I was hopeful this site was going to be good but turns out you spend doing promotions not to recieve your free spins from it. Over 30 minutes in love chat just for them to say they will send email. Never win on daily free spins unless you spend ten day before only to get ten free spins every time when it states you can earn up to 100. Not a good site.

Deposited and bet £10 for £50 free bets new customer offer never received free bets 10 hrs after bet had settled got told wait 2 hours still nothing got told 48 hrs system down still nothing then told i am not entitled to free bet as i put lotto code in and should have put summer50 code in which isn’t offer I signed up for. Absolutely dreadful. U are in a poker tournament. Have good Internet connection. Suddenly your screen freezes. Can’t get back into game. Loose all your chips. And Betfred always blame the customer. Trying to close my account is like trying to get blood from a stone. Ask you to contact customer services but the choice is never getting an email reply or waiting an eternity in live chat. Please get this sorted so I can close my account. On a side note , I didn’t have a problem until you randomly cancelled a winning bet and gave me back my stake money. Is that how this site works now? Most disappointing bonus of all time RTP no where. After spending more then 800£ on a game Chronicles of Olympus II-Hades on 2£ stake and full upgrade starting on 25x I won 180£ what is absolute joke. Do better. The Betfred Lotto app keeps on crashing I complained about this back in February Betfred replied back on the 29th May 2024? Why did it take 3 months for a reponse from Betfred, I got a response on the 29th May 2024.Still the app keeps crashing every time I try to open it.I spoke with a customer service provider from Betfred last Saturday who said that they will look in to it but still the same outcome the app has a bug in it.Still not resolved also sent emails to their customer service department.Again nothing has been done.Not good for Betfred, please resolve this issue ASAPso that I can start using the app again

Absolutely disgusting treatment! Been a member for years and recently they put my account on hold and requested info, I sent them full photo ID back and front, a selfie with the ID, recent bank statements for address, bank cards back and front as requested, called them several times with no help told to wait on response from security team, then they asked for a page on my PayPal which I don’t even use may I add with all my details as this wasn’t something I could find o then requested a full data file from PayPal and sent them this to which has literally all my personal information on and this was still not good enough I sent them all the screenshots from PayPal to show the page they on about dose not have that info to which they said try on a pic! I do t have one I explained I’m disabled and unable to leave the house hence why I play online bingo and they respond with the same we need a screenshot of that page! BETFRED’S on line site, has to be the hardest one to navigate that I have ever experienced.Persuaded my partner to give it a go as she wanted to have a gamble for the first time(oh, I wished I hadn’t suggested Betfred). As most sites, really easy to deposit but OMG what a nightmare to find your way around bonus. We unexpectedly received a £30 sports welcome bonus 😀. Great as we had already received a welcome bonus on the casino page. So this was confusing as x2 welcome bonuses but most promo’s state only one. Now..trying to work out available bonus funds remaining, is a different story. Surely we don’t have to read through all gambling transactions (over 300 pages). You seriously need to have 1 account page that lists all/any/used/expired bonuses available and covers sport/casino/live casino/games/bingo/virtual/poker pages. For example i was on sports page looking for my bonus credit availability and clicked on my account and all we keep getting is casino bonuses. Telephone service is very sub standard. Waited over a hour to get through only to be spoken down to, with no help whatsoever.

Dont know where to startCreated account nearly 2 months ago and went to withdraw 1012 and i also had 1250 in my account. They closed my account as i had another account which was suspended which i forgot about. I opened this account with no fraudulent details which i have proof of address correct daye of birth. They now wont release any funds and they are being retained according to customer service. Including all deposits so basically its theftCurrently in talks with ukgc so will update once i know more
