The service from betfair agents is perfect and as a money making business they are truly there to support us customers to make sure that we know what we are doing, when it comes to gambling our money offering me support to make sure I can still get by on my day to day bills etc I recommend my partner to them and would recommend anyone who likes a bet or go on the slots.

Can’t get in touch on the helpline therefore this review! I want to make a big complaint about Grace the host on crazytime. All she is doing is collecting players money! Complained four or five times about her now and nothing has been done!

At the beginning of December 2024, my Betfair account was suspended with the promise that it would be released upon sending my personal documents and photo. I submitted all the required documentation, but my account remained suspended. I went to Betfair chat several times to get an explanation, without success. It is an ineffective support that never gives a satisfactory answer or that imposes endless waits, going from one agent to another until the person gives up.On 12/21/2024, I filed a complaint here. To this day, no response.Tired of this nonsense, on 01/04/2025, I sent an email to Betfair support saying that if it was not possible to release my account with the documents already sent, that it should be canceled with the return of my balance to my bank account.To this day, no response.For me, unless I explain it better, Betfair does not respect its customers, it is not trustworthy and if it does not return my small balance, I will consider it as an undue appropriation of my money, which is known worldwide as a SCAM.Position today: account suspended, my money sealed (I have no access to it), silence from Betfair.Will I get a satisfactory response from Betfair?Who bet?

I had a problem logging into my account and couldn’t verify a password change. Tried contacting live chat over a number of days but there was never anyone available to help. Awful service. Have now gone to a competitor.

Obnoxious and unhelpful live chat and complaint staff. I don’t know what Betfair are doing to their staff, but they couldn’t care less about customers or issues. There is literally no help and nowhere issues will go if you run into problems so be mindful of keeping any large amounts of money on Betfair. Useless.

Win rates on games are below average. Sitting at around 40% so it’s impossible to win or have a fair chance. When you bring this to the attention of the company they basically say yes that’s fine but there’s nothing we can do, refuse to deal with complaints and end conversations without dealing with issues.Stay clear and use any other site if possible

Ive been using betfair for many years and was happy until after recently by far slots have been the worst.Doesnt matter what you stake per spin the bonus and options have frequency has been reduced.By all means we win and lose ratio month by month is always up and down.But 2025 are you as a company trying to claw things back before things get bad?.Ive also seen the same with ladbrokes and other ppl i know are saying the same thing.

Just to admit all positive reviews you see are from they good paid followers ,non real people very possible small amount of them are real.So strongly DON’T recommend using this platform for gambling , WHAT THEY DO.They set they bets always make to lose like, Promising and publishing to they website that CASH OUT is ALWAYS available . Once you made the bet very rarely stays OPEN to cash out. Any winning bet it’s always suspended , loosing bet always open. Yesterday night i bet on game ROMA VS LAZIO 4 BET’S in total, 2 of them ware for 1.3k and 500 pounds, 2 others ware just small amount , i played Yellow cards , since the game started one of the players with high amount of winning bet got yellow card, and entire rest of game bet was suspended till end of the game , all losing bets ware open with few pounds to cash out. Than i want it to cash out because my bed of 1’3k was almost winning just one yellow card left from 4, same with other bet of 500 pounds, also 1 card left to win, but i was not offered cash out price or even cash out option was available , and than entire game i won’t nothing either money offer to cash out . And this story is every time people when you winning , also i want to bed on next goal and you wee XG is high and team push to score hardly and you know they will score , the platform control how much you can bet so you don’t win anything nice at all. They blocked my acccount.Bought the API key for the exchange and had my own account. They blocked it and the customer service does not help in any way. They do not even tell you the reason why it was blocked

How amazing. I joined and got my free spins. I won and could not believe it. I had issues with the registration between the application on my phone and the customer services agent was amazing. Even though the chat kept timing out and it took me some time to get informaiton to Betfair. The chat was open and I dealt with by the same advistor until everything was resolved. Stay away from Betfair they should be called bet unfair. All the games are fixed, when you spin you can clearly see how it changing the landing symbols I have complain several times and they keep saying nothing wrong with the game yeah right. All they do is just keep taking money from you. Wish I knew how to shut them down maybe with my screen recorder time play that might help and hopefully they end up paying massive fine at around over 4 million pounds…. I would honestly stay away from this site. I’ve never played a game and never had one bonus, it seems like this site take take take and give nothing back. £300 on one game £1 a shot and never got one bonus.Any other site I’ve played you at least get a few bonus to keep you playing the game. This never happened on here and it just took it all. Please read the bad reviews on here before you decide to use bet fair as I didn’t but now I have in closing my account down for good.

