You can see 99% of the reviews are terrible for a reason. Ive used numerous systems, betfair borgata hard rock you name it i have used it, and betfair/golden nugget/ fanduel system is by far the worst. Better safe than sorry right? Pick a better casino/bookie. Trust me....

Played slots on Betfair for years. Win occasionally, lose a lot which is to be expected, they are a business after all. Since virtually all sport has been cancelled Betfair must’ve seen profits plummet. Which is probably why now you can’t win a thing on the slots! As the casino will now be their main source of income, the odds have changed drastically! Almost impossible to get any kind of bonus feature. They’re are not even trying to hide it, spin after spin with nothing. They’ve embarrassed themselves and lost a very loyal customer here.

I have been with Betfair since the year 2000 so after 20 years i thought they deserve a comment here. Excellent Exchange and Lots of Betting Market choices. Fast Withdrawals compared to years ago ( 4 hours Approx ). Great selection of Casino /Arcade / Games - Bingo and promotions tailored to your needs. I do agree that the Livechat isn't always the best option but normally resolved within 15 - 20 minutes. A phone number should be available or a callback on more serious/worthiness issues. But excellent service for 20 years and hope many more to come.

Only casino ive played at and the slots dont pay at all. Every bonus round you hit, if you hit one your lucky to win 10-15 pounds. Defo rigged. Generated plenty here over the years but cant get the smallest of wins. Dont think ive ever had a win on a slot of over 40 pounds n been there years Stay well clear everyone

My account was suspended on the 13th March for reasons unknown. They asked for proof of ID on multiple occasions since but my account remains locked and unable to withdraw my money. The business wording, especially around 'special offers' are not written in plain English and unclear - meaning that its easy to spend more than you realise. Their chat bot to help with enquiries is useless and frustrating I have reported the company to the gambling commission but fear my money is lost as they fail to respond. Would not recommend anyone this online service - go into a betting shop instead where you know that you can place a bet without having to prove 100 times over who you are...

I don't know how I was logged out of my account after I funded the account with $500 but I was able to get help from a certified hacker who helped me gain full access to all the activities on my spouse's device without his knowledge. These guys used to be a decent bookmaker until PaddyPower bought them. They used to have decent offers and promotions, and competitive odds... now their 'offers' are really poor and free bets are extremely rare. On top of that, their slots are definitely paying out significantly less, to a point where it's clear something major has changed. I'm going to close my account indefinitely, I think.

Should be 0 stars. Acca edge right now does not exist. They won't tell you... And unless you're someone going through all the T&Cs you will get screwed. With the corona virus and a lot of games being voided... They will render your acca edge voided. So if you have accepted lower odds in case one fails... If one does fail but another game is voided... Your bet is lost even if all the other games actually playing win. It's disgraceful

Absolutely appalling customer service. Their agents are rude, condescending and completely lacking in any understanding of complaints procedures (majority are unaware that there is a complaints procedure). The agents are difficult to talk to as their responses are generally incomprehensible. Extracting any-sort of information from them is very frustrating as they struggle to answer even the simplest of questions. I sincerely doubt any of their agents have undertaken any sort of job specific training. I strongly advise avoiding this cowboy organisation at all costs!

Today's Rostov v CSKA Moscow match was sick joke with markets suspended for ages. Example on the 3.5 Goal market, Rostov received a yellow card at 17 minutes, market suspended till 26 minutes. During the suspension CSKA received a red card and also scored a goal. When markets resumed, odds had altered dramatically. Rostov scored an equalizing goal at 31minutes and market again suspended for 8 minutes. After half time same as Rostov scored a second goal after CSKA received a second red card. I've no problem with any market being suspended, but Betdaq, Smarkets, Mansion House and bookmakers all quickly reinstate markets, so why don't Betfair?

This is now the 3rd time I've had a problem with this company and I have finally had enough. I'm leaving to use Smarkets. The last problem cost me 420 through no fault of own and their customer service response was very patronising and condescending. They show no empathy and no sign of customer loyalty. A truly awful experience dealing with them. I actually feel a weight has been lifted after leaving them and I would highly encourage you to do the same. If not, just pray that you don't make a mistake or you will never ever get a happy outcome.

Placed a anti post bet on cheltenham , its a none runner, they do NOT refund your stake as a none runner!! you have lost it . i was sucked in cause they offered 100.to 1 , when most where 50 to 1 . the other thing i must point out with this terrible experience is that you can never talk live to anyone, there is NO phone number... just a robot type reply . and they refuse to phone you when you have a problem. in my view a def stay clear. Customer service is shocking! Betfair you are a disgrace to the betting industry !!!!

