I have had bad experiences with Betfred because my account had been hacked and was told I would be given a refund but they refused to do so

Only just opened an account so it’s early days. The games look very samey, and there doesn’t appear to be an Slingo games which is a massive disappointment. The navigation can be overfussy, and how to make a tricast bet is not obvious…other sites offer a tricast option upfront.Though I am imptressed that the Return to Punter data is openly available.But we’ll see how it goes.

No lucky 15If you’re planning on placing multiple bets like most punters do, please do so on any other uk bookmaker. betfred do not offer best odds guaranteed on any multiple bets, this will leave you with a far less return than if you’d placed the same bet on any other UK bookmaker. The prices offered aren’t always smaller on betfred but invariably you’ll be left out of pocket by using betfred for any multiple bets.

No best odds. Betfred are the only online bookmaker not to offer best odds guaranteed on horse racing. If you want to place lucky 15s etc, do so with any other UK bookie as betfred I’m afraid will rip you off.

Betfred sportsbook is a scam. I placed bet on over 3.5 goals when result in the game was 1-0. But that goal was disallowed, result went back to 0-0. I was lucky as final score was 3-1, but betfred paid the bet with odds I taken believing current score was 1-0, while my risk was much biger. So I asked them to pay my bet with revised correct odds. They refused. So they ripped me off around 100 pounds. Be aware with live betting with them or just avoid. Many other bookies pay bets with revised odds in such situations.

I decided to give Betfred a go because of the attractive sign up bonus. Supposedly, if you deposit then stake 10 on your first bet, you get 3 x 10 free bets. I did this but was then refused the bonus because another bet I made was settled before the first one. Very sneaky and unfair in my opinion.

It’s not just bet Fred. They are all ripping people off. The gaming commission are a waste of time. I have lost over 40 thousand pounds on slots. And the government and media go on about people losing too much money. But they don’t crack down on the companies fixing the slots. If you have any sense stay away from these as all it will do is cause upset and misery. They should at least make it easier for you to win your money back at least. It’s not fun. It’s a con.

Opened a new account with a welcome bonus code as advertised, met the requirements with staking my bet but never received the welcome bonus. When contacted their customer service they agreed I had met the requirements and would pass the case over to the appropriate department to add the bonus to my account. The bonus wasn’t ever received so contacted them again and they are now claiming I’m not eligible for the bonus as it was the day of the grand national! No bets were placed on the grand national and they were advertising the welcome40 code on the day of the grand national – fraudulent advertising and when asked for the matter to be escalated to a manager it hasn’t been

I received an Email saying I have a free spin on Spin King, so I tried it and won 5 free spins. What they were for though, I don’t know, so I contacted them via live chat and first spoke with someone called Jason. He advised spinkingdrop in games, so I said I couldn’t find it, so he suggested logging out etc. and the usual things.I tried them but still nothing and when I checked my account for the free spins, it shows 0.So I tried contacting them again but by the time they got round to answering, I explained that I had to go and take my youngest to school but could they send me an Email with the information on. Nope, nothing.So I am back on again with the live chat and am 24th in queue now, which I think they’ll not answer until I have to go out again soon.Why do these promotions when they don’t work properly! It’s frustrating and annoying.Most other sites, with the exception of C*ral, work perfectly.

So I deposited over 200 just to see how their casino works games were crashing as freezing kicking me off the app worst experience Ive ever had in my life won nothing but what I already deposited and then lost everything as the games started to freeze and crash I got in contact with Thomas H which said that it isnt their problem and that I wont get refunded when I explained the regulations to him and raises a complaint I got banned and blocked permanently they dont care about their customers all they care about is to make money and get rid of people theyre very rigged

Betfred is 1/4 mile from my home but I’m tired of having to go in shop to find only half meetings are best price odds! Boylesports is 2miles away and best price all races from 8a.m so I walked out n went there and won’t be going betfred again! 1 punter in betfred a dozen in boylesports do the maths fred

I think the roulette in the casino if fixed along with a few other game.. I spent 300 playing betting on 36 its didnt come and by accident I spin it came.. If I could give zero stars I would…Stay away from Betfred.. BetFred are thieves.. BetFred have refused to pay me my money.. my winnings..I deposited in good faith.. bet in good faith… .. I have one a substantial amount of money.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Won 700 and Betfred have blocked my account and told me I am unable to gain access to the funds. Staff are nothing but rude. There are other betting companies out there that you should use. STAY CLEAR! Happy to take money off you but when comes to paying out they are not so eager.