I am not an occasional gambler but a professional bettor. I use to place hundreds of thousands of € per year and consequently leave thousands of € in commission to betfair. I don’t know what happened, but over the years the platform turned from being working well enough, to being a total nightmare, being an absolute joke for professionals. I have been addressed as “gambler with issues”(I am very profitable, and provided proofs of it), and despite providing tons of proofs requested by them, such as bank/cards/paypal statements, slips, counter bets screenshots, proofs of income, description of my betting strategies etc (with consequent loss of time for me, which equals in losing it to earn money), I could not do anything more than closing my account since for these SH*I++EADS I had my deposits limited, and arrived to a point where assistance did not reply AT ALL not by email, not in chat. Their assistance department is an absolute joke, they do not have a telephone number, and for the love of Xst I really don’t know how even more profitable traders than me can rely to have tens or even hundreds thousands of € accounts left in the hands of these fu-c+++ng jokes. If you have any problem in your account, be aware THEIR ASSISTANCE IS A JOKE.I am leaving one star because it’s not possible to leave less, but be warned: DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ON THESE F+++G S*C+A-M-M-I-N*G SITE, sooner or later you will regret it

Another Big SCAM Company. When you are going to speak with customer support, every 5 minutes they are asking you to confirm your details. Yesterday I spent about 35 minutes to fix the problem with my account, nobody was able to do this. STAY AWAY! if they are not talking with you what will happen if you decide to Withdraw money?!

The account I use, I have had for a long time, more than ten years. Recently this company decided to check the account by blocking it. The operator called me and told me what documents I needed to provide. I sent them everything they asked for, and the next day they unblocked the account. It worked for 2 days and that’s it. The account was blocked again. My questions about the reason for blocking are ignored, giving a link to the general conditions. But they do not tell me the reason for blocking the account I use. Well, what can they say when the documents are in order. Total chaos with the appropriation of my funds. After all, they know that people will not do anything to them and do whatever they want.

I thought Betfair was an island of seriousness and consideration for its users in the world of sports betting. I see that I was wrong. Since I signed up a few years ago, I have been required to provide personal documentation, which I have provided. Recently, due to a requirement from the Brazilian government, Betfair suspended my account, once again demanding my personal documentation, which I have provided more than once, including a photo of my face. But despite this, my account remains suspended.But, strangely, Betfair continues to require an update of the documents already provided. When contacting the support chat (automated), they do not actually answer the questions asked, pushing from one agent to another and continuing to require the same documentation already provided.Frustrated, I thought about closing my account and withdrawing my “pennies”, but that was not allowed either.Account suspended and sealed.Unless better explained, I think this Bet is not Fair at all.

This company need to be closed down. Absolutely 100% rigged casino games. Any good reviews on here are absolutely faked. I have been playing European roulette for months now going for the same one number every single time. I have currently gone through upwards of £2500 going for the same number. Every single other number has come in, many on several occasions but my 1 number seems to have disappeared from the wheel. The chances of this actually happening are literally impossible, you would actually have more chance winning the lottery and Betfair think that this is believable and the games are random 😂 so fixed and they don’t even try and hide it. I recently wrote in to complain to Betfair regarding the fact that they allowed me to spend thousands of pounds in the space of a couple of weeks, my self exclusion from Gamstop had recently expired at the time and I started gambling again with Betfair in the summer of 2023, as I wasn’t in a good place. So even though Betfair knew I was a vulnerable gambler allowed me to keep gambling in this way. Between Betfair and the other bookmakers I used at the time. My gambling caused me to spiral into serious depression and almost take my own life. Fortunately though I managed to self exclude myself again with Gamstop and get my life back in order this year. When I explained this all to Betfair and explained their failings in their social responsibility and how they had exploited me as a vulnerable gambling addict, albeit as well this I take ownership of my own actions as well. They refused to accept any responsibility and instead Manoj, Betfairs senior customer service agent tried to persuade me to unblock my Gamstop so I could start gambling again with Betfair. I couldn’t believe that I was being given step by step instructions on how to unblock my Gamstop by Betfair customer service, especially after I had opened up in my complaint prior, about my struggles facilitated by Betfair exploiting me as a vulnerable gambling addict. This is a serious warning. Betfair are actively trying to get gambling addicts to start gambling and have no care for anyone but the bottom dollar. Ruining lives in the process. Stay well clear of Betfair and don’t let them try and persuade you to remove your self exclusion and take all your money from you and your life.

Sad i cannot vote minus 100 stars for this bookie, i deposit once in years some money, is more than 5k EUR, and they start again and again asking me about gaming safer, if i pay taxes, and so on, is insane, today almost 2h they kept me on chat for this nonsense, while last time in 2021 i already chatted about gaming safer, and they start again. I stopped using them exactly for this, now i tried and again the same. And to understand i lost 20EUR , my p/l is minus 20, and OP said me i lost over 5k, i started to check my account being very concerned as maybe someone hacked it, but no all ok, i lost 20 EUR, and cause Op is not making his job is putting me 100 EUR spending budget because i deposited a few thousand of eur, and lost in a few days only 20 EUR, if we sum my p/l. Insane. I said 2 times or 3 that i have to go, OP kept me almost 2h on chat. Is insane and very disappointing they asked me the taxes i pay, how much is left salary, exact question: Do you pay taxes from your salary?. This happened today, the chat.