Well I must say what a relief it is to find that other people have a great dislike of Betfair and its appalling Customer Service. I had been away for three weeks on holiday to find that when I tried place a bet I was to learn my account was suspended due suspicious activity. I went through security until it came to the question what was the last horse I backed on betfair, as this was over a month ago I simply could not answer, I offered my address last deposit date and amount and even my last four numbers of my card but to know avail. I got upset with the agent saying I should have my account closed and any money in the account returned, she took this to mean I wanted to self exclude and she went on to say my Paddy Power account would also be closed I was very angry but never once used any language and pointed out by message that was not what I wanted all I wanted was to know what has gone in my account. I requested a Manager call back after three days I am still waiting I said to an adviser today again by message contact that the customer service was a disgrace and I was immediately cut off for bad language I never swore or anything. I think Betfair is a disgrace to the sport of racing and its actions which I see repeated here bring the sport into disrepute, no one will do anything about this Ill run company or its advisers who are so unprofessional they do not have the first idea about customer care. As I close I do find a comfort that others find themselves in the same position as myself, If i could I would recommend no punter uses this site for betting but hey it wont happen. Shame I have to say these things

Best odds gaurenteed is a joke I placed a bet however the payout want at best odds guaranteed when I raised this with I was told it only applies to bets after 8am if that is the case then why wasn't I given the choice to bet at SP its all so unclear and so frustrating very poor and arrogant customer service its all a big rip off betfair is not fair it should be called bet unfair waste of time I'm taking this up with the adjudicator

Won 9 on free spins on the arcade, i then used the 9 to bet on the football and won another 31. I then tried to withdraw the 40 only to see a message to say i needed to make a deposit so i could then withdraw to it so i deposited 10. I then withdrew 50 and i thought that was that...done. i then received message by email 2 hours later to say they have closed my account. Ripped me off by 50 and i will be filing a complaint with the gambling commission and contacting ibas. AVOID THE SCAMMERS.

I had an issue with registration. I closed my web browser tab partway through the registration process. Unfortunately on my return to 'complete' the reg I was greeted with an error message and the inability to complete my membership. And so, I did the only sensible thing and got in contact with customer service. Well,what an absolute shambles! I cannot type any words that are appropriate to articulate my frustration. Communication is non-existent. However, communication interchange between the rep and myself was excellent, however, when it came to actually achieving something, all I was greeted with was a void of silence. The simple act of communication seems so difficult to achieve in today's world. Shame.

Betfair exchange credited their free bet to me 18 hours after it was due, which did not leave me enough time to use it. Went on live chat and they deny all wrong-doing and it was entirely my fault apparently!! I suggest they update their terms from 'free bet will be credited when qualifying bet settles' to 'we will credited the free bet whenever we fancy'

BEWARE: consider not taking the sign up matching bonus. Deposit $200 and get $200 matching bonus. If you bet $1 and win (never dipping into the bonus) you cannot get YOUR $200 cash out of the casino until you bet 20 times $200 ($4,000 wagering requirement). From the first successful bet, your $200 is not yours anymore until wagering $4,000.

The customer service is terrible. I made an account and within 10 -15 minutes of it being created the account had been suspended because I didn't upload pictures of my driving license, passport, etc. fast enough. It let me deposit funds before telling me it was suspended though... I got in touch with customer service and they told me I had to wait for an email to tell me when my account suspension will be lifted. Four days later: Account still suspended, so I decide screw it I'm going to withdraw the funds I put in... Nope, I can't withdraw my own money because my account is suspended! ...really. I get in touch with support again and the conversation goes something like this: Me: "Hi Ian (Agent) my account has been suspended now for four days because I didn't upload my credentials in time". Agent: "You'll need to wait for someone to be in touch regarding your situation". Me "iv waited long enough, I just want my money refunded now but the website won't let me do that because of this suspension". Agent "You'll just have to wait for someone to get in touch..." Me " I understand I need to wait for contact about my account suspension but its been four days now, and im asking: why can't I just get my money back?". Agent "I'm sorry you'll need to wait for someone to get in contact". Me "just answer my question" Agent "I can see this is just going round in circles so I'm going to end the conversation here" -ends conversation. To add insult to injury, the 30/1 bet I wanted to put on via Betfare won. :/ and I never got a chance to put it on via another website because of busy schedule and all the faffing about with Betfair CS. I managed to get my money refunded eventually. Turns out they could have just done it the first time I asked. Account suspension was never lifted. Apparently it was something to do with my bank not sending them some information, which Ian (the agent above) could have told me. But rather than email me to let me know, or tell me during live chat so that I could sort it out they decided to do nothing and leave me in suspense while fobbing off my refund request with "you'll need to wait for someone to contact you".

