Signed up everything looked leigit played afew games then won £20 here and there nothing crazy , then bang!!!! My account got restricted saying I used a third party card “how laughable ” when I used my own card , I went to live chat told them I want refunding on my deposits they won’t reopen my account so I’m fuming!!! Completed the staking for a casino welcome bonus, Befred did not credit the bonus, I raised the issue with support who told me they would investigate. They then credited the bonus without informing me as they said they would do but I did not log in for 7 days and now the bonus has expired. Very sneaky indeed.

Disgusting company opened a account used my boyfriends PayPal account deposit was successful a few times when I lost as soon as I won they blocked my account and refused to return my money stating I broke the rules using my partners PayPal account £200 down and they didn’t care! Had a win last week and withdrew for the first time and now seems impossible to get a bonus and when I do it’s awful. Was great at first but now just terrible. The bonuses seem to be the same I only play big bass bonobos and big bass splash and the bonuses seem very very similar to each other which is strange when it’s every spin is apparently randomly generated but got it a couple times on £2 stake and payed £16 but can win that on 20p it don’t make sense. Had a little win last week withdrawn but since have not had a single decent bonus. Staking £2 and spending £100 to get a bonus that pays £17 don’t make sense when you win that on 20p stake. In Park Road I went there this morning cashed my betting slip from yesterday, I was paid out. I then put a bet on with that money I won about £80.00. I went to get paid and was told they cannot pay anyone who puts bets on that day, I explained that I should have been informed of this before I put the bet on. I was told that they had no need to, the next customer was also told the same story, the bet i was putting on won costing me £70.00. The staff was reasonable about it, as it was not their fault. I then phoned Betfred had a conversation with their customer service Lee who kindly explain that my winnings was still there. I said that is the point “my winnings” which I cannot collect. I could have and would have walked across the road to William Hill, which would have been to late. The customer service is abrupt and condescending plus rude putting the phone down on me. My partner who works for customer service listened to the conversationdeciding to phone back, she spoke to Mark who was also condescending, he stated he knew all about it as he was sitting next to Lee, he spoke as if they had been laughing at their customers a right comedy act. It looks like this is how Betfred want to treat their customers people need to avoid Betfred as they treat customers like dopes. My partner felt abused by this comedy couple.
