i have been betting almost everyday for nearly 50 years now,i went into my local Betfred In Tamworth town centre last week and i found the staff very un-helpful as everything they did they found too much trouble,the shop manager was rude and could not be bothered to make my experience a happy one, a lot of local users of this shop have also began to avoid using it as i do speak to them in other local betting shops in the town during the week,Avoid at all costs if you expect a happy workforce inside the shop, !!

I’ve never used a bet site before but was drawn in by “Get £50 in Bonuses at Betfred when you bet £10!”. I joined and found it impossible to understand where to get the promo, how to play, how to redeem the promo etc! I ended up spending over £50 and still have no idea how to utilise the promo! Can’t help but feel it’s complicated by design! I’d never use this site again! I can’t even find out how to delete my account! Nothing in the “Help” section lists how you can delete your account! Again I can’t help but feel this is by design.

Steer clear of this site. It used to be fair now it cons you out of your deposits. I had 50 deposit limit and they made sure. I did not get 1 win within that limit. 10p a go I’ve been mugged slower. WITHOUT PREJUDICE.Terrible experience – avoid at all cost. I put a bet on a Horse at Sandown and it did not line up at the start and was facing the wrong way and the horse and jockey had no intension to race as also witnessed by friends. But Bet Fred did not refund my bet which I found offensive so I complained and opened an email from their Customer Service team today who refused to refund my bet. I now feel like a victim of financial fraud. I have now given them one last chance to LEVEL UP else I will refer matters to IBAS.Its not about MONEY but PRINCIPLES and MORAL VALUES.

Thankyou for your reply Scott. But still not convinced. How can a game that states THIS roulette Game Is Random have a built in percentage I think was 94%. Random would not have a percentage. Throwing a dice is true random. Basically if someone has won big before I go on the machine my chances of a win are limited no matter what I bet as the machine would be on the take to get to its percentage so it would not be throwing out a random event.

Betfred took the initial £10 deposit and nothing won as usual, no problem with that so 2 days later I went on live chat to ask about my welcome bonus they couldn’t get that so they said await an email. The next day my account was suspended so I phoned up and they basically said my account will be closed and quoted a live chat that wasn’t even me. Steer clear of these cowboys absolute disgrace.

Great site, great layout & good prices. It would be nice if you could watch a horses previous races, like on another site i used, so you could make a more informed decision between closely matched horses.The layout is easy to navigate & is easy on the eye.Overall it’s one of the cleanest & pleasant sites I’ve used so far & I’ve used a few. The option to watch previous races of all entrants would’ve gained the extra star.

It’s an OK site for betting on football. It’s the only thing I occasionally use it for. The site is almost like a cheap knockoff compared to some of the others. The team stats are sometimes there, sometimes not. Pot luck. Also the cashout option is really poor compared to other sites and seems to be only available when it suits them. Some of the bets are like this too. A whole game might be suspended for betting if one team is smashing it. Seems to be very unfair in that respect. Some of the odds can be good sometimes hence why I occasionally use it but on the whole it’s like a kids school project when compared to some of the others.I’m sure this’ll warrant a cut and paste response at best. Says it all really.
