As many people said, they just blocked my account with no reason after 2 days. I had very good bets, with nice profit, they close them and gave me cash out back. They are trying to get only people who have problem with gambling and doing risky bets, someone who is smart and want to earn some money, they giving a block. Ridiculous as it finest. I wish to give them 0 star.

I’ve been using BET365 since February 2024 and out of the blue I get an email saying my account has been reviewed and restrictions will now apply. They did not say what the restrictions were so I went online to place a bet and basically the restrictions were so tight it was not worth placing any bets. I contacted customer services by email stating that I was suppressed by this as over the months I have been given free bets for as a reward for customer loyalty. I had placed over £3k of bets and was £300 up with about 5 open bets. After sending this email I got a very abrupt email saying my account was to be closed immediately but my open bets would be honoured. Thanks for that BET365 you’ve lost yourself a loyal customer.

0 stars.Basically created an account, added my national ID, verified with success.The next day, I get an email they have decided to close my account.I write an email to the support basically telling them to go … themselves and that I want them to delete all of my personal information.The guy tells me :”The commercial service regularly examines accounts and decides that they won’t to do business with clients for unknown reasons”, and goes on to tell me he cannot delete my personal data.How crazy is that and how is it even possible that these companies can keep doing stuff like that.Gangsters.

terrible costumer service. Put in queue for 2 hours just to get told that i had to talk to someone else. Transfered me to that person, waited 3 hours. no one joined the chat and i was first in queue the entire time. Left and do not intend to come back.

This online gambling company is the best of them all. They have the best odds of any online company most of the time and pay out immediately. Not like most who take days to pay out or worse, some don’t pay out at all! Why should you wait days to get paid out when they take your money instantly. Fair play to this company for the speed of withdrawals. I have never had an issue with them and recommend them highly.

Hi, the website is scam the bets are based on statistic website and they change the statistic for bet365 benefits. I watch the match and the player scored and have 2nd shot on target and goalkepeer save it. I won as I bet 2 shots on target but they took money from my account and they said that the 2nd shot was taken off from statistics and take took over the money and the bet was lost. Both shots are on video and still they do not want give me back money. Contacted customer service and they ignored and said goodbye. Scammers

I have been an on and off customer for the past 10 years. Initially my experience with bet365 was pretty good and then things seemed to either slide or things are getting bad. Before I get into it, I have noticed that when you withdraw from Bet365 they take up to an hour to put it into your bank, that is the only positive thing I can say. When I signed up, it all went smoothly and I was having no problems with payments and withdrawals. Then 2023 hit and things have definitely been spiralling out of control. There has been nothing going on with Bet365 and my bank and any form of money transfer. Everything is okay on that part.The problem is they scam you out of your bets by doing a few things. 1. If your game has gone ‘Over’ during it being live, I clicked cash out for the full return. Unfortunately, the hockey game decided to review a call and Bet365 jumped the gun and allowed me to cash out but then found it the game went ‘Under’. Instead of Bet365 taking accountability, they put my Bet365 balance into the negative. I was so livid and contacted the customer service, knowing that I was going to be stonewalled and nothing was done. Why have the option of cash out when they can take your money when they decide due to their mistake? 2. I like to put a small wager on some games that are live outside of the North America/Europe sphere. You get games where you are waiting for it to start and then it all disappears and you are trying to figure out if the game was cancelled or postponed. Meanwhile you have money stuck on a game where you have no idea the status of it. These kind of bets will take days on end to be rectified. You can do an online search for the result of the game but you can never find it. Especially outside of the main markets. Your bet will be stuck in limbo and you have no way of finding out the actual result of the game. Contacting customer service is completely useless because all they do is tell you to wait and we are sorry. You get no comp’s or anything for the inconvenience.3. The Bet365 app is really bad. You cannot zoom in or out and if the app remains idle for a few moments, it doesn’t refresh and allow for the scores to update. I always go to the Bet365 webpage on my phone so I can have the ability to navigate a lot better. They do not allow you to place bets on the website itself but you have to use the app to do that. 4. Customer service is the worst. They never rectify any problem, they just tell you to wait. 5. Bet365 only cares about luring in new customers and that is it. They never give out any free games or bets to the loyal, long time customers. In fact, I have never seen something complimentary from Bet365 for over 6 months. I personally do not live and die by freebies but it is a kind gesture to loyal customers.

Won a bet on April 28th, attempted to withdraw that same night by bank transfer and never received my money. Got in contact with them and they were able to return the funds back to my bet365 account after saying my bank info was invalid. After providing them with the corrected info that they confirmed to be correct I attempted to withdraw once again in the middle of May. SAME THING HAPPENED they are saying that there’s nothing I can do since they released my funds but I’ve talked to my bank 3 times now and they never received anything from them. Once again brought this up and now they need to take another 5 business days to look into it. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible site. Will never be using this again once I receive my funds!

STOP! READ REVIEWS! On B365 the fun NEVER starts! Notice how no one agrees with dodgy 4* & 5* reviews that have been posted! B365 have slots with main feature boards paying £0! I’ve got 100s of screen shots! After 6 years & loosing over £16k, I finally won over £500, so B365 restricted my bets & the blocked my login when I complained! I also find it extremely worrying that whenever the b365 ‘Player Manager server’ crashes (which are separate to game servers) that many slots just spin wins! (Yes I’ve got lots more screen shots). So question is, is this Game or player specific fixing/manipulation or just coincidence? The B365 payout stats in my experience are mainly achieved by tiny wins between £0.01p-£3.00 & these normally only drop when your low on funds, because by then there’s little point in cashing out! In my last £1000 spent/deposited, I got just 3x features, which paid £1.06, £3.65 & £4.60! But even worse is that since the last b365 update of 2024 I’ve gotten nothing! I haven’t seen 1 feature since…..it’s like B365 decided that they were somehow paying out to much or maybe not paying enough to shareholders? At midnight on April 11 and 12, I had fraudulent transactions totaling £1,670 from Bet365. I reported them immediately and blocked my card, but transactions continued until my account was emptied. Halifax initially refunded me but then reversed it, stating Bet365 confirmed the transactions were mine. I provided Halifax with evidence of my location and MAC address, but they are not helping, and Bet365 isn’t responding. Any advice on how to recover my money?

Over the weekend a cash out offered £19.80 I accepted and cashed out, the following day I got an email stating they had made an error and changed this to £8.70 , I complained back and forth 5 tines, they just don’t care and stated small print, morally so wrong. These ante-customer people keep making life as difficult as they possibly can. Yesterday I asked for my winnings to be paid back into my RBS account. This morning they told me the RBS card issuer had refused to accept the payment in. The Bank & its card issuer confirm 100% that they have not & would not refuse a payment in. I have tried 3-4 times today to get them to pay my winnings back to me & this is their answer every time—we are not to blame. No other Bookmaker has this problem