Much the same as everyone else, their go to method is to just close your account with whatever issue you may be having. Something needs to be done about this, a monopoly site that self-regulates and has no method of accountability (no address, email, phone etc.)... If they had to look any one of their customers in the face then guaranteed they wouldn't be such b*llshit artists. Each reply on chat takes over 5 minutes but if you don't reply within 20 seconds they'll close the chat. Madness. I was about to put money on the site but after the customer service experience taking >10 days just to get my account activated (after it had mysteriously closed multiple times), I had to send them my create account details and they started from scratch. And of course, all I could think was 'what if I had money in that account?'. I came on here to see if that ever happens and wow, no surprise, absolute thieves. Betdaq it is.

Betfair have decided to change their terms and conditions of settling bets without telling its customers. Lucky 15s are not paid out double on one winner. You cannot phone to complain, only online chat, whereby you have a written conversation with someone who is talking to 5 people at the same time about completely different things. Been a customer for many years-not valued

Once again Betfair guaranteed odds did not apply to my bet. Must have put it on too early in the morning or for some other reason which is NOT as well publicised as the claim to offer best odds. They clearly do offer this but not for all races all the time!!! Make it clearer Betfair or change the rules to fit the marketing!!!

I do play slots on betfair exchange and it was fine at the beginning but recently played starbust and i hit stars on 2nd and 4th row and orange diamonds in-between, so already big win and maybe will hit one more row stars but suddenly pop up message appeared with retry error message and the game just froze, when i reloaded the page manually lost the session and no win at all, also similar thing happen to legacy of dead hit the bonus game and the game froze again. Will not bother with customer support coz they are always right. My monthly budget is 3k but i will play on another casino. Never had such a problem with other casinos, please avoid betfair scam company.

Placed a bet that won on betfair and it went down as a loss. I complained and they said it would take hours to look in to. This is a game that was live on tv and results posted on BBC sports site. This isn't the first time for this to happen. I have never had a situation where they have accidentally paid out incorrectly, the errors only seem to happen on my winning bets.

There's something very dodgy about Betfair. 2 football matches I had recently put money on were cancelled/ postponed but I never got my stake back. It just seemed to have 'disappeared'. Thankfully it wasn't much. Also I was backing a match at under 4.5 goals. The odds were 1/5 at the start and when one of the teams scored the odds went to 1/9. How the hell does that work ?????!!!!!!!

Issue with my account logging in. Get told to use web chat, same routine, same questions, keeps going around in circles, issue never resolved and after 1 hour and 10 minute delay between each chat, the agents just stopped responding and a new chat session started. Absolute joke.

Absolute joke. Placed a bet late on in football game, cashed out straight away. The cash out bar went to the very end and instead of showing successful cash out, it stayed grey for 7 seconds before the market was suspended and the game opposition scored causing the bet to lose. But I had already cashed out before this point. Contacted chat they denied a return of stake. Contacted escalations and they said there's no record of a cash out attempt! I'm 8000 out because of their rubbish system and unwillingness to put customers first before their greedy pockets and trust on flawed systems.

I text message to my VIP manager to mention the issue. No reply at all. I decided to close my account and ask them to take my card detail away. They said they can't do it by live chat. So I ask my bank to cancel my cards. Please do not go to this company. They are a thief. avoid!

The nature of this complaint was betfairs verification process, as I was allowed to open an account with Id and bank statements, which provide information linked to previous self excluded accounts. Since then betfair have continually asked me to contact gamstop (fob off) and that they could not review the complaint until the information was received. I explained that my issue is with their verification system and activating an account that has details linked to a previous self excluded account. After emailing around 15 times over the past few days I inevitably reached out to gamstop to provide my data ( which links to the id and bank statement ) again this was not my complaint, it was a verification complaint through betfair adm simply activating an account that should not have been activated in the first place. I provided the data 3 days ago, to ease their incompetence. I forwarded this to betfair 5 times, due to this incompetence. This morning I received an email asking for the details again. It's all to laughable really I then went onto their facebook page and they could not help, as this case is with their "management" team. This is by far, the worst experience I have ever had and I highly recommend that people avoid betfair and their services going forward.
