Been registered for a good few months. Down just under 1000 and I came into abit of money so deposited a further 800 over the space of a day. Not one single bonus round, never won over what I had deposited that day or reclaim any of the near £1000 I’d already lost to the sitr. When I did have a ‘win’ it was always after I’d gambled a fair amount and only small amounts in comparison to what had been staked. That’s the name of the game but you’d think they’d once let me win back have a decent win to make it worthwhile depositing.

Recieved an email offering a free £10 matched bet if I placed a bet on the England game and it lost. Of course… this was not credited after 24 hrs and I have now waited in a 20 min queue twice to find out where my free bet is. I have been told I am eligible but they are looking into it and fobbed off. Still nothing, absolutely will not bet with them again I would rather bet with Ladbrokes or Sky!

After playing 1h11min for 6£ spin not even a single bonus came up but in general money was coming in… all I can say if you make some profit don’t continue as for 6£ per spin I think odds to get bonus are 0 to nothing

Unfortunately this website is setup to take money, whenever someone wins they decide to close the account and withhold the funds, this has happened to people I know. They hide behind terms and conditions which you are supposedly shown and asked to tick a box. Before joining. Joining and depositing takes under 2minutes reading everything they want you to takes significantly longer. They preyed on my mum who missed these t&Cs she is partially sighted and ticked joined deposited over £400 on over 3 months tried withdrawing £520 and they refused to pay. You only need to see other reviews of similar instances.

I thought the welcome offer for the euros were really nice. The odds are good. I don’t think the bet builder options are very good or flexible. In those cases I find Sky Bet to be much better. Find their T&Cs to be rather confusing or maybe it is because they are more complex than other sites. The site is quite slow and it often lags and I get an error and logged out, which is why I will never bet live here. Only used this for the euros so far.

Deserves no stars! The games are 100% rigged! The payouts are non existent, no bonuses whatsoever and I’ve been playing for months, I mean not one bonus? Lol. You’d be having a good night if you won 20p from £30 on betfred. Avoid casino and games they are rigged be warned.

App has an awkward layout and is difficult to use but the main reason for my poor review is that I didn’t receive my £50 free bets after signing up. I placed several qualifying bets and never got it. Tried to enter a help chat but got no response after speaking to the bot

Nobody answering the online chat when wanted clarification on how to place an accumulator bet. A glossary or clear direction to explanations for beginners would be good. I ended up spending my pot Vs my free bets because the sign posting was unclear.

If I could give zero stars I would. Opened an account to play bingo as I love a game every now and again. Deposited money and couldn’t get into the bingo site as it keeps telling me insufficient funds. So made another deposit still couldn’t play. Went on the chat twice to get help but was told they couldn’t see any reason why I couldn’t get into the bingo room. Sent an email to support but still no response from them. Used my money on slots which I was able to get into and bet a few euros on the horses. But still can’t get into the bingo site 😕 Clicking on Messages which just keep loading loading loading, actually the worst site I’ve ever been on..Anyone else having the same issues 😕

Dreadful customer service if they ever answer at all on live chat or phone call you are met with the worst customer service in the world on par with virgin or talk talk they are rude, talk over you, abrupt and put the phone down on you after you are put through a windmill of lies and arguments. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Thought I would give the company one more try omg this is unbelievable experience each to there own but be verycareful..I have played a few companies this is by far just a cash cow .I don’t have a problem with losing money as I have some to lose one of the games I played was fishing frenzy stay clear of it at least 30 pounds at least without no scatters.. going back to where I used to play

Love the site and the layout, easy to use. A little disapointed as i signed up for SUMMER50 free bets only to not get them as my son who lives at the same address had done it before me. I do get why only one from household but we are differnt names, bank cards and bank accounts but hey ho worse things happening in the world.CheersAndy.

Possibly the worst betting app out there. Not as intuitive as competitor apps. “Random” verification is not random and overly time consuming taking days to get the promised free bets (which is not helpful when you sign up for a race meeting). Getting the promised ‘free bets’ is a slow process that takes days. Any non runners on the free bets don’t get refunded immediately so that you can place the bet elsewhere..: will I ever get the free bet back, who knows. Apart from all this, it offers fewer places in most races compared to Sky Bet, and the odds are a little quicker to shorten…. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Great app but number of options on bet building very limited no players to foul to score or assist. Bets not trackable you don’t light up your winning bets in your bet building too,makes it more interesting when watching your bet more cash out on bets .

Does anyone ever get a win on this site? Slots are shocking I’ve deposited over £500 in a week and yet to make a withdrawal it’s impossible to land a bonus round on slot games you just watch your deposit go down consistently don’t mind loosing but it’s kinda not much fun when your not even getting a game for your money. Warning they are running a scam, iv not won no money but if I had I would not have got it even though iv been with them for some years now I run In to a problem with my card and used my partners card to make about 40 payments of around £700 on the card for over a week before getting an email saying stop using it so I called and asked and straight away I was met with being spoke down to saying t and c and it cut off. I called back and basically they blocked me and spoke to me like i was worthless and hustle £700 out of me then send a email saying your credit in your account we are keeping too, its 49p keep it you sold me 700 of worthless bets knoing full well it was against t&c but it didnt flag up and you where not even going to tell me you scam me with the t&c scam nice one Avoid P.s. don’t send your moody reply please it’s insulting as we know your doing it to be seen to be doing something
