Betfair Review

Allowed me to deposit £500 GBP whilst self excluded. I had a serious gambling problem, I managed to sign up to paddy power with a couple of details I changed which was wrong of me. However the problem I have is that I would have never passed verification, so even if I did win I would have never gotten anything. Luckily I have recovered a bit now and when I look back I couldn’t believe the pit I was in, I could not control myself. It was ridiculous that I just handed over this evil company £500 for no reason. If by a miracle I had even won something back when I did this..they would have asked me to verify myself properly. They also take weeks to respond to you. If you are going to be dumb enough to gamble online, use a company that does seem to care about their customers more.

my money that I had in my betfair account suddenly disappeared when it turned out that the deposit amount was the same as the withdrawal amount and I wanted to do it. Fraudsters and thieves

I decided to close my account after a week as I didn’t feel comfortable with the website for my use. Too much going on as all I wanted was to put a bet on horse racing & found other things too much of an intrusion for me. I felt it fair to notify them & the person helping was extremely good & very quick.

Apparently after finally re-opening my account with Betfair. The group that owns Betfair/PaddyPower and Sky bet flutter.com have permanently excluded me without any reason. I was able to access my account for two days then when I tried to update my email address phone number they closed my account without giving me any valid reason.

Struggled to get accounts verified elsewhere as I don;t have a driver’s licence or passport. Alexandra sorted this out for me and got me verified with alternative documents. Impressed with the customer service and the flexibility of Betfair verification process.

Bordertown 3:35 Australia racing it went of at 4:30 i picked the winner the race was not voided however but on the exchange it was voided for no reason at all nothing was wrong i am really disappointed .

Had a problem with bonus and they fixed it straight away Betfair give you bonuses every week not just when you sigh up I’ve had accounts with a few different betting sights but there bonuses are poor compared to Betfair so I would recommend Betfair to anyone who visits these sight to give them a go

This a review for customer service. I had a wonderful experience today with Cintia who spent a long time helping me through some access issues for an account which I had not used in a long time. it was a complicated issue with details being out of date and the account had been closed with a balance on before I spoke to her but it was all sorted in the end normal statement that I don’t usually leave reviews etc but Im old enough to recognise exceptional customer service anywhere

What on earth have Flutter Entertainment done to Betfair? I have been a BF customer since their inauguration in 2000, the sums of money in and out of my account are really quite scary to even think about. I recall a day when you could physically speak to someone when you had an issue, now I doubt even if this Trustpilot review will ever be replied to, they are now just one of the many growing number of facelsss organisations in this world.Somehow they recently duped/decieved me into some silly promotion that I imagine was through one of their relentless spam promo texts, which resulted in my account being put onto some 8% exchange comission deal, I quite honestly would never in a million years have agreed to this for some silly free £2 promotional bet. The issue is now resolved (after much of my time and effort) and i’m back to my 2% standard rate.Purely because of the trouble I had in trying to communicate with them, i’ll now give them a complete boycot as you will not get any form of customer service from these guys, it’s just non existent now.Just like insurance companies, they are more concerned with getting new customers through the door rather than looking after their core existing ones, it’s quite shameful really, I did get an eventual apology from them for my inconveniences after spending half my day getting it rectified.(Apparently) it was own fault that they’d charged me 8% commission on my returns instead of the usual 2%. A great company if you like to be treated like a number and not a person, they’ve simply become a machine, bring back the good old days when the old owners would call and offer hospitality invites to various sporting events!

Previously lots of issues as I lost my debit card and I had the info they wanted at the time but couldn’t upload it. Today Leo has solved this for me in 5 minutes. As well as escalating another issues that has external connections.Well done Leo.

So i have been withdrawing normal amount (500 or less) and it usually gets through in seconds or as soon as I click withdraw. But when you get to a certain amount (thousands), they make stuff up to delay your withdrawal. They tell you it can happen as there is “high influx” of withdrawals. As soon as they lose, they make it harder for the client. This site is dodgy. Please do not try! Very awful service and they just think that you will just take their reason for it. They think you are stupid enough not to realize that there is a certain amount of withdrawal which triggere this to happen. Scamming pigs!

Opted in to receive 50 free spins I met all requirements and never received the spins I contacted betfair and they stated it was because I paid via bank transfer and not debit , but yet they won’t allow me to add my card for debit transactions only bank transfares , (I don’t get it as at the end of the day it’s the same bank) it also dosnt state this in the T/C of the promotion, so now I have to apparently wait for an email regarding this 🙁 Either way the agent was responsive and I couldn’t fault them , but I just think a few things are misleading on the site

They sent me a very dodgy email wanting all my personal details, when I tried responding, I received a mailer demon so Googled official site, used that email and guess what mailer demon again. Has anyone else had this happen?

They try to charge a ridiculous 20% commission when you start making any real money on their site. And they only show you betting records going back 3 months. Just an annoying company to deal with. I recommend Matchbook, BETDAQ or Smarkets.

I signed up for enhanced odds, I noticed the criteria was deposit £10. I deposited 2 x £5. I spoke to Sajac and he ensured me that I had met the criteria (screenshot this). When the bet came, I did not get what was offered and confirmed. When I spoke to a second person, Deepika she said that Sajac never said I meet the criteria. I even zoomed in and circled and continued to say he never said that and simply closed the conversation. I’ve honestly not known anything like it. Frustrating that there doesn’t seem to be an option here to upload the photos.

I opened an account at the beginning of the year but after depositing and having a couple of bets on the horses they shut me down. I had already sent the compliance team what they wanted so made contact with them as no explanation had been given, plus I still had a couple of hundred quid in my account. They asked for a copy of my debit card with the last 4 digits visible. I sent this but heard nothing. I emailed several times and a month later they responded, asking for my debit card with the first 6 digits visible. It seemed like they were just playing for time but I sent it. 6 weeks later and nothing. Again, I have emailed, been on live chat, but have been completely ignored. Having spent almost an hour on live chat, the agent simply said I need to sent it again! This has been going on for 2.5 months. No explanation of why they closed my account. They still have my money. Their customer service is useless and they are complete amateurs.

This company will randomly shut your account send a lot of lies and contradictions and ignore you they are the worst online company by a mile avoid at all costs they will ask you to verify yourself 15/20 times they are appalling
