Sad i cannot vote minus 100 stars for this bookie, i deposit once in years some money, is more than 5k EUR, and they start again and again asking me about gaming safer, if i pay taxes, and so on, is insane, today almost 2h they kept me on chat for this nonsense, while last time in 2021 i already chatted about gaming safer, and they start again. I stopped using them exactly for this, now i tried and again the same. And to understand i lost 20EUR , my p/l is minus 20, and OP said me i lost over 5k, i started to check my account being very concerned as maybe someone hacked it, but no all ok, i lost 20 EUR, and cause Op is not making his job is putting me 100 EUR spending budget because i deposited a few thousand of eur, and lost in a few days only 20 EUR, if we sum my p/l. Insane. I said 2 times or 3 that i have to go, OP kept me almost 2h on chat. Is insane and very disappointing they asked me the taxes i pay, how much is left salary, exact question: Do you pay taxes from your salary?. This happened today, the chat. And sad i cannot share the chat script i saved, is a “candy” of unprofessionalism

I placed a bet under a promotion that didn’t qualify for the free bet because I used a boost token. I wasn’t aware that disqualified me from the free bet but Pradeep helped to explain this to me and gave me a gesture of goodwill. He was brilliant and I really recommend Betfair as they have proven they are fair to their customers

Poker deals ?? Any honest ones on your site. These deals are rigged for action and worth noting they are not tested for said reflection of probability in relation to to real deal. To add insult to injury the UK gamming board has changed there rules to allow deal manipulation. Two very dishonest gamming companies.

Betfair Service.Have held an account for over ten years and have found them to be excellent in every aspect.Everthing is absolutely spot on and customer service is so helpful and the odd occasion I have needed help or advice they have been great.It is highly unlikely that I would place a bet ever again with with a high street bookmaker or a on course one ever again.

Absolutely garbage site. They tell you all Our Slot Games use RNG (random number generator) technology to ensure fairness for all customers. Which is loads of rubbish, I have been testing there slots games and if that was true why when you place a higher bet per spin at £6 or even £10 no matter how many spin you go through it never comes in but soon as you lower the spin bet to 0.80p or £1 then the game start to play normal ish. I am not an occasional gambler but a professional bettor. I use to place hundreds of thousands of € per year and consequently leave thousands of € in commission to betfair. I don’t know what happened, but over the years the platform turned from being working well enough, to being a total nightmare, being an absolute joke for professionals. I have been addressed as “gambler with issues”(I am very profitable, and provided proofs of it), and despite providing tons of proofs requested by them, such as bank/cards/paypal statements, slips, counter bets screenshots, proofs of income, description of my betting strategies etc (with consequent loss of time for me, which equals in losing it to earn money), I could not do anything more than closing my account since for these SHI++HEADS I had my deposits limited, and arrived to a point where assistance did not reply AT ALL not by email, not in chat. Their assistance department is an absolute joke, they do not have a telephone number, and for the love of Xst I really don’t know how even more profitable traders than me can rely to have tens or even hundreds thousands of € accounts left in the hands of these fuc+++ing jokes. If you have any problem in your account, be aware THEIR ASSISTANCE IS A JOKE.I am leaving one star because it’s not possible to leave less, but be warned: DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THESE FUC+++G SCAMMING SITE, sooner or later you will regret it

23/11/24 I opted in for a horse racing promo. Placed my 2 selections to qualify, issue straight away with my ticket showing me with a different selected horse on the ticket. Spoken to live chat, 1st chat advisor “Shreya” who had me waiting over 1 hour regarding this with no live update in the meantime. Told to come back after 30 minutes and it would be solved. I then spoke to someone named “Jai” who again had me waiting for 1 hour. Common theme here eh? Again no live updates after all questions asked about a glitch or bug that happened with the bet ticket then they came back with it wasn’t a bug or glitch that had happened. Although in this time the horse selection I had made originally had already won at 10/1 and funnily enough my ticket shown another horse in the race at the same price? Never experienced this anywhere before, shame on Betfair for not looking into things properly and not treating customers with any respect. No surprise why 1 star reviews are the most common on here. Nothing but scumbags and that’s being generous. Hopefully this review spreads some awareness to watch out for their bugs/glitches in their promos advertised. To be continued…

Had a problem with the exchange bet streak promo not being returned to me after a winning bet, but Maria on the live chat sorted it out fairly quickly and got it returned to me in time for putting it back onto the next match I wanted to use it on. Apparently it can take the full 24 hours from settlement to come back, but it was pretty close to that time, and I thought it had been missed.

I had an account with Betfair for over 25 years then they asked for a copy of my driving license and Passport. They already have my name,address,bank account details,email and phone numbers. I refused as the details would be sent to their so called safe server offshore UK to India. I refused and my account is now closed.
