been a member with Bet365 for past 5 years I only gambled small here n there. One day I came across to their Live Casino and roulette caught my eye.I started off badly losing £500 within 30 mins which made me stop immediately. I then focused on how the Roulette works I watched the spins for hours n hours and for weeks until I got hold of it.Anyway cut the long story short I deposited £300 and within an hr I was up by £6000 lol I quickly cashed out. They immediately blocked my account and asked for various of different documentation apparently they found an old iva on my credit file which is totally BS! Im glad I cashed out im glad I rinsed them 😉 😉 hope everyone does the same just rinse these b@@@@@ds.

Tried this site as an alternative to another similar, their slot games are diabolical in around 100 spins I did not register a win. All it did was pay 50% of the stake periodically. Never come across a worse site than BET365 in many years and have deleted my account. Personally I would avoid this business and look elsewhere.

just not much fun. i don’t mind losing as I am aware of the nature of gambling but they do promote fun so how is it fun when they just bleeding you? £3.80 bonus after putting on £100 for 40p spins. ok not expecting to double my money but even getting a 3rd back be nice. Have been using this site for some time on a limited basis just for fun and been ok.Offered a free 10 spins on a gaming machine in return for making a £5 bet on the euro’s.Made bet assumed game ‘book of death’ showing ten free spins was my reward. Tried it , did not show how many spins I had which must have exceeded 10 although at least one in three was a winner! Suddenly message no creditt left? and my account had been deducted £20. Like many betting apps the casino games are a joke! They use algorithms that are rigged so you can’t win and you usually know just by the cards showing if you have already lost on the first deal. Complete joke. Odds are infinitely better at a casino.

Strongly recommend using other companies. Had created an account and reached out to gain access to it as the login credentials did not work. They did not resolve the issue and repeatedly stated they did not want my business but did not say why nor was much information requested to set up the account. They decided to discriminate against me but would not acknowledge any tangible reason. This was escalated up the chain to a number of managers who continued to copy and paste their script without actually providing any explanation. I had no issues taking my business elsewhere and account was set up no problem. Recommend you don’t waste your time with bet365

I had been with bet365 since 2020 and my bets were only for sports. Here is my experience. Positives:1. When it comes to paying out, you do get paid out within 60-90 minutes of your withdrawal request. Negatives:1. Really bad customer service. When you go live chat with a customer service representative you issue your betting number/code. They will pull up the game that there is an issue with and basically tell you to either wait or things are not resolved. They will never tell you the progress of the issue, basically brush you aside and ‘wait’.2. I have a lot of issues with picking games that disappear and after waiting many hours, the bet hasn’t been paid out or voided. You have to wait 3-5 days before things get settled.3. Communication is really bad. Adding to my previous point number 2, not one time would I receive any kind of notification that the game was either cancelled or postponed. You are stuck with an incompetent customer service that brushes you off having no questions answered. A while back, bet365 would actually send you a notification telling you the problem and then the ‘good faith’ message where they said they will give you the benefit of the doubt after a game has been completed. 4. Bet365 app is outdated and useless. If you place a wager and you let your app sit idle, it will not catch up with the up to date scores. 5. I do not play casino or slots, but I was offered a deal if I deposited $250 I would get $100 in complimentary coins. This did not happen, even though I do not play those games, it is true that bet365 does not give you the proper bonuses.bet365 lost my business because of all of this nonsense. You need to be customer focused and give the customer the proper support. When I was talking with customer support through the live chat, one agent told me that the ‘live in play’ betting was controlled by a contracting company. There were frequent support issues and in general the games had difficulties and glitches that annoyed me. Yes support was able to solve many problems and apologize but for me this is not enough for a good game

I’ll try to cut to the chase… Spend the money you’re debating on adding to bet365 and do ANYTHING ELSE with it!!!They held my withdrawal over a week redirecting the destination I chose(APPROVED BY BET365) MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT MY CONSENT & WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!!! They claimed they were unable to do anything to help get my funds to the correct destination and did nothing that made me feel comfortable I would receive my money! Only reason I truly believe it was returned was because no major sports were available and knew I would stupidly play it via casino again.Sure enough the terms and conditions were updated after the funds were returned and I declined accepting the new terms and conditions understanding I couldn’t resume bet365 access. Well they suckered me in with 20 dollars to accept the updated terms and sure enough bonus never stood a chance at seeing a profit.So moving forward surely I wouldn’t need to worry they would immediately scam me for more money that had no restrictions right? WRONG!!! I attempted to deposit and was told my deposit was denied and I should attempt again & had same outcome. Scammers! No issues when im losing money, i was down 20k! Happily took my money immediately when bets were lost, but last week i won 25k and withdrew it, placed a new bet for 3k and then they suspended my account but said the bet still stands. The bet won for 35k and now they’re not letting me withdraw it. Dont use bet365

It is dire really bad. Do not play the games on here. You don’t even get a game it is just take take take if you win your up maybe a couple of pound and that is your lot. Also how they spin it looks tampered and slow and that it is thinking. I just read they have been fined. I came on here to see if it is just me. I think they flag certain player just to lose. Terrible customer service. Just created an account with them and I required help trying to verify my account as they keep on rejecting my my proof of address document, and keep on telling me they do not accept telephone bills meanwhile I’m uploading an internet bill using premade templates and making me wait 5 minutes for each reply. Would definitely 0 star this company should there be the option. They will restrict your betting activity if you’re not losing money with them week in and week out. They prefer the customers that aimlessly lose money with them and restrict people who place larger winning bets. They will use the umbrella of carrying out affordability checks to show you can maintain gambling over a certain amount, when you provide said information they’ll still keep you restricted even though the evidence you provide clearly shows otherwise. Never in my life have I experienced such nonsense from a betting site. Steer well clear.
