I do not bet very often, just £10 here and there but all together over time I have spent a fair amount, I only ever play on slots and I never win anything at all. I just feel its not fair game and I wont be spending again now.

Seems like a scam i opted in for free spins however after meeting the requirements i was prompted to accept offer i did so and got to play around 5 spins before it cut me off the game it said there was a connection error, my connect, ion was not at faut! Then when i went back into the game – Better wilds they were no free spins left, can you please look into this, Have emailed customer services so we will see what the response is, will change rating if issue is resolved

I think the app is fine for betting, however the log in is poor. I have to log in every time I open the app which is frustrating and the fingerprint doesn’t work for this app. There is also no way to stay logged in.

This company should be reported to trading standards. False advertising offers. Got through to customer service chat to confirm free bet terms were met and should of been credited in 10 hours. 4 days later being stuck on live chat not getting through to anybody. This isn’t the first time my friend done same offer same time and same thing happened. They put offer on and to get it you have to go through hell. That was not what was advertised This is a scam I will be reporting to trading standards with all the evidence I have luckily u had a second phone to record this. This needs to go to watchdog on BBC. Absolute terrible service ! They let you open an account and deposit money in my case £100 ! Then after you have done that they restrict your account until you have given them your id and sent photos of your bank card ! This should be known to everyone before you open an account but it’s not at all they take your money then restrict you before you even can use the account ! They take your money then restrict you. I don’t want to send documents as have had problems recently so now they are saying if I don’t then I won’t be able to have my £100 back ! I just want close my account as I’ve opened another one with a company that didn’t work this way. Absolute rip off and stay well clear. If I could give no stars I would.

My balance is going only negative on slot games over £1000 loss I got back £282 on my last game since then I’m only loosing non stop. Example, £1 spins lost £150, bonus game gave me £4 back what a joke…Asked the customer service, they said my balance is just fine and I have the same amount of money what I cashed in/out..so they are lied about that…no compensation or anything, only taking your money no more daily bonus games nothing. Before it was a decent gaming experience now is just a money grinder on slots…worst place to play.

I am currently trying to withdraw funds and you are withholding them and citing technicalities as to the reason for this. This does not meet with my approval and customer satisfaction.I have won and lost money and have not complained either way but it seems to me that due to ‘compliance’ I am unable to withdraw the funds that I have won fairly. This is not the way to keep your customers happy and I will be raising this matter with the appropriate body.

Joined up with Betfred ages ago but never really used my account. Had a little punt of £20 last night on the slots and took home £200!It doesn’t have a vast array of slots, but it does have one of my favourites, so for me, it works. They have the worst IT staff it takes them 48 hours verify an account. My brother even asked as soon as he opened the account is my account verified. This women called CHLOE said everything has been verified. Obviously NOT since my brother has funds in his account go locked out while he was in a game. Betfred owners make millions from company treating gambling addicts!!!!! I read this in recent newspaper and now I know why.Anyone played the slots? Spent ages trying to register to make some bets and for some reason the end part just wouldn’t work. Contacted them on live chat and was very bluntly told without an account I can’t be helped. I wish I could put the screenshot on here. Told him I just need help to register at which point he cut me off. If ever there was a red flag……..

Came back from a chosen self exclusion – deposited played and won £25k!! Let me withdraw some in bits due to the limits in place for PayPal withdrawals managed to get several thousand out got down to £10k balance after my withdrawal and some more playing – my £10k withdrawal was refused and returned to my account balance they closed my account and I still haven’t received my money!! No reason given they can see they still have it escalated to complaints who apparently don’t communicate with their own customer service team – keep getting fobbed off with extended wait times – not hearing back from my emails and no money received still over a week ago and customer service reckon it will be 8 weeks!! Need someone from betfred to contact me and let me know when exactly I will receive my money!! Disgusting service altogether from them! Looking to take this further as there is no reason for them to be illegally withholding my winnings!

I used to love this site. Their mystery spins once you spend £10 is not mystery. You get the minimum spins which is 10 spins. The casino has become greedy.Used to be the only site that played fair but for the last few months I’ve noticed a downfall in the slots. Hi This is a follow up to my original review ( somewhere below) I reviewed Saying there are much better on line bookmakers out there , I gave the example of my case I had never received a free bet , bonus or free spin since I joined I counted 139 settled bets I did enquire a few times but the classic terms and conditions criteria kept coming up even though i pointed out that i had never anything..The Betfred Customer Executive Team who stated in there comments they would look unto this etc etc …we’ll 3 days later guess what they just repeated the same thing with another classic line at the end of the Email we appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for … Correct Betfred , I don’t think they understood the complaint really .I did ask so this could go on and on 300 settled bets and no rewards or incentives from the time I joined ..No reply surpriseI know other bookmakers do reward there customers so please please look around .I am not a disgruntled punter far from it but you do expect to valved and treated fairly and like I said I am comparing this with many of there competitors out there who do reward customersThank you

My user name was, sue2049…Bad experiance i Joined betfred 2 days ago, deposited £100. then won £179. so decided to withdraw my initial £100 for save keeping…next time i logged in i found out my account had been suspended to to some debit card issue. And they can do this without no proper reason that is explained in full…i can sit on this review page all day long writing bad press ive got nothing to lose…why did they except my £100 and let me play the games, did the expect me to lose, has i didnt they should have paid me out my winnings, not just revoke my account…just be careful punters about this gambling site…i will be back with further reviews very soon…dissatisfied customer of only 1 day…
