Endless promotions and win I happen to win something worth pence it never seems to work. That 1 free spin superman is not working on iPhone app or safari same as similar previous competition last week. They give very little away and when they do it’s not working.

I’ve been on Betfair for a couple of years and have won and lost which is fine. But recently I have noticed that when I have or should have a cash out normally towards the end of game it either goes blank or disappears. It has cost me a couple of hundred pounds in the last week, I believe this is deliberate and there is nothing you can do about it. I’m going back to the online bookies where the odds are no different and at least I’ve never had a problem cashing out.

Betfair is fun to play if you are bored and don't mind losing the money you put up. The slots suck. specifically double diamond. If you are new to BetFair, the preprogrammed, monitored, and controlled system of games will make sure you win $600 to $800 within your first week of playing. But don't look forward to anything much after that. I have been playing off and on for the past 3-4 years. And the gains are so little, and they get so much money from consumers to payout SO LITTLE, so NOT often. You might think, "Well, I only played $40 and lost it, not so bad." But imagine, there are a million other people that paid $40 or more in the same day, and won nothing, and BETFAIR continues to get richer. Also DO NOT play double diamond or Triple diamond (my favorite games to lose at, when I'm feeling bored) if you want to win big. Because there are NO BIG WINS even though they call it that when you win $162 after playing $100. YOU WILL NEVER SEE 3 double or triple diamonds. TRUST me. Also, what the heck is that damn red 7 for? It pops up every now and then, makes this loud MISLEADING sound, like something big is about to happen, and then, poof, it's followed by unmatched symbols. Like really, what is that red 7 for in double diamond? Anyway, I still play, because I'm willing to lose the couple of dollars that I put it in, but honestly after so many years, and deposits, you would think, that I would have at least one MAJOR win to write about, as BETFAIR collects millions of dollars on a daily basis from people. Nope. SMH.

Wow. I have played literally thousands of spins on the arcade game 'Bonanza' without a bonus. The advertised RTP% really is an absolute scam. Apparently this (the RTP%) is a number based on 'millions of spins across the board'. It pretty much means that you aren't receiving the specified and advertised percentage. How can the ASA and UKGC allow such misleading and false advertising? I realise that some players need to lose to allow others to win, whilst keeping the profit margin, but I feel totally cheated and the customer service is beyond a joke. It's like they've employed a set of robots. Do not waste your time with Bet'fair'. They are a disgrace.

Shameful… on a number of occasions I have placed football bets and it transpires that the quoted score was wrong, my bet was therefore a waste of money. Betfair comment that at the bottom of the website they have a disclaimer saying you cannot rely on the accuracy or timelines of the data! what a shocker… so they will happily create odds (often attractive) based on live feeds, take your money and then abdicate any responsibility !! that's like a retailer selling you a blue jumper and a red ones turns up and they tell you tough, you cant rely on what it looks like on the website. NO REFUND. Very poor…. why isn't there better regulation!!

Am I the only one to have numerous problems with the Arcade game THE MASK. It continually slows down, stops and exits, the only thing it seems to do well is take your money. Customer services tell me I am the only one to complain ??

Awful and exceptionally greedy. If you play for fun and dont mind losing money – this is the site to go. If you do what you do in hope for profit and try to be professional – avoid this site no matter the cost. Avoid them like the plague, because they will limit you to cents and pennies, if you dont lose more than gain. I am glad they got banned from my country. Good riddance.

This company is taking the Michael out of me. I've had a complaints now ongoing for over 4 weeks. Now more are building up and they just keep messing me about. Also sending me offers that don't exist and removing cash outs on Exchange horse races on ALL races!
I can't CASH OUT too now on any UK horse races on exchanges so they making sure they stiff me over
I've also had my bets not showing up on exchanges tonight too!

Started going downhill soon as they rolled out the sports book and merged with PP
They know they have the monopoly with the exchange compared to the others so they don't care
Can honestly say the worst customer service I have ever encountered and that's coming from someone who used to have a Betstars account.

