It is impossible to use Betfred on your mobile, 100% of the games that aren’t on today are impossible to find but you can find some on the website. The app is so painfully slow to load, they don’t have a search feature like UNIBET or BET365 where you can quickly search for the game you want. Everytime I use the All Sports part to locate a baseball games odds for tommorow it says sorry betting on the event is currently unavailable despite it being available on the website and if you can locate it there barely anything to bet on. 10/10/2023 Arizona Diamondbacks v LA Dodgers Bet365 have about 50 different variations of bets you can make Betfred have 11. You can pick winners, have a handicap bet or runs. No player props whatsoever. The selection is horrific.Betfred is simply the worst app and website i’ve ever used the fact it’s a running business is actually mindblowing.

I was unable to reset my password t access my account.Frustrated I decided to close my account withdraw my credit balance.My account was closed but will not reurn my money.The latest card I had on my account i defunct now but my bank account has not changed.T & C’s say if card no longer in use will do best to accept new card details to allow withdrawl.Betfred refused to so this.They will not explain what possible risk they see thay just repeat sme so called secutity message.I believe this is tantamount to theft of my money.Official complaint made been shockingly handled.Been cut off from live chat been rude to over phone.They have admmitted to justified errors within my complaint but still keep my money.I was also asked question about my intention to gamble ?! Hopeless customer treatment.Far easier to deposit monies than to withdraw.

A very strong word but its true its a well known secret with Betfred. Several of their senior team have admitted their app is shoddy and unstable.Secondly they also dont like people who win regularly and like to ban them for no reason even if you have active bets on.I would stick to william hill.

Placed each way winning double at Longchamps today at Cotteridge betting shop, Birmingham. Staff member queried betting slip was incorrectly written? Slip had two winning selections clearly each way but did not indicate ‘double’ on slip. She was adamant slip was single bet? Attitude stank and was obnoxious rude and arrogant. Thankfully person who accepted bet on duty next week who can confirm bet status.Following which contacted customer service who were really helpful. They contacted shop to discuss but no resolution. Should there be no outcome then IBAS intervention will be soughtAbsolute disgraceful shop staff behaviour whom refused to provide name when questioned about conduct.Unfortunately this staff member appears to operate in clandestine ways with no accountability especially when it comes to professional customer relationships!!

For no other reason than my own stupidity, I have managed to lose nearly £10k to these greedy, ruthless crooks without any comeback. Until Friday night, when I lost nearly my whole £2k wages, when I got lucky with one game and decided to cut my loses and I’d had enough of them and withdrew £1000.I got £491 paid into my account, my husband got £350 paid to him and the remaining £149 was put back into my gambling account. I contacted Betfred… absolute disaster by the way, nearly 2 hours waiting only to get a sarcastic, patronising idiot called David who could’ve cared less… and who, not once took any notice that I clearly stated that I had a gambling problem and wanted my account closed immediately.Because I had used my husbands card… ONCE, they took it upon themselves to pay him as well, even though every penny I’ve put in before or since was from my own account… and the £149 was put into my Betfred account because the card they tried to put it to was no longer in use… handy eh?Okay, stick your £149 and I played on and manged for only the second time to win and got my account up to £600 and tried to withdraw it… NO CHANCE!! Contacted customer services again… an hour later was told that i had to deposit a minimum of £5 to “Clear” the system and I would be able to withdraw then… so I tried to deposit and AMAZINGLY for the first time ever… Betfred were unable to take my money because of “technical issues” I lost patience and played on like the idiot I am and lost the lot very quickly after!!They are vermin off the bottom wrung, without morals, scruples or souls. I’ve never played on a casino platform that empties you as quickly as these crooks and put me in a position where I’d convinced myself… “It can’t be this bad for as long this, right? Site is easy to use, only just started using betfred, had some good wins so far. Only issue payout is very slow. Other sites you win an hour later its in your account, told it could be up to 5 days to receive withdraw which isn’t great. Absolute joke of a company. I had an account along time ago then I couldn’t log back in so I resigned up again and starting playing wagered over 700 of my money and won nothing then when I tried to log back in I couldn’t so I contacted live chat which took over half hour for some one to answer and the6 told me that my account has been closed and I need to go through a process to reopen. After many years playing different platforms I have noticed the Return to Player percentage (payouts) drop. The first online platforms I played on were up into the 97 / 98% payouts, since then they have steadily dropped & now many games on many platforms are 92-94%, some even below 90%.Betfred is the only one I can find that has managed to keep their RTPs up.Also the site is quick & clean & payouts have all been next day for me. Beware.Used to play a lot of poker on here and enjoyed it, Went to log onto my account and was told my account is closed and can not be reopened ever. I asked what i had done wrong if anything and how do i reopen and they said they can decide who they let have accounts and play on the site and do not have to have a reason. Have always used Betfred, both in store and on the app. Their goals galore coupon has been a part of my weekends for 15+ years now.However I find the app slightly less user friendly than that of other book makers. The app seems slow to load ant times often have difficulties logging in, but the area I believe that needs more improvement is the the betslip. In particular looking at open / placed bets and keeping track of the action as it happens, it all seems a little tucked away compared to others. These little issues are the reason it’s not 5 stars.Just my opinion, all other areas like offers, casino etc are all good. I will continue to use Betfred going forward.

I’ve used this company for a few years now, I’ve only ever a a couple of problems with them and once I’ve contacted their help desk, they have sorted the problem within a couple of days. Last year I took a year out from gambling with Gamstop. After my exclusion was up I started playing with betfred again, after a week or so playing I managed to withdraw £1200. Soon after that my account was looked, I then sent an email to ask why and all I got in reply was that management has chosen to close my account and that there would be no further correspondence regarding the matter. Very disappointing, unprofessional. I’ve been a paying customer for years and this is the treatment I get. Not good, steer clear of this site.
