Very easy to find prices on APP especially on football where all leagues are easily found – Paddy Power is a nightmare to find football odds. It would be good if odds were offered for a win when a team goes up two clear goals.

I thought BetFred was better a few years ago. I came back after a few years break. Not as good as it was. The virtual racing is hard to follow and runs races too frequently. I played the games / slots and had £5 left so went back to sports and had my original £40 still on show, so confused. Had to log out and log in to get true credit left. Worse again I wanted to play casino and it said I have no credit. When I just downloaded £40. Totally confused.

One of the worst robbing company. Opened an account online self excluded myself then reopened account few months later with different email address. Deposited 3 times and won a small amount of money. Tried to withdraw but system would not allow me. Contacted the untrained stupid call centre staff who annoy you so much and are a thick as a skull. Because i reopened account with different details they will not give my money back. I told them to keep the winnings i won and return my initial deposits. This was refused and also they refuse to put u through to a manager. This company is a thieving bas***d of a company and i am surprised that the Gambling Commission and other bodies are not doing anything regarding them refusing to give customers deposits back. They use there bulls**t terms and conditions which say they can retain the deposits and feed there mums with it. This bullying tactic they are using is ridiculous. People are stupid and still use this company but watch this space because i no a lot of people that have suffered the same loss as me and i will upload a decision very soon. This decision might help a lot of people who have experienced what i have been through. I do not wish to upload it now as this might stop Betfred issuing my refund, but as soon as i get my refund i will upload this on every social media account.

Website logs you out all the time after 5 mins no use, get sick of logging in all the time they are losing out on bets as people just go elsewhere to bet because of this bug, it should leave you logged in for at least 90 mins, the length of football match

Without Prejudice.I wanted to give ZERO STARS. I feel like a Victim of Financial Fraud and that I have been DONE.I backed a horse where the race was void. I waited 10mins and then put the refund stake on the next race, and gave the Counter Staff my refund slip as my Account was now in credit. My horse won so I went to collect my winnings but the Counter Staff said my winning bet was cancelled because my refund/credit was delayed for reasons beyond my control. I am in no doubt had my horse lost I would have been DONE and my refund not paid back as it was used to fund a losing bet.Hence I feel like a Victim of a Gambling SCAM and should be given 500 compensation which I will donate to Worthy Causes and Charities of my Choice.Betting is NOT for FUN as the odds are rigged and you will be a LOSER/SUCKER if Legalised CRIME/CORRUPTION.

Stale company dont use.Placed a small bet in their Oundle Rd shop in Pboro. Staff werent trained effectively so had to ask manager what to fo as a result bet was 6 secs late on which was highlighted when it won! Refused to pay out, gave money back with no apology. I called their customer service and spoke to a fool who for the sake of this review I will refer to as P, he had worked there for over 20 years, he had no customer focus, was unhelpful and stale. Made a compliant which was investigated by a muppet to be referred to as J, he was aware of the call with P so no independence to the complaint and guess what it went no where. All they had to do was review their CCTV which they refused. Terrible company!

This website is definitely fixed! Anybet over 20p you ain’t winning sh** all! Half the time on 20p you don’t win anything. But trust me over 20p you can’t win anything not even on the base game because this website doesn’t know how to give bonuses! Descent on Sportsbook but I would stay away from the slots. Rtp is stated but after playing on a number of occasions it is clear it Does not play like other casinos. You will soon see this if you choose to play. Be aware.

Like few others here, I forgot I excluded myself as few years had passed and I wasn’t into gamling. However, one night I did want to have some fun. I had no issue registering, browsing for a lengthy time to see what would be fun. However, once I deposited, boom, account suspended. Tried to explain my mistake, but they don’t care. Wrote an apology letter to costumer service via email, however, they are sorry but cannot refund due to my breach of their terms and conditions. Very dodgy, to only suspended once a deposit was made. Betfred, do you do this on purpose? Wait for the deposit then to only keep the unused deposit? Many would consider this theft. Anyway, just my experience. Good luck to everyone else.

Been with Betfred for a fair few years. No bother really as generally i only use it for putting my irish lotto on. A few horse bets and a half hour on the bingo….however…this last 3 or 4 months have been a nightmare trying to open the app.The app is saying trying to find location. I have checked my phone settings and the box is ticked for allowing location. I have been sat here now for 40 mins…still not into the app.When i finally get in, i am gunna delete it and go with betfair or other app.Anyone have the same problem ?
