Not that it matters now as they’ve been sold - however going forward.... You should know that Betbright are completely incompetent. Compliance set my deposit limit to 2k a month in March 2018. I asked them in Feb 2019 why I’ve been able to deposit nearly 5k or more some months? They then suspended my account pending investigation. The investigation found that they had accidentally set it as a weekly deposit limit of 2k and not the monthly. At this point I’d deposited 44k in a year instead of the maximum 24kni should have been allowed if compliance had done their job properly. They refunded me 8k. I have no idea where they got that figure from but apparently take withdrawals into account even though regardless the maximum I should have been allowed to get on my account was 24k in this period. I think I was down 19k at this point. I asked for my other 11k and they just said that a thorough investigation was done and I wouldn’t be getting anything else! So to summarise, please avoid these schoolboys. They are incompetent and your money is not safe!

I hope some of you took my advice and stayed well clear of them. 27 Feb 2018 Complete waste of time I'm a small stakes customer and after reading about the 100% deposit bonus I thought I'd give BetBright a try. So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount 100 & BetBright added another 100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I like to have an interest in NH racing so I opened an account to actually BET not to mess around. So when I went to place my first bet of only 8 EW on a horse priced at 7/1 running at Sandown I was offered only 1.47. I then went to place a 3 Win bet on a 10/1 shot and they would only allow me 1.27. Totally ridiculous! How can they call themselves a bookmaker if they don't take even small bets. I've placed 100s of bets a year like this with Bet365 with no problems at all. Ive now put in a withdrawal "request" for my 100 without placing a single bet. Before I closed my account I was sent a number of emails encouraging me to play in their casino. I'll say no more!! My advice is don't waste your time, like they wasted mine, by opening an account with BetBright.

Complete waste of time
I'm a small stakes customer and after reading about the 100% deposit bonus I thought I'd give BetBright a try. So I could have more bets and my money would last a bit longer I deposited the maximum amount 100 & BetBright added another 100. I understand you have to bet so much before the bonus is added to your cash and that is totally acceptable because some people would just deposit and then try to withdraw the bonus and their own deposit. I was told you pay 10 to customers to leave a good review. What on earth would people sign up to praise you for no good reason. Decent with quick pay outs and odds but they need to wait till 3pm every day before they process your withdrawal. The worst thing is how tight they are with free bets, 3 grand I bet this month and they think it's acceptable to offer me a £5 free bet .

I have only used Betbright a couple of times I love playing blackjack and occasionally have a punt on the horses. The blackjack platform loads extremely well and the graphics and all round playing experience is a delight. I have to say initially on the very first deposit I won and the withdrawal took some time to return to my account. Since then I have won and deposited and withdrawn via PayPal and I have to say they are very efficient. Phone support are helpful but I believe they only operate till 10pm in a supportive role. I spoke to an adviser on the phone about a withdrawal and she told me it would be in my PayPal account by 3pm. That's pretty efficient I know Sky betting are leading the way in terms of getting withdrawals back quickly to customers but 6 hrs is pretty good. So yes my advice deposit via PayPal you are nearly there Betbright but so far I have enjoyed my gaming experience with you.

Had Betbright account for a time, the app too. One day they wouldn't let me win more than say £50, that's with my account being several hundred pound in the red. Still never came across anything like this before or since. Apart from that, odds are generally poor compared to more mainstream bookies.

(you could tell i wasn't lying.)After a long battle i managed to get the £20 match bonus anyway, with a 50x wagering requirement is near impossible to win enough to profit anything anyway and thats why it should have been received at the same time as when i topped up with £20.^^^^^^^^^___________Still wary about them however manager gave a voluntary bonus after leaving trustpilot review which resulted in a nice little win.

I've tried them all. All the casinos that is.Betbright is the best out the lot, I've been playing various online casinos for years 25 years to be almost exact. There is a lot of online casinos out there that are fixed in my opinion especially on slots but I know betbright is fair. I've never had a jackpot 0r a huge win if any sort but small to medium wins and then another small to medium win when you expect them to take some back from you. They don't. It's random. And the sports betting is excellent too.

I joined Feb 17 and have made deposits of £1450 and withdrawls of £1666 so a grand profit of £216. Now ineligible for promos and ridiculous betting restrictions in place. There is great potential out there for reasonable fair bookmakers, I recommend Boylesports, 888, 10bet, Betfred and Titanbet.

BetBright are my preferred online bookmaker, I’ve used many but their generous promotions, rewarding loyalty and quick and friendly support teams make them standout. The App including timeform information for horse racing is very useful also. Just wish tote (forecast/tricast) betting was available.

Avoid this site at all cost. Terrible t&c if you take the bonus money when you deposit. And when trying to withdraw they want passport number then a bank card picture then another passport and utilities bill in pdf format !!!!!!!! I’ve been a member of many betting sites before and I’ve never heard of anything as silly. The only thing I never had a problem with funny enough was my deposit.

Used both sportsbook and casino for around a year now. MMA betting is no longer available which for me is a loss however no other complaints. Great range of Casino/games and very fair rtp% some of my biggest wins are with this site. Easy to set up restrictions on daily deposit amounts. They have some fantastic offers and also exclusive offers that have arrived by e mail and not appear on the site. 100 percent cashback on losses up to 50 pounds for one, paid promptly and without fuss have impressed me.
