Shocking..Played first hand poker (30 hands)…EVERYTIME dealer got a picture card, they ALWAYS made 20,cand made 21 8 times80% of my cards were 12 13, 14, forcing a poor stick or risky deal another card, it’s simply fixed whatever mumbo jumbo they say about random numbers.Also played Zues lightening 120 spins, dead spin after dead spin, it even celebrates when you win 4 pence…Use Betdaq as an exchange, but AVOID its casino at all cost as it just wants your money.

Really happy to have reflund BETDAQ. I did leave initially when the LC intl bought them but now I am back and it’s my main exchange. Customer service is great and the withdrawals are fast. Thank you!

This is not a site I use a lot but I have had an a/c for some years.Today I made a small deposit and placed a bet. Bet won. Went to withdraw and I’m informed that I have to use an entirely different debit card to withdraw to than the one I deposited with! The card they say I should use has not beenvalid for quite a while. To make matters worse there is nowhere on their site to contact them!Well done Betdaq for making a simple transaction into a pain in the butt. Excellent way to lose custom!

Contacted live chat to ask how to change settings on ridiculously small exchange but got ignored. Immediately withdrew my first deposit (Betfair withdrawals are instant) still waiting for it.

Took my money,bet going well,then and only then did they find I had closed account with one of their sister sites. Long story short, took my deposit then froze my account, deposit gone! Make sure u find out who actually owns the site b4 u open it,or its bye bye money!

Last August I highlighted the problems Betdaq were having with their new platforms…. inaccurate p/l’s etc and hard to navigate. Delighted to say that these problems have now been ironed out and it’s back to the same quality before they wasted their money on updating them. The problem they now have is that they think they understand the GC’s requirements but clearly don’t. I love this firm and will stay until the bitter end-or when they kick me out, but their misunderstanding of the rules has set them back years. Such a shame. I’m not entirely convinced that they care about the success of the firm anyway, but that’s another story and not suitable for here. (Betdaq, you are welcome to call me about this).

Betdaq have one enormous problem which they have not spotted. They are going way beyond what is required of them by the Gambling Commssion. All my other betting outlets have accepted my documentation, but here they are going way to far in their scrutiny. From recent letters in the Racing Post and other comments on here, it suggests that they are losing accounts hand over fist….and therefore liquidity. It’s bad enough having over zealous people, who don’t understand their commitments in the Know Your Client department-but it’s unforgivable that the management haven’t noticed-and that there are people within Betdaq who are hell bent on destroying their own firm.

I have recently had my account closed by Betdaq who said i can no longer be a customer and referred to their terms & conditions nonsense as a reason to close me down if they choose to without giving a reason. I have been a very loyal customer for 15 years and in that time Betdaq have earned vast amounts of commission from my trading. The product is good except for several markets have no liquidity in them and this is no surprise if they choose shut down customers who like to have higher stakes. I have much respect for Andy, Austin & Hazel who have assisted me really well over the years. These three people have always been helpful in finding resolutions in navigating our way through compliance. They have recently recruited new people into the Responsible Gambling / Affordability team within their business who have no interest in understanding the position of good, loyal customers and instead, take knee jerk decisions to close down the customer rather than restrict deposits to an acceptable level for both parties. I am a customer who has provided them with everything requested and in good order reluctantly, proving a strong financial position so to be treated like this is even more disgraceful. When the sale of Betdaq from Entain back to the original owner completed some time ago i thought it would be for the best and i could not be more wrong.

What a waste of time . The company doesnt want to listen to your explanation . They just copy and paste terms and conditions on anything you tell them with no explanation . Keep clear. Use other exchanges . They still 20 years behind !!!!!!!!

Been forced to Betdaq due to the draconian CDD that their main competitor is putting people through which I refuse to comply with. I wish more people would switch to Betdaq and break the monopoly, but while liquidity is so low it’s difficult.One minor moan. When I opened the account I didn’t notice they had a 60 day commission free offer for new accounts. I asked the Helpdesk the next day if they could add it to my account but they refused. That’s really picky!

Absolutely terrible would not allow me to deposit after opening an account. When questioned on online chat was told my account was going to be closed. I then asked how I could dispute this then was told who made decision and basically they are uncontactable. Leading to my query as to why I couldn’t open the account unsolved. Do not need to deal with an untransparent company like this.

Do not be deceived by these bogus reviews.These reviews are about the customer service team who do answer and only from customers that have not been mistreated or scammed like myself.I played , won, then was told my winnings would be sent to charity because I closed an account with a sister site 7 years ago..
