Absolutely terrible would not allow me to deposit after opening an account. When questioned on online chat was told my account was going to be closed. I then asked how I could dispute this then was told who made decision and basically they are uncontactable. Leading to my query as to why I couldn't open the account unsolved. Do not need to deal with an untransparent company like this.

Do not be deceived by these bogus reviews.These reviews are about the customer service team who do answer and only from customers that have not been mistreated or scammed like myself.I played , won, then was told my winnings would be sent to charity because I closed an account with a sister site 7 years ago..

Well I closed my account,as was not familiar with the format when I tried to reopen,when I got familiar with it,I was not treated very nicely, and asked to re verify my account.so would not use them again.

Austin in the support team dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally! The issue was not understanding why I had an issue in the first place! You make a deposit on a new card because the old one has expired and then a withdrawal cannot be made to that new card ! The reason given is ambiguous and not helpful at all and neither is finding out contact process !!

Suddenly asked to provide ID in the form of driving license, passport, utility bills and bank statements.As the Bill has NOT YET been passed by the government requiring this, you have a damned cheek asking for these details.There is NO WAY I will send personal/private information of this nature to you or any bookmaker.There is no way to know where this information ends up----and NO ONE, inc horse racing trainers, owners etc are happy with this situation.It will destroy the industry and you, along with most other bookmakers will rapidly close your businesses......along with your jobs.This will also effect the tax revenue that the government collects and will put 1000's of other industry workers out of work.Good luck in getting a new job.

Been forced to Betdaq due to the draconian CDD that their main competitor is putting people through which I refuse to comply with. I wish more people would switch to Betdaq and break the monopoly, but while liquidity is so low and commission so high (relatively speaking) I can't really recommend it if you can bet with the exchange that dominates the market.One minor moan. When I opened the account I didn't notice they had a 60 day commission free offer for new accounts. I asked the Helpdesk the next day if they could add it to my account but they refused. That's really picky!
