Excellent customer service. Had a few issues and dealt with Enda online and also a customer agent via email. Enda returned the query with a personal phone call and the online agent helped swiftly and both were extremely professional. I’d definitely recommend considering making this your 1st choice exchange to use.

I can’t access the site on either the app on my phone or on the laptop. This doesn’t happen with any other betting site. The site is so old and glitchy and customer service can’t help

I am not being tracked right I have winnings and before I could even see that outcome of that women they have suspended my account all for one reason I use my partner’s PayPal by accident but I am also dyslexic

Had a few issues, however after taking time to reflect I was more than satisfied. I tried to use BETDAQ whilst abroad and couldn’t, also when back in England I was locked out, however after talking to customer services I was happy to see that my account was secure and happy to see that any foreign or strange activity is monitored.

They are absolutely shocking, made a deposit won and withdrew my winnings all they sent me was my initial deposit and then suspended my account for no reason and claiming that my account is currently under review, live chat representatives stating they will block me from chat if I continue to ask for updates. 3rd with no update at all.

Used betdaq for years…Today had my first problem…. and the problem is the people at betdaq can’t add up. I placed £29 bet won £18 on Alcaraz. Should have about £46-£47. Something has glitched with their system and I’m down £8.50 as a result. You’d think this was an easy fix but they’ve no idea. No hope for them if they can’t see what’s gone wrong….

Bets take an era to settle. Horse Racing bets take an average of 10+ minutes to settle. This is a miles behind Smarkets and Betfair

I contacted Betdaq beforehand to ask if it’s okay to open an account as I may have a self-exclusion. I gave them my details so they could check beforehand. I got a response from a rep called Billy saying nope. There’s no self-exclusion, as my account was closed. Therefore, you’re free to open a new account and enjoy any of our sign-up promotions.So, I followed his advice, opened a new account, and deposited money. Then, right after, I got an email from Billy, the guy who told me that I could open an account, saying the account that I had just opened had been suspended as I had a self-exclusion!! He told me to open a new one!! They also stipulate in their terms that they give any funds in these accounts to charity, so that’s my deposited money going down the drain.WARNING: Do not open a new account with Betdaq and deposit money. They can just suspend your account and just take your money.And here comes their boilerplate reply underneath. I’ll write it out, so Betdaq doesn’t have to. “Thank you for leaving your review, we’re disappointed to see that you have rated your Betdaq experience one-star. Our Customer Service Team have confirmed that the correct procedure was followed in this instance. Signed up today after reading good reviews, completed all checks and deposited on account also placed multiple bets, then all of sudden unable to log into account advise to contact service, email sent advised check needed to timescale provided for customer or why this is required have asked fur funds back stay clear of these Muppets

Excellent, tbh. They really listen…and have the agility and open-mindedness to act. I put forward a site design tweak that makes it easier for greyhound betting customers to sort through the current races that are available. Result? Craig David with less rumpy pumpy. “I made the suggestion on Monday, they were looking at it on Tuesday, doing all the testing on Wednesdaay then on Thursday…it went live.” Sorry, couldn’t make that last bit rhyme.

Do not deposit at this casino. They close account citing excluded from ladbrokes…… However betdaq is known under Exchange Platform Solutions Limited and Ladbrokes is under LC International LimitedThese are 2 completely separate and independent casino companies and are not connected. You can also do a search of the terms on betdaq website and they mention no related companies. You can also do a search of Exchange Platform Solutions Limited under the gambling license to see what brands they are part of………… They are not part of any other brand whatsoever. If they close you and cite connected to a closed ladbrokes ask them for the evidence that betdaq is part of the ladbrokes group. They used to be part of the same group up to year 2021 but betdaq was sold back it’s original owner and should not be sharing any data from 2021 onwards. These are now completely independent companies. Ladbrokes is ladbroes. Betdaq is Betdaq. Not a sister company, not same group
