I think that the Customer Service team at Betfred provide the best service out there as they can even be contacted by phone unlike the competitors. So thank you Betfred. Betfred’s odds are competitive and they do have good offers and promotions, plus a Friday quiz for free.I do have a question, are all customers eligible to win on free spins or can that be stopped, as I haven’t won free spins (not won from free spins) in 2 weeks which is odd and not lasted as long before? The other provider I’m with offers something similar and you generally win free spins one in three or four. This use to be the case with Betfred. Is something likely to have been amended on my account?

Shocking shocking shocking!! AVOID CORRUPT SITE. Spent hundreds and havent received a single bonus on any single game! This was the reason i closed my account. And it will be the reason i close my account again! Absolute scammers. This isnt random what so ever! You dont spend hundreds on a fruit machine in a shop and not receive a single bonus! Poor customer service, responsible gambling team are also anything but. Terrible customer service and a resolution to a complaint gets ignored until weeks of pestering them. Reported them to UKGC, IBAS and ICO as they are cowboys. avoid.

I would like to retract my bad review of betfred as the issues I had with them have been resolved due to the great help I got from customer services especially Declan who soon had my complaint sorted and with a great bedside manner and real understanding of my issue ,thankyou

Betfred Leek staff happy customers lose all there months wages and more in just over a week ! At least if I had played online I would have been questioned about the amount of money I was losing £2800 . Staff not interested, failed in there duty of care . In the process of taking them to court.

Great care taken by Betfred to avoid people falling into heavy gambling , that was my main thing when joining. Would like to see a better layout for football betting but appart from that everything else is fine.

Used Betfred in Gravesend town for years. A couple of the females are friendly but Mark did his customer training with the SS . Never met a more miserable, unfriendly bookie’s assistant. Small wonder the shop is always empty. Paddy Power from now on: friendly, and even offer a cup of coffee.

Hello there Ben..I am just reposting so that the public can see that I am completely transparent with BetFred and have complied as I have already done..But in your response to my review..You requested that I make contact with customer.experience@ betfred.com…..I HAVE made contact with that department as you suggested….. ….. I don’t think for one moment that that is going to make any difference to either of my two complaints and reviews..But just so I can show that I have complied and tried to resolve the issues I have done so..I do not know whether you will be able to read my response to that department in which you requested I make contact with..I very well may make my response public and post it on here.But suffice to say..I brought up to the attention that you are not happy with my review.. … You do not appreciate my review in any way shape or form..Because if you appreciated my review and truly wished to resolve my complaints and issues..You wouldn’t have raised a red flag with trust pilot claiming my content to be harmful and illegal..You have just engaged with me straight away.But she didn’t no your first act was to try and get my review removed…That speaks volumes about customer service and Betfred…So at the moment I am now awaiting a response from that department I do not know how long it will take.but I imagine it will take some time because BetFred don’t seem to be in any hurry to resolve any issues if they resolve them at all..Like I said I made post my full response on here it depends on the outcome of that department in which you referred me to email..

I have been using Betfred since 2020 ,I got a message saying update your password ,did it , got account frozen had 94 cash 4.99 casino chips ,after several times trying to unfreeze my account was told I had never had the account and it had never been deposited with any money ,absolutely fuming ,I am not going to let some company rob me blind ,will prove deposits with bank information but still more angry at the blatant customer services personnel telling me I have got it wrong because of course big companies dont make mistakes ,I want a full and public apology ,absolute con artists

I placed 10 on Man City winning the premier league. Betfred are saying that I placed the bet on Man United rather than City. They are asking for my bet slip but I cant access my bet history on their website. Its unfair to ask for bet slip when I dont have access to my bet history! I have requested for a copy to be sent to me. Still waiting for their response.

I’ve deposited over 1500 pound in a month. And Betfred closed my account and kept £400 of my money. Because I used my joint account and it has my partners name on. They with hold funds and don’t give them back if you want too lose your winnings feel free to join them it states in terms and conditions 6.1 you can use 3rd party to deposit if they accept it which they were more than happy to do 4 times and as soon as I went to withdraw they closed my account and kept my funds and I can’t speak to a manager any suggestions thanks anytime I call them I get put on hold and hung up on it is very frustrating. I would like someone to call me back to reimburse my money your customer services are just rude and will not resolve this matter

Misleading free bet adverts and poor customer service.I saw the promotion for free £40 of bets if you deposit and bet £10 so I signed up. I bet £10 but didn’t get my bets so I queried this with customer service and was told it was because I placed the bet on odds greater than evens. This was incorrect and I told customer service this. They then said it was actually because I put on 2 separate bets or £5. This wasn’t clear in the advert and they are obviously so used to trying to get out of free bets that they will just give you any excuse even if it’s not true!There are much better betting companies out there. I bet regularly but won’t be using Betfred again because I feel they are dishonest.

