Billy was polite, quick and effective in dealing with my withdrawal issue.Betdaq are light years behind Betfair in terms of website functionality, but are light years ahead with their customer service.Having a human being available to talk with on the phone, should be a customer service prerequisite; something Betdaq understands, and Betfair ignores, much to the detriment of its customer base.Iain

Mobile website so poor. Bounces you all round the site apart from where you want to go. Refresh button so close to deposit button even a child would struggle to not mishit buttons. Bet settlement on greyhounds take an eternity.Early days but not for me, go back to old site as new one is absurd

A robotic reply, that is meaningles/generic.not one issue, has been reffered toonot one issue haa received an explanation of the causesnot one issur has, had constructive remedies proposed.the 50 plus attempts by me, to resolve the issues, have been ignored.in cuatomer service/help terms, betdaq demonstrably dont even warrant a 1 out of 10, rating.zero is an apt judgement, because that sums up the help you get.

Betdaq's customer service team are second to none. Queries and requests are dealt with very quickly. Always prifessional and efficient. Other gambling and retail companies could learn a few lessons from their CS team. It's always a pleasure to communicate with them.

So I joined betdaq was just a ok site ...so anyway they decided to block my account as I'm barred from another site they like or own ....so anyway I deposited 50 win 230 and they decided they wanted to block my account...they says because I'm barred from another site so what yanno anyway hole point is they will and can keep Ur cash at anytime

I like the site but in two weeks since joining they have mis-settled 4 times on greyhound events. I know people can make mistakes but 4 times seems excessive. I have to check now that every win is settled correctly and I receive the money. It's funny because it's never settled wrongly the other way round. Hmm...

My advice use a more reputable exchange. They emailed offering a Bet10 get a free 10 bet promo. The qualifying bet was placed and the bonus was not received. Contacted support and received a snippy reply that it could take up to 72 hours. Waited 72 hours still no bonus. Emailed them again and they simply did not reply.No big loss I will just continue to use Smarkets and Matchbook who at least honour their promos.