Signed up, got the bonus bets. Odds were alright and selection was okay. I place my first bet on odds for a game that looked really good compared to Fanduel. My bet gets cancelled mid game and I get email stating Im banned from promotions from their site. I guess the odds were an error on their end and instead of disciplining the person that messed up they ban anyone that bet on it LOL. I contact support and I get the ultimate run-around answers that were obviously just copy and pasted. Never come across something like this on any other book. Wont be back and have advised every bettor I know to stay away.

The site is very slow to open and when you have a bet and go into bets it does not tell you what horse you have bet till you open bet up it so so tedious as I have an account with sky bet too it so so quicker to use and so much easier Betfred need to get their act together big time

Open an account using their promotion welcome40 so i could bet on the grand national. It said to bet 10 to get the offer. After 10 hours i had no bonus so i read more into it. It stated i had to bet 10 on one sport in one bet. So i put a further 10 on one sport. Still no bonus. Then i opened a chat they told me as my first bet wasnt the full 10 on a single bet (one horse) i wasnt eligible. So i got no bonus

Very good app with good games. I’ve had a big win but I’ve noticed that after a big win, I don’t really get profit for a while. Which makes me feel the sites rigged even though its probably a coincidence.But I do love the games. Best ones are blue wizard fire blaze and big bass splash. They pay ?

Shame theres not a zero star rating for this one! Just a word of warning for any non seasoned gamblers who try to sign up for one of the welcome promotions dont!Its not worth the hassle. And dont dare deposit your own money via PayPal as apparently that makes you ineligible for their scam sign up deal, regardless of the fact its a valid option on their app and site with no warning not to use it with a code! Live chat was a waste of time, incorrectly advised Id get my bets, then told I was eligible for a different promo but that I actually wasnt! Chat and the app went down several times, agents were blatantly dismissive. The whole experience from start to finish has been nothing short of enraging and a complete waste of time

Poor offers on Sports so thought I would try an offer on their slots. Staked the correct amount and then the page ‘timed out’ as I selected my free spins.Thought it would be no trouble sorting with the live support. They made up a story about how I had staked money on their casino a month ago (completely false) and then basically said ‘we’re not going to resolve this so let’s close the chat’. I suggested due to my poor experience I wanted to close my account. Then I tried to withdraw my funds and it failed, turns out they closed my account immediately after the chat without any more dialogue! Yet to receive the funds back in my account.Absolute rubbish.I’d go to Coral, Paddy Power or LiveScore, much more helpful if there’s any issues.

Went to collect my winnings as bet fred were paying out on 7th place in the grand national i had the big dog and born by the sea they paid out on the big dog and not born by the sea yet i had bet each way for both horses ive no proof as he kept the ticket and born by the sea came in 6th place at 50 to 1 cant help feeling i was scammed out of some winning bet fred halesowen west midlands you need to explain to customers if u are paying out for 7 places and both my horses came in 5th and 6th why was i not entitled to my winnings for born by the sea and only the big dog really confused

think it’s appalling that you penalise antepost betters betting on the Grand National in advance – I put my bets on days in advance and wasn’t able to view them on the day, because you limited it to bets placed in the last 48 hours. This penalises people that aren’t your casual betters – we bet early because we’re regulars. Pay attention to your core customers – you should be looking after us! I also talked my mum and dad through setting up an account, the day before the national, so they would each have a welcome offer to use. They are both in their 80’s and haven’t done online betting before. My mum didn’t receive her WELCOME40 bonus, which was also disappointing and unfair!

Easy to set up and placing a bet is also easy, it’s anything else that’s a problem – try finding your bets, or who you’ve backed, it’s not user friendly and, to top it all I managed to forget my username (email address is too long). I got blocked because I couldn’t sign in, when I tried to reset it I couldn’t and, when I tried to access online help I was told it was shut because the grand national was on… I only opened it so I could bet on the grand national. When or if I can get in , I will take my money and, go on to a different betting site. This site is hard to get around and, even harder to find out simple facts like if you’ve won or list etc. The only bits that are easy are when it comes to giving your money or setting an account up! STAY AWAY!!!!

EDIT: Customer service was wrong / saved face. Fast reply so upgrading to average. If I didn’t fight it it would be over for the customerSigned up to a great offer. Apparently I’m “ineligible” even though I got an email saying the bonus is in my account. Nonsense. Got sent a promotion link by the person with what I signed up for and it differs. They claim I already took a promotion under my IP but nothing in my email, no one else gambles under this IP and my first sign up. I think they are trying to cause issues before the grand national race as I signed up the day before which is ELIGABLE!

App is awful. Once you place the bet, you can’t see it again because it says they’re too busy settling bets. However if they fixed this, I like the way they set out the stats for the horse racing.

I have used Bet Fred for up to 30 years in shops. over the last 20 years have had on line accounts with various companies most of which have there faults .i have initially enjoyed using your app and my new account with no problems as yet .