You call them up and they are laughing , you can hear the games in the background and struggle to speak English. I've been promised a call back so many times never happens and of course you can't talk to a manager as they are way too busy and important to talk to customers

Add in problems with the site especially live video feed which is always failing (but is never their fault )and they're lucky to get a 1

Talk about running a company into the ground though total arrogance and incompetence.

Simply Betfair is the worse out there

As I began to start winning on the horses i took one at 5/2, it won at 8/1. no best odds giving. Another one was 16/1 it won at 25/1.

After 2 hours trying to get a answer of live chat, they said they had the right to not give me the best odds. Even as it’s clearly states it will on app. apparently they can refuse because they feel like it.

And let’s talk about the live chat, it’s scum they treat you like a dirt bag. And leave you for hours and twist the conversation, it’s a Horrible organisation, one the worse I’ve witnessed.

You’ve been all warned. These shady fu&ks will go to extreme lengths to not give you your fair winnings.

I dont wanna even give this 1 star .I played on my account with over 700 ..never won anything…total waste of your time and money..total con ..i was only spinning 40p a spin ..I def dont think you actually win on these fad games..I'm actually totally disgusted ..it took 3 hrs to win 700 off me ..u ain't got a chance..I really did not want to give this 1 star…it deserves 0..total rip off..it say 95.4 return..I think it s a lie!!!

Sports book – like most bookmakers they are quick to close your account if you look as though you might be winning. They may advertise that they will lay a horse to lose 500, but try to win that more than once and you will be limited on your maximum stake. They do not produce any evidence that you are using arbitrage anything else.
Their customer service is deplorable – there are no telephone numbers and messaging by Facebook is less than satisfactory – they will advise you to use their "exchange".
The parent company Paddy Power is equally bad in limiting accounts. Perhaps I'm just a little too successful but it is very frustrating to have a maximum bet of perhaps 2.5 when one wants to put on 50.

Awful costumer service.

I really wonder if it's even possible to message them. It's very hard to get in contact with these people. Not to mention they banned me due commercial usage. When I asked for more explanation they couldn't give me one. I probably lost more money on their exchange than even won. These people are really the rudest of the rudest.

Customer service advisors claimed that not allowed to put you through to a manager then tell u call are recorded which I wasn't told beforehand which is illegal which I will be prosecuting you for and I'll have you shut down when you revise the talking is good to know that lots sucking something in their mouth

So I stopped for a while going onto Betfair through the Golden Nugget to play their online Unlimited Blckjack…few weeks and noticed they removed the chat option so that players can’t chat with the dealer anymore. This leads me to believe that people are complaining about the rigged cards. The dealers don’t want to deal with the complaints anymore. They know the card are pre determined when they come out of the “shuffler”. So many times the player has 20 and dealer hits and still gets a 21. It’s a joke. Stay away from the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City altogether. You can tell me the body language of the dealer that they know the cards are rigged but they are so bad at hiding it. And that’s why they only do online and not on the floor live because they aren’t good enough to be on the floor. The video is also on a delay so they have a 10 second head start on you. Plus they know your betting pattern and also how much you have in your account.

Won a bonus round in slots and game crashed. Went to customer support and was fed a bunch of BS about how they were not responsible for MY connection…even thought the connection was JUST FINE until the bonus round when it crashed and didn’t pay out. Terrible casino site. Do not waste your money especially on blackjack. Over 1.5k down using the blackjack strategy over a period of a few weeks. Unrealistic play, set up to constantly lose it's quite shocking for a 99.58 rtp game. Didn't get one win on the summer spinner doing it everyday then read certain people's accounts won't win. Unfair and rigged play, go elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking. Absolute thieves. Customer service does not reply to my emails. I have to call in to check status. I am being told to open a bank account just to prove my address. Also the $1,000 I sent is locked until I open a bank account. I have provided a valid lease agreement and a letter from my employer. They can take the money and hold it they cannot return it. I wish I knew this before I ever spoke to them. I would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid like the plague.

Well, Betfair Exchange is good if you bet on football, tennis and horse racing big markets. There is enough of liquidity. But if you want to bet on some Sweden 2nd division on Asian handicap, you need to use Betfair Sportsbook.
