Avoid at all costs. Opened account placed two bets. Then account was frozen. When I contacted them was told I was excluded from Ladbroke so my account was invalid. Have lost my money . I will be taking this further. A bunch of crooks stay well clear. Don’t say you have not been warned.

I don't understand all the negative comments. I have never had any issues withdrawing my winnings, and the customer service has always been of a decent standard. Their PayPal payments are made within 24 hours which is great! Sure, their mobile phone app is awful, and sometimes their racing stream is laggy, but overall, Betdaq is my exchange of choice.

Load of rubbish

Opened account with 40, had 20 on a 3.75 winner, 10 min later account suspended, due to me closing my Ladbrokes account 2 year's ago . Said they will refund me my 40 quid, winnings will go to charity, stay clear.

Low liquidity in most of their exchange markets. Site feels a bit cluttered. Stay well away from their "casino" games. There all rip-offs of the more popular slots and pay out shockingly bad. My RTP on some games is less than 20% over thousands of spins. Not to be trusted. If I had the power to have them investigated I'd highly recommend it. Complete scam casino.

I've had a Betdaq account for many years and bet on a variety of different things.

In regards to exchanges, their markets simply aren't strong enough and don't match up to their main rivals. I've had a lot of exchange bets not matched with Betdaq, although would have been matched on the markets of their main competitor.

In regards games, I really wish I could give them a zero rating, their games are utterly horrendous. Please don't ever play the roulette (3 variants of roulette) as you have no chance whatsoever. So fiddled it's unreal, payouts are utterly dreadful, must be somewhere between 20 – 30%. The roulette game cheats EVERY single time you play it, it will NEVER hit your big numbers, but will pepper the numbers you leave out non stop and unmercifully. It really makes you wonder why Betdaq have these games on their site, as players of the game must get fed up of the fact that you NEVER win and lose heart and never play them again, it's only really there for the purposes of the truly addicted.

every time i have a new bank card i go through the same runaround trying to deposit money. there is no option to remove old cards and since there is already a card on the account i cant add a new one. nightmare trying to withdraw – must have taken around 3 weeks before sorted

Opened account went through verification, won €1000 euro they then closed account.
As I had been banned from Ladbrokes they told me this also applied to Betdaq.
Deposit refunded winnings donated to charity.
Customer service agents wouldn't get a job in a chip shop joke of a company.

Not a bad company, I don't normally use these kind of betting sites but I had no problems and the few withdraws I made were done pretty sharpish, especially to my PayPal account.
