Despite the tech team not being able to resolve the problem at first as everything at their end appeared to be working ok , Vicky kept me in the loop with Emails and calls explaining what was going on , she listened patiently to the comments i had passed on from my bank as too what they thought was the problem and passed that onto the tech staff .

Great service specially by Vicky who went above and beyond to help my deposit issue, it was resolved within a half hour, she even phoned me to advise the issue in detail..Give that nice lady from Dublin a raise and a bag of doughnuts with fresh coffee on a daily basis ;)

I had a logging in issue with Betdaq today so I contacted them using the customer service chat facility. I was put through to an agent who introduced herself as Vicky. She was extremely helpful and engaged with me as to the way forward to sort out my logging in issue. In my humble opinion, she went the extra mile to remedy my problem and consequently I was very satisfied with the outcome. First class service. 5*.

My account was blocked because Betdag needed to confirm my IP address. Vicky called me & talk me through how to find this information.