Absolutely terrible site to use, after many years of being a good customer I have finally seen the true betfred. After I played a game with a clear glitch and nothing but crash after crash I was awarded less than 8 for 25 spins when I should of won closer to 30. Made a complaint and they sent me pics of the bonus round which clearly shows I’d been ripped off, they then asked to provide the spin ID number which I did. After that they have totally dragged they’re heals and nearly a week down the line I’m no further forward in getting my money back. Horrific customer service, I have asked numerous times for the UKGC ID number and for the resolver details and they have point blank refused to give me that info which is certainly in breach of the terms. Absolutely shocking behaviour from betfred, they need investigating without a doubt.

Contacted customer service and they said yeah sorry that’s no longer an option for you. So basically BetFred are going against morales and acceptable behaviour and are just forcing me to stay in the bet until the end.I really hope I win even more now because of this disgusting behaviour

They keep going on about how you spend your money. So you put a monthly amount you wish to spend upto. Then they make it up as they go along. Customer service just mouth the same twaddle. Oh you have reached your limit. Err no I havnt. Not by a long shot. And why not be helpful and state what my limit is and when you can deposit again. But that would take effort, and also provide a service.

Hi everyone. If I was to give you any advice DO NOT play the ‘Games’ section of Betfred. You can see the algorithm has not been programmed fairly, after testing (with 100 GBP across several games) on the lowest wager (10p-20p) the bonus is almost non-existent, the payouts are incredibly low, and the games themselves are deliberately changing on-screen to stop you getting bonuses. We spun 100-200 spins on 10p (yes there were small wins of 50ps, 1GBPs, and 2GBPS, however, 200 spins and 0 bonuses. We did this on 3 separate games – GoldCash Free Spins- Gold Blitz Free Spins- Gold BlitzOf all these games.-GoldCash Free Spins gave us 2 bonuses after spending 80 GBP of which we won back (30 GBP)- Gold Blitz Free Spins (Fortune Spins) we spent 100 GBP and got back 50 GBP- GoldBlitz – We spent 100 GBP and received nothing and no bonuses whats so ever.From this information you can quite clearly see that the games are not fair to the end-users. Now, it is understandable that you may play their games and win 1x – 5x – 20x your money on that specific wager. But, if you continue to play you will NOT have that chance again and will ultimately lose your money. There are other betting sites that have shown better odds than Betfred. So, I recommend you be careful of this site/company.Hope this helps.

Customer Service is awful and unprofessional. A few issues, #your punt T&C’s not clear. 50% stake back offer if yourpunt loses on odds greater than EVS. Click the link and lots of yourpunts come up from other users. I selected Both teams to score, both teams 4+ CORNERS and Both teams 20 BOOKING POINTS 12/1. I assumed as the link led me too yourpunt it qualified as odds were over EVS. I contacted live chat who were defensive and not interested. They advised the bet didnt qulalify as it was only 3 markets, and it needed to be 4. I understand this may be my error but it was the manner in which the staff answer you, no empathy, no decent explanation. I assumed 4 corners for each team would be two markets, as I didnt select over 8 corners both teams combined, for example. Very sneaky to have a link that takes you too #yourpunts which have been created by other users that do not qualify and for not highlighting the 4 markets clearer and you need to build the bet yourself manually! My error Yes but the customer service towards it was just No, No, No. Next I was sent an email inviting me to spin a wheel, I spun the wheel and won 10 free spins. The spins didnt load. I logged on everyday as we all do and checked everything Bingo, Casino, Games and no free spins were there. Tried to activate a game and still no spins. Tried to contact in April 26 approx when this offer happened and there were 80 people in the queue clearly experiencing the same issue as me by some of the other reviews left on here. Invest in staff training because your staff are very dismissive and defensive from the offset, whilst they are not all being rude; BUT it is a very very irritating combination to a customer!For anyone using the company read the T&C’s of their offers very carefully as they are not as clear as their competitors AND if you do misunderstand or have any issues the staff and company DO NOTHING to help or retain their customers or offer anything as a Goodwill Gesture, a shame really. Some free spins or 1 free bet or my 2 back would have prevented all of this and a negative review. But by reading other reviews this is BETFREDs main issue staff don’t care or listen. Whether your system says the spins were credited or not, I’m telling you they weren’t there. Why would anyone log in and not use them, let them expire then phone you ask why they weren’t credited? Shame really as apart from that site works well for me, lots of markets and good design and easy to use. Will not be using any longer though. Something that decent customer service staff could have prevented and recognised with a goodwill gesture and even just empathy!

Another one with shocking customer service. Advertised a competition to win free spins if you staked x amount on selected slots. Opted in, entered, and received a message to say I’d won some free spins. Opened up the games but no free spins. Emailed them and they said they’d expired, despite the message saying when they would expire and me still being within that period.Now in this situation some other companies would show a decent level of customer service and reissue the spins. It doesn’t take much, it’s not a big ask, and shows you care about your customer.But not Betfred. A sharp short email saying “They have expired and won’t be reissued”.So Betfred are basically liars, as the spins hadn’t expired, they were never there in the first place. They advertise competitions then don’t honour prizes. Avoid, as I will be doing in future.

Brought tickets for bingo DOND 75, was lucky to win although it was a share but still a win, I watched the game and the win, just as the red box opened the game closed, support are saying I didn’t win, they want evidence? No one takes screen shots of there wins, also if I had been in another bingo room I wouldn’t even know I’d won ??
